    Ill get it out right now, I am not a handy person due to my lack of confidence.My first introduction with Miller Bros was about three years ago when we had a leak from the kitchen sink that rained down to the basement in our new, but old 1951 home. This fix required a quick change of a failed component but, Miller Bros professionalism was memorable.The 2nd and deciding factor contributing to my decision to make Miller Bros my Go-To plumbing was when the Water company showed up at my home stating that my water reading was suspect due to readings being higher than normal. There were no visible leaks but I explained that, for the last week or so, there was the sound of the toilet running. After a flush, the normal sound of running water stopped but, this secondary sound of running water continued. I mentioned to my morning visitors that I intended to speak to a plumber soon. That same day, after researching the issue online, my resolution was solidified with Paul Miller at Miller Bros. Paul had mentioned they were booked up for a few days but, could come by on Wednesday to check it out. Being stubborn, I began to research the issue online but wasnt satisfied since I was dealing with an antiquated dark fuchsia configuration resembling a commode in the downstairs bathroom.Over the phone, Paul helped pinpoint my issue and I went to his shop for clarification. When I went back home to address the issue, I had another question. Again, I went to Miller Bros on 1116 17th St. in Lewiston and purchased a new toilet fill valve and was able to install it myself.If it hadnt been for Pauls friendliness, patience and not to forget his expertise, I would not have been able to complete this task. Instead of paying a higher water bill as well as a bill for a plumber, all I did was pay a couple of bucks for a new toilet fill valve and install it myself, rebuilding my confidence.Thank you, Paul!

    We have had some tricky/atypical plumbing problems that Miller Brothers has assisted with. Paul has a solid base of knowledge, and has been very helpful and honest with us. He has given good recommendations for problems that need another type of service person as well. Thank you for sharing your expertise Paul!

    Friendly and very knowledgeable especially about older equipment. I needed parts for a faucet that is 50 or more years old. Not only did he know where to look to identify the part and brand but had what I needed in stock. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend them

    - Friendly and knowledgeable- Gave clear instructions on how to fix the leak ourselves- Great pricesI recently needed my leaking shower faucet fixed, so I decided to save money and hired an individual off of a local shopping/home repair site. He showed up at 10 am and by 4:30 pm and three trips to get parts, the faucet was still not fixed, it was actually worse. When my son got home, we went to Miller Brothers where the gentlemen gave us step by step instructions to a possible solution. Twenty minutes and $7 later, my faucet was fixed!

    Despite being short-staffed, Paul came to our home at 7:00 p.m. on a Friday to fix a toilet that was running. He also showed me how to fix the toilet myself if the problem should ever happen again. Outstanding service.

    Great service & reasonably priced my 5 yr old flushed a toy down our toilet.called this guy.he was very nice on phone but booked up. Later in evening stopped by and got the toy out.if it happens again i am definitely calling again
