Brian and his crew are absolutely phenomenal and accommodating. From start to finish. Scheduling was on point. Called to confirm my appointment and estimated ETA. Was prompt and gave detailed estimate of completion for a large project. I was impressed with the projection that was nearly every minute accurate.Not only do they do outstanding work, but also asked if I need anything when they went to town for lunch or parts. Outstanding!!!Highly recommended!

Hixx plumbing has always been so helping and reasonable. Each time I’ve had to call, they’re prompt with getting me scheduled. From the girls in the office, to the guys on the crew, they’re professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them 10/10!

My husband & I gave them a call & they came right down to our house to take a look, identified the issue AND got everything taken care of ridiculously quick! Huge shout out to Hixx plumbing! There expertise and knowledge were instrumental in finding a resolution that was cost effective when I bought a new washer and dryer. I live in an older home which was not set up to accommodate the newer systems. They came up with a solution that works well and did not have to dig up my whole sewer line. Their communication and professionalism was exceptional. Highly recommended.

This is a positive review for Hixx plumbing Lewiston IdahoBrian helped us with a cracked sewer/ drain pipe in our basement bathroom. It was a major job including moving pipes, cutting out the old shower stall and removing cement. He was awesome to deal with and was thorough. He found that the old sewer pipe underneath the house was broken and needed replacement. This required digging a trench down from the bathroom to the sewer pipe in the garage to replace the pipe. A new shower was put in and then he directed which day the cement truck came to finish the floor area. His employees were professional, kind and helpful. Brian went above and beyond putting in a new faucet on a chronically leaking old one in the basement, resetting the upstairs toilet which was found to be leaking and cleaning out the trap in my upstairs sink all for free. We highly recommend Hixx plumbing not only for their expertise but for their kindness also!

The team at Hixx saved the day! I purchased a new refrigerator from a local retailer. I paid for installation but when it was delivered they left it in the middle of my living room. I called Hixx and they came the same day and had the water line installed in no time.
