Always a great experience working with Jim. I’ve had to call Roger’s multiple times for different issues in our house and they(Jim) has always been very professional, caring and reliable. I can see the huge sense of pride this team has on the quality of their work. I’ve never had to call them back for the same issue as they fix it right. A bit more pricey than other options in town but totally worth it.

It was clear that my current hot water heater was in need of replacement, that being said, there was no pressure to replace it. We have done business with Rogers Plumbing several times now. This time we needed to replace a failed water heater, and because it was located in our attic, time was of the essence! Ive spoken to two extremely kind women in the office when I call in, and I feel terrible that I didnt write their names down!!! In addition to being kind, they were also both very professional and helpful, and have been great about working with my sometimes difficult gate schedule. Orlando and his apprentice Jackson were deployed to take care of my issue and dealing with them was a pleasure. Orlando was quite careful about putting on shoe covers and not making me feel like an annoyance when I asked a zillion questions. He was patient and personable, yet very professional at the same time. I didnt speak with Jackson as much, but I could tell that he took his apprenticeship very seriously and he was quick and attentive as they were working. I put a lot of weight on my gut feeling about people, and both men felt safe to have in my home doing work. I went ahead and got the extra warranty span, and I hope that theyll send these two out again, should we run into any other plumbing problems. Thanks for a job very well done Orlando and Jackson! I wish every company could be as good as picking its employees!

Jim and Danny were extremely helpful getting a time-sensitive plumbing issue fixed for us. My partner and I were without hot water and needed a gas line for our fireplace secured and moved inside the wall from its original outside location (due to a 1970s home build). Not only did they get our gas line fixed in time for us to get our water heater back on, they also did the courtesy of fixing other minor things around the property and work with us to make a plan for future gas line updates. Jim has done work for my partner and his family in previous years and we have consistently found him to offer great and knowledgeable service. Great guys!

I drilled a hole into the wall to hang a mirror, and wound up hitting a supply pipe for the upstairs bathroom.After turning off the water, I Googled “Best Plumber Leander,” and there was Rodger’s Plumbing.Called them up, the operator got a tech alerted to the emergency, as Orlando was here in half an hour.Getting the wall open, he saw that the issue was the hole I drilled into the pipe.Sadly it wasn’t an easy fix, but a discontinued brand called Kitec.Kitec was used from 1995-2007, meaning it was used essentially in all the homes in Leander.It was taken out of production due to a tendency to “spontaneously burst”.Thankfully Orlando had a solution - a fitting and the newest piping for indoor plumbing.After an hour, we had water again!Orlando told me what to do concerning future breaks in the pipe, and that Rodger’s Plumbing would be there for me in the future!Give them a call y’all, they’re locals.

A great experience with our plumber. Tony came and fixed our hot water problem. He drained the existing tank, plus the pan that had filled from the leaking system. He replaced the bad tank within a few hours and took the old one away.Tony (like the previous Rogers plumbing guy who fixed our other old water heater) was friendly, informative and very neat and clean with his work. Highly recommend using Rogers plumbing.

The entire team at Roger’s plumbing was responsive, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure our plumbing problem got fixed. Jim even called the manufacturer to get more information on a pump for us and called me personally to share the information. There are a lot of plumbing companies out there that will charge you a fortune and not follow through with their promises. Roger’s plumbing is not one of those companies! They are trustworthy and reliable.

This was literally the best service experience Ive ever had. Marcus was unbelievable - this guy deserves a raise, a medal, a hug... Whatever you can spare. Danny, his assistant, was great too. I know now how all my plumbing works, our water is again flowing (after a water softener issue that flooded our garage last night). They took their time, explained everything in detail to myself and my wife, and even looked at some of our other appliances and fact-checked other plumbers work.Ive found my plumbing company, and we will 100% guaranteed be upgrading our water softener through this company. We had an emergency and Rogers Plumbing came out fast! Orlando and Billy were the plumbers and went above and beyond in their work. While they were taking care of a major water leak, they also checked on a few minor issues we were having.The minor issues were quickly tweeked, at no charge!, while the leak needed a special part (the water was turned off to that area) . With the recent snowpocalypse in Texas, Ive been out of hot water for over a month and of the 10 or so plumbers reached out these guys were the friendliest. There were plumbers who simply refused to look at my water heater and right off the bat told me to order a replacement for them to install, and there were plumbers who actually came out but refused to try to look for the cause of the problem and to see if there were cost effective ways to resolve my issues. Marc came out and took out the root cause of my issue (flow sensor/bypass valve replacement) and unfortunately I couldnt find a replacement part for it and went ahead and replaced the whole water heater, but this company was the only one that actually tried to think of what would be best for the customer.As for the service, everyone was courteous and friendly, from the front desk folks to the repair guys themselves. The whole process only took about 3 hours (funny because some plumbers said 6-8 hours and they tried to justify their outrageous quotes that way) and they showed me the changes theyve made and helped answer any questions since Im a novice homeowner. I would definitely recommend checking these guys out if youre out in cedar Park or Leander.

We had a noise in our house that we thought might be a leak. After several different plumbers and a few thousand dollars all we were told was that it wasn’t a leak and it was on the city side. The city did a minimal investigation and said it wasn’t them. Rogers Plumbing came out a couple of times. They stuck with it until they solved the problem with a check valve and a pressure control valve. We were actually thinking about moving from a home we loved because of the noise. Rogers didn’t give up and solved the problem. And at a very reasonable price. We will never call any other plumbers!

The first time I had Rogers plumbing come out, I thought they were a little pricey for what they did. I just had someone named Johnny come out to help me install my gas range and he went above and beyond to make sure there are no other issues left for us to worry about. He helped increase our water pressure and checked our toilet that was leaking a little bit that had a slow leak. He was professional and friendly and after todays visit I would recommend Rogers plumbing.

Leander utilities called to inform me I had a water leak because the meter was flooded and the water usage was causing the meter reading to “spin”. Found Roger’s on Google. Called late afternoon. The person I talked to, Angie, was completely understanding and scheduled an appointment the next day. Angie assured me that she was going to try to get someone out as early as possible.Next day, got a call that Marc was on his way, three hours earlier than scheduled. Marc quickly found the problem in the sprinkler system. He knew what was wrong, explained the rates, told me what he was going to do and wrote me up an estimate. Once he uncovered the problem, literally as digging was involved, I signed the estimate. He explained the repair to me and what went wrong with the original work. An hour or so later it was fixed. I’m completely satisfied. The work has a two year warranty. Peace of mind! Thanks, Marc!

I noticed a leak in my kitchen sink and called around to get a plumber. The first 2 plumbing companies I called were not available in a timely manner. Rogers Plumbing was able to fit me in the next day, so of course I went with them. They showed up with a 2 man team and a big van full of plumbing equipment. It was basically a moving warehouse; anything they needed to repair any issues inside a home is stocked in that van. Both men were very professional and engaged us in conversation, explaining what caused the leak, what they were doing to fix it, and how to prevent it in the future. I will be calling Rogers Plumbing again in the future for my annual water heater cleaning. Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Chris came to disconnect everything from our sink that has to be replaced. He had a hard time getting the garbage disposal disconnected because the sink had fallen/disconnected from the counter so he could not get the proper grip. He spent twice as long as he should have but the charge was the same quoted price. He was very polite and remained calm in spite of the headache. He was supposed to have an assistant with him so that made it even tougher. Anyway, GREAT service, great guy Chris was. We will be using them again to reconnect everything on Friday!

Very professional staff and they also utilize techniques to preserve your home environment. Scrub covers over shoes (working in healthcare this is appreciated).
