Michael the tech who helped us out was absolutely fantastic, personable, professional and efficient. Only thing that removed a star was that apparently the main office completely forgot to update me on anything from when I signed the invoice to the night before installation. There were permits and authorizations and a number of things I was waiting on an update for and didnt recieve. I was able to pay for everything in the moment, because the invoice was very accurate and clear, but 24 hours of heads up was pretty inconvenient.

Troy spoke with us initially. We were so impressed with his knowledge, sincerity, and respect for us and our home. Troy brought Michael to do our work, he told us he would have Michael do his home. Michael did an amazing job! What I wanted was a bit unorthodox. However, between Troy and Michael, they explained to me the best way to achieve my goals. A fixture that I had had for some time, turned out to be too large for the third space, no a new fixture had to be ordered. Michael came back today and installed the new fixture. It’s beautiful!!!! We will use Potts again for anything and everything, and tell all of our friends, family, and neighbors, how great they are!

I own a few properties and work with contractors all the time and I genuinely have never been so impressed to work with a company, and specifically Troy at Potts electric. He genuinely went out of his way and came to help at an emergency moment when my entire basement electrical went out. He was over in like an hour and completely fixed the issue. Will only ever be working with Troy + Potts electric ever again. Couldn’t recommend more!

The technician Troy did an excellent job. He went out of his way to find solutions to my problems and restored the electricity quickly. He communicated clearly the issues and possible remedies. The installation of the new panel went smoothly and he did a great job cleaning up when he was finished.

Potts replaced our main electrical panel and added a subpanel.Our experience with Potts Electrical was excellent from start to finish. They showed up on time, did great work, used top-notch materials, and charged the price they had bid for the job. Their pricing was very competitive, which we appreciated, The people we dealt with were very professional, personable, polite, and did an excellent job of cleaning up when done. We plan to call them when we are ready to proceed on additional electrical work.

I was blessed with Troy!He educated me on why the lights were blinking and just how dangerous the situation was. It was an “easy fix” inside a panel. Something I would never have guessed!He was able to quickly figure out what was wrong, told me how it should be fixed, WHY it should and an estimate for the repair. By far the easiest interaction I’ve ever had with an electrician.He was knowledgeable, confident and a pleasure to work with. I will request him again if needed.Also, my dogs love him. That’s saying something for those of you with larger pets that may spook other contractors. They are BIG girls! Not a problem for Troy!😁

I can not say enough nice things about this company. Cody was nice, understanding and professional, plus didnt wait to change out a burned/melted plug but did it during the initial estimate call AND Logan, who changed out the electrical box was wonderful, explaining things to me and even changing out a light that needed to be replaced. He corrected someone elses mistake and could have charged me for extra work since I didnt know what was really needed. I expected him to have to remove part of a wall to exchange the box, but he didnt, working in a very tight spot and kept the wall intact. I could go on and on. This is a great company and will tell everyone I know about it. I am also letting my fireman neighbor know they (Fire Dept) should recommend them to people.

We had all outlets, light switches, & a new upgraded breaker box with a surge protector, installed this week to bring our home up to safety code. Logan Arnold was our electrician.
