    Good evening Thomas, this is Simmy...Owner Operator of IQ 225 BBQ, LLC. Im reaching out to you because you and your Team took my already highly positive impression and thoughts about your product and the Team you have representing your product....to new levels I didnt know existed anymore!!!Your Team asked troubleshooting questions (without making me feel stupid or talking at me), and actually listened to my answers! Then without me asking them, 3 of your TMs looked at each other and collectively said lets go take a look at it! They also said theyre bringing a backup one for us to use if theyre not able to fix it on site.As a small business owner, I cant tell you in words the huge amount of relief that came over me at that moment!!! I have NOT seen that level of Customer Service and Service since before the COVID Lockdown! My oldest son who works with me even said Dad I thought we were the only ones who actually care about their Customers, I reminded him of how Chris came out the same day the old generator stopped working after one day, and how he tried to get it working before even telling me about your generator thats comparable to that POS that came with my mobile restaurant! Keep doing what youre doing brother, I promise you it makes a world of difference to your customers even if they dont tell you themselves....Im telling you!!!πŸ‘ŠπŸΎThe culture that youve created and built with your company has trickled down to every single team member you have, its very clear to see they have all bought in to the level of service before and after the sale, So as I have told people before I will continue to tell anyone looking for a generator of any size calder or what, they will take care of you!!!!

    These guys are amazing. They have helped me with my generator more than I could have expected. The craziest thing is they did not even build the generator I have. It came with my motorhome and Chris has been so helpful. The original company not so much. I would highly recommend DuraWatt for any of your generator needs as well as service.

    WOW! Durawatt Generators are the experts when it comes to a powertech RV generator. After 2 years struggling with my powertech 17.5kw and countless calls and research, it was Chris at durawatt who figured everything out! Thank you team! Durawatt is conveniently located in central florida and can accommodate big bus RVs. These are the guys!

    Prevost, Newell, Fortravel owners, this is your place for generator parts or replacements! I Found Durawatt looking for a specific Prevost Motorcoach generator radiator. I emailed a couple questions in and Chris called me to verify what I was doing. Which is crazy now days! He knew exactly what I needed and had one in stock at half of their competitors price and much better built. They have been gold mine of parts and information on Motorcoach generators for me. Their knowledge of generators is unbelievable. Not only theirs but of all of the generators. They can source the parts your told that are not available as well. If you’re tired of the yellow and grey corporate guys do yourself a favor and reach out to Durawatt.

    This has to be the most efficient and professional generator company in Florida!! I experienced a complete disaster on my food truck where my generator was rendered inoperable. They were able to rebuild my unit and restore it in 1 day at a very reasonable rate!!!

    If your in the Food truck business these our generators and company to do business with!! Thomas was great!! We had some small problems with our generator nothing serious a small oil leak. He personally flew in to Texas and repaired our truck and made some modifications. This company care and customer service is top notch!!
