We contracted Sam homes to build our deck. They did a fantastic job. They were quick to respond, finished in time for my 4th July BBq. They came back after a couple of weeks to ask me if there are any issues, they made minor adjustments on their own.They helped with the documentation, made a proposal that I submitted to my HOA. The documentation was good and my HOA approved in a matter of minutes. The entire process was very quick and seamless.We did not encounter any issues during the build and they were very flexible for scheduling time.I would definitely recommend them to all the people out there trying to do home improvement projects.
