I recently had JZ out to one of my rentals to unclog a bathtub drain. It had been snaked by another company, to no avail and he had it open and draining with in 15 min. He even cleaned the bathtub when he was done before he left. Excellent service!

The office manager Kelly as well as a service man named John were extremely professional and knowledgeable about their work. They helped with an emergency water leak at a rental that was without water! They were out to fix it ASAP! Five stars!

I want to take this opportunity to pass along a fantastic kudos to Roto-Rooter and its employee, Jay. We’ve been having issues with our septic system and needed it pumped today. Jay thoroughly cleaned the tank and explained every process he was performing as we stood outside with him to learn more about a system that we are not too familiar with. He took his time explaining the theory behind how a septic system works, the do(s) and don’t(s), and how to not fill it up too fast because we are larger family. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter based on my experience today with Jay!!!

I’ve used this company twice. Once for a toilet back up abd omce for a faucet/waterline replacement in a difficult shower location. The workers were always friendly and quick. The shower faucet and trim set looks.Ike a brand new build not a replacement and they left everything so spotless you’d never have known they were there. They’ll be my go to for all things plumbing now.

We had a sewer backing up into our basement drain, and had three companies come out to analyze the issue and provide us with a quote for repairs. All three professionals determined that the issue was some sort of hole, approximately 10 underground. One suggested I wait three weeks to see if that doesnt clear up the issue a bit. The highest quote was $9,000 for excavation and installation of a new sewer pipe.Then, after those three weeks, we finally called Roto-Rooter Lewiston. The technician also scoped the pipe, also determined the issue was somewhere underground, but instead of leaving us with a quote, literally ground-probed for more information and found a riser-well approximately 12 underground. He exposed the hatch, cleared the blockage from the pump, and everything is back in working order now. Next time, you can bet I will call Roto-Rooter Lewiston first!

These guys are great and professional knowledgeable skillful and very kind. I have been using them since I have been widowed since 2017. I have never been scammed nor taken advantage of they do their job they tell me exactly what I need and I feel finally that there is a company who actually listens to me without trying to take advantage of someone who knows nothing about Plumbing. I have them come out every year and do maintenance and I have never had an issue. Recommend these guys to everyone.
