I have a House in Lakeway,Tx , we noticed that our toilets were flushing really slow, so I gave Real Texas Plumbing a call. I was referred to them by my neighbor. The office manager immediately answered my call, answered my questions, and they were able to send out a professional technician the same day. The plumber went straight to the outside clean out, and found out there was a grinder pump or lift station and the system wasnβt working properly. Thatβs why the toilets werenβt draining. They found that the float switches were bad and offered me a very fair price to replace them. I will recommend Real Texas Plumbing to all my friends and family. For their honesty, fairness and professionalism. -
