I just had a simple service from them through my home insurance company. My plumber, Jerry Hamlin was early, quick, quiet, clean and considerate to wear shoe covers and not mess up my floors. He was also kind enough to give me some advice for future repairs. Never had a bad experience with this company!

My warranty company sent MacLin Plumbing to address an issue with my water heater. Matt from MacLin Plumbing arrived the next day, right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He replaced a part on one water heater and adjusted the connections on the second one. Matt also provided helpful advice on what to look for in the future. Overall, it was a five-star service!

Ive had couple of plumbing issues in the past year. Maclin came and helped both times. They were fast, efficient, clean, and got it done correctly. They are my go-to plumber.They have friendly staff, answer the phone, and get thing scheduled quickly.They just replaced my hot water heater, and due to some issues in placement, I could not use a regular drip drain. They fixed that and gave me a great price. I could not be happier.

Our kitchen sink garbage disposal started leaking.James confirmed the appointment time (2 hour window).Jerry arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly.All the repair work was handled professionally and with courtesy.I am happy because this leak occurred on Thanksgiving weekend when most businesses are closed !We would use MacLin Plumbing again for future repairs and would recommend to friends.

We have AHS, and Maclin Plumbing was assigned to fix our water heater. I was very impressed with this company. They called us first thing in the morning and set a 2-4pm same day appointment window. Impressively, Jerry was able to arrive earlier than expected and immediately was able to diagnose the problem. Jerry had our water heater back up in no time by changing out our leaking T&P valve. Maclin Plumbing was very prompt and professional. Jerry was very nice, respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable. I wouldnt hesitate to call Maclin Plumbing again. Just had Jerry come out to replace my water heater and they patiently waited 30 min for my carpenter guy to finish the attic door install! I was so worried they wouldnt have enough time but they were so determined to get us hot water back and was super friendly and efficient with the install. I would definitely recommend them and will for sure be using them for my next plumbing needs. Thank you for getting us showers again!

We’ve had a clog in our main line for 4 days that we tried *everything* to get rid of. Finally called our home warranty, AHS, and they sent out MacLin Plumbing. They were prompt, and the service guy was very nice and professional :) he was in and out in less than 20min.

Not sure about the veracity of people leaving negative reviews, I had the complete opposite experience.Today, my upstairs toilet overflowed. Checking the tank, it was filled with a sand-like substance. Checking all of the facets, they all quickly lost water pressure. I dont know anything about plumbing, so I assumed that I had a burst pipe. I requested a service via my homeowners warranty, and chose MacLin because they were a local company.I called them a short time later, because I thought that my warranty companys description didnt adequately convey the urgency of the matter. I talked to the man who answered the phone (didnt get his name), and he had me do a quick check of the yard for any water leaks (indicating a burst pipe). When I found none, he quickly (and accurately) identified my water softener as the issue. He walked me over the phone on how to bypass it so I could get water to the house again. He also instructed me on what I needed to do to clear the facets to get them working again.15 minutes later, I had water restored to the entire house.It was only one experience, but it was an awesome one. Will be calling them again if I ever have further plumbing issues.

The technician Jerry stopped by my broken water heater last week. He was super helpful, professional, friendly to talk to and generous of his time. He noticed multiple deficiencies with my system and also recommended my future coarse of action precisely. My major problem was with the gas company, and I had that solved same day thanks to his guidance. I really appreciated interacting with someone who knows what their doing. Bravo MacLin.

I would give more stars if possible. The service was great and their prices were very reasonable. I used this company to install a water softner system and pre filter system. He did such a great job and took the time to explain everything for after maintenance. Highly recommend !!
