    I had an AMAZING experience with Lantzs. We had been having intermittent low water pressure and needed a PRV valve replaced, along with a quote for a new water softener. I originally had another company come out and quote me for the same service and they wanted my first born in exchange for the work. Lantz called me immediately after my initial intake call, and Mark & Marcus both came out the NEXT DAY (less than 24 hours after my call) and had the repair completed and the quote in my inbox. The prices are extremely fair and their professionalism was unmatched. They were easy to talk to. One thing I appreciated the most was that they talked to me as an equal. As a female, I tend to get talked down to, or they want to know where my husband is. Not this team! They treated me with respect and I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

    Greg and companion came over fix my AC unit.     I called to schedule installation of 3 toilets and they had same day availability. We had 2 men out to our house around noon and done by 2. They were very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. This has consistently been my experience every time I use Lantz, both for plumbing and AC needs.

    Weve used Lantzs for the first time recently, actually two times in the past month -- once for HVAC and once for plumbing. Both times, the customer service was fantastic and the technicians were professional, courteous, timely, and effective.Ive been especially pleased with the turnaround time and great communication from start to finish. Booking online is simple, the return call is quick, and the arrival of the technicians is as promised and with updated communication throughout the experience.From start to finish on both occasions, the customer service has been top-notch and the solutions to the problems have been addressed with professionalism and fair pricing.I hope we dont need their services a third time anytime soon, but if we do, I know I wont hesitate to book an appointment and trust that well receive the same stellar service weve received so far.Hope you have similar positive experiences with your appointment!

    Hard to say enough good things. I had another plumber out and then called Lantzs. They were prompt and more importantly knowledge about the issues I was having. Communicated what was needed in detail as well as what it would cost so there were no suprises. Toby showed up and not only did a great job but you could tell he took pride in his work.     Update 08 27 2024 - Once again, Lantzs Lakeside Plumbing to the Rescue! Toilet leaking. Toby came out and replaced toilet. Toby did a very professional job and the price was fair considering how extremely expensive plumbing, HVAC, and electrical companies are charging post-COVID. Prices will never go down.Again, again, Willie came out today and did a great job getting a shut-off gate valve on my main water line so I can shut off the water with a bleed off valve if the crazy weather drops to 10 degrees again this winter of 23! LOve these guys at Lantzs Plumbing and the Service Manager - Mark - is also great as is the owner, Jacob!!!Once again, 100% pleased with Lantzs Lakeside Plumbing. Brandon had the old defective shower mixing (hot & cold water) valve pulled and replaced and back running in just 30 minutes! Love these guys!! Honest, Professional, Prompt, and Courteous!!

    Our AC broke while we were on vacation so we walked into a very hot house! I called Lantz the next morning. Eduardo was here at 10 am and the AC motor was replaced and we had cool house again by 3pm! Thatā€™s great fast service! We are very satisfied with this him and this company.     We called Lantzs to troubleshoot an A/C issue as it was not cooling to the desired temperature.By request, Steve came out since he was familiar with our HVAC system. He identified that the refrigerant level was low. When I told him that the refrigerant was refilled only about a year ago, he had a professional sense to check the evaporator coils for leaks. His hunch was correct. He demonstrated how his tool was detecting moisture.We gave him the go-ahead to replace it. He made sure to cover our hardwood floor. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. He even showed me the leaking coil. The visible signs of wear & tear validated the decision to replace the part. Prior to completing the job, he did thorough tests to ensure the HVAC system was working properly. He even did us a solid by taping an exposed area in the air handler.Highly recommend Lantzs & Steve for A/C maintenance & repairs. Extremely satisfied w/ the level of quality & competency.

    Willie Kruger and his partner did an awesome job at my home. Very professional. I loved they cleaned up the mess from the drywall. The cut in the wall was a perfect little square exactly right where it needed to be. Thank you so much.     I very much appreciated the service I experienced when Greg came to my house the same day to not only look at the issue but he also took the time to explain what he was doing and the cause of the problem. In addition, he also explained how important it was to register the equipment to get the extended warranty which I immediately addressed. Thank you Greg!Brandon was on time, diligent about getting the water softener installed correctly, and he answered all my questions. He even took the time to answer my questions which were unrelated to the softener. Outstanding service received from this entire team!

    This is the second time in about 7 weeks weve had AC issues. The first time we called several places and none of them could come same day even though their websites advertises 24/7 service. We called Lantzs and they were at our house in less than 30 minutes. So when our AC wasnt cooling this week (a different issue from last time) we didnt waste time calling anyone else and called Lantzs. It was after hours, but he still showed up within 30 minutes of our call. He did what he could to help us get through the night and first thing the next morning he was calling with an update on the part and when he could be back to install. He just finished installation and all is well. Everything was fixed in less than 24 hours. Both times Darren has come out and hes been very nice, professional and super helpful with information. We plan to sign up for their annual maintenance service b/c they have been a great company to work with and they actually do what they say they are going to do and get it done.

    Greg from Lantz Plumbing and A/C resolved the hot temperature in my daughterā€™s room and it was inexpensive. He found a 2x6 board under the installation way up in the attic. It was lying across and crushing the vent entering my daughterā€™s room. I was so grateful he took the time to go up in attic to actually find this very well hidden problem. He then maintenanced ,preventively, my heater at no extra cost. Thanks Greg and Lantz Plumbing and A/C. Happy family here, for sure.

    Ive lived here for 18 years and have watched our little town struggle thru one heck of a growth spirt. I had Lantz install a complete 5 ton HVAC system 7 years ago that has performed very well until a high voltage wire last year fell on a hot freon line and cause fatal damage to the compressor. It was covered under warranty but at the time thought I would give a guy that was recommended on the local community board a chance since he was certified with the Brand. In 1 year another fatal failure of the compressor so back to calling Lantz. The job that these guys did is phenomenal. Eduardo covered ALL the bases and discovered that my lines were loaded with metal shavings from the failure last year in which the guy last year totally ignored leading to another failure this year. Very impressed with the support from other AC Techs (with Lantz) that dropped by to see if Ed needed any assistance. Just a bunch of really great Techs and the cost was not only competitive but the MOST competitive compared to the multiple quotes I received last year. I learned my lesson from last year and will stick to Lantz moving forward! Thanks Lantz and Edwardo, my AC is running as good as the day it was installed 7 years ago!

    Tank to Tankless Water Heater Conversion.Im the guy that does everything themself ...except plumbing. Brandon diagnosed the inconsistent water pressure, found the source of the rusty water and lucky me, discovered a cracked water heater. I was immediately shocked by the quote but proceeded to hire Brandon. He had an honest explanation of what was wrong and he answered all 10,000 questions of mine patiently. As with any project youre unfamiliar with theres more involved that you can anticipate. I was able to check in on Brandons progress as he uninstalled a hot water tank and installed the new tankless unit. If youre thinking of DIY, dont. Theres more to this job than you think. If thats not convincing, just know they installed quality equipment by Navien. These units have to be installed by a licensed plumber to receive a warranty.Nice work, Thanks Brandon!

    Our AC went out during 105 degree weather so we called Lantz plumbing around 1pm and they were able to squeeze us in same day. Greg, our technician, gave us a call even earlier than we expected that same day and was kind enough to wait while we drove back from Cedar Park. When he arrived he was quick and thorough, got our AC back on, and shared several different options with us. He was extremely kind and informative. Highly recommend!

    My air conditioner stopped working on a Sunday and I was desperate to find a repair company that would repair the system and not take advantage of my lack of knowledge about this equipment. I contacted Lantz Plumbing and they responded the next day. They stated that the crew would arrive between 12 and 2 and i got a text at 12 they were on the way. Two technicians arrived and asked when and what was occurring and asked to see thermostat and air conditioner system. Quickly they discovered the issue was a clogged drain pipe and started to try and unclog the the pipe. It took multiple attempts that included climbing the stairs into the attic with different types of equipment. Needless to say it was desperately hot and uncomfortable in the attic space. Both techs maintained a professional attitude and were focused on getting the job done. The lead technician had 25 years of experience and was born in Lago Vista. They were able to fix the problem in approximately 2 hours. I thanked the lead technician for not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and not saying it was a more complicated issue that would require more time and increase the cost of the service visit. He thanked me for being able to realize that issue and they were focused on building a great reputation in Lago Vista not gouging customers to make a quick profit. He stated they were not the least expensive company but they were fair. I was impressed with the timely, professional and honest approach that the employees of Lantz Plumbing demonstrated while fixing the problem. So impressed that I intend to get their yearly maintenance contract for the air and furnace systems. Thanks again the the techs who solved my issue.

The team was easy to get a hold of, the communication was proactive, and expectations were set and met at every point in our service call.     Purchased a Rheem water heater from Lantzs back in 2020 and had a problem with the thermostatic gas value which required replacement. The item was still under warranty through Rheem but labor was not. However, due to the fact that the water heater was purchased through Lantz, they waived all labor charges. This company is ALL TEXAS. Cant recommend them enough. Process from communication (Brittany) through repair (Toby) was second to none. This was my third usage of Lantzs and have never been disappointed.

    We recently purchased a new to us home and although there were plumbing issues discovered at the home inspection, bought it anyway as the issues seemed minor.     Marcus was the tech assigned to our clogged drain, and we were 100% satisfied. He was on time, professional, and gave me some advice on the pressure assisted flush toilets and how they can help when clogs are possibly caused by the low pitch of our main line under the slab. He even told me that at one time, our home (built in 99) had septic; but that once the septic failed the city of Lago Vista required that the owners switch over to grinder pumps and city sewer. It was nice that he knew the history of our home since we just bought it in June! We also promptly received an email with the receipt from the Dispatch Manager, Brittany, who works with such efficiency and thoroughness! You dont see that much anymore but Lantz crew really impressed us.

    Yesterday our a/c broke down during the night so we called them as soon as they opened. Their tech was out on other calls but was informed it would be after 1pm.     My old water softener lasted 14 years, but finally gave up the ghost. The original estimate from Lantz was higher than I wanted to pay, so Mike was very flexible in finding me an alternative, smaller one, still a good brand. Today, Willie Krueger came and installed it for me; he was professional and pleasant, answered all of my questions, seemed very efficient. When he arrived, my cleaning ladies were still here and needed about 10 more minutes before the water was turned off; Willie was very patient and waited, and even gave me some advice on another issue (I had my outside pipes freeze for a day this past winter). As always, Im very satisfied with Lantzs Plumbing.

    This company is one of those rare gems that answers the phone when you call and treats total strangers like family. I called on a Friday evening with a grinder pump emergency and Mark Milner talked me through how to fix it temporarily (so we could use the toilets that night) and then he came the next day and fixed it promptly. I was so impressed with Lantzs (and Mark) that I bought an annual maintenance contract for my whole house plumbing and A/C (a great value for the money and piece of mind in my opinion).     My a/c ,without any emergency catch ,for in house water overflow ,when drainage clogged was a major issue and concern. Water was everywhere and by design our a/c could not have a water pan underneath it Lantz plumbingā€™s ,Eduardo, quickly assessed and after discussion installed a pump inside a/c closet that instantly catches any overflow and pumps out of my home immediately, when needed. Simply ingenious and a PERMANENT fix to our problem, though expected pump replacement after years is expected.     Lantz was very responsive on the initial visit the day my AC unit went out. In addition, they got me on the schedule for entire AC replacement withing 2 days and got it done before the holiday. I had a minor issue with the installation which caused the break to trip two days after installation. The technician who installed was over at my house that evening until 0100 am, diagnosing the problem. Thats what you call excellent customer service. Minor issue resolved and AC back on immediately. Overall, good experience with Lantz and would recommend to anyone here in North Lake Travis.

    I had a great experience with Lantz and Steve Munselle. My system developed a slow leak in the coil. I had a friend purchase a new one and install it. It turned out to be incorrect and defective. The system would not function correctly and we had to pay and place the tenant in a hotel. This is when I called Lantz. Steve was great from our first conversation. He quickly diagnosed the issue and started making calls to locate the correct part. He was urgent and responsive and finished the job fast!

So I wanted to make sure to recognize the great work Lantz has done for me over the last couple years. I am a landlord, so I have the misfortune of dealing with HVAC and plumbing issues fairly regularly, but the fortune of having Lantz as my go to for repair. I recently got a taste of just how good Lantz is. I mistakenly thought Lantz didnt service Cedar Park, so I contacted a local Cedar Park company. I had an absolutely horrible experience with them and decided I didnt want to proceed with the repair. In desperation, I called Lantz and they agreed to take a look. As usual, the experience was extremely pleasant, and the work was done well, in a timely manner, and for a reasonable cost.

    After several years of worry about the 50 gallon water heater in my attic, I decided to replace it. Lantz was very responsive with a quotation and service schedule. Lantz employee Seth and his helper did a beautiful installation of a new tankless system in one day. We were without water for only about 10 minutes. The next morning, the old water heater was removed from my attic. The tankless system works very well, and the recirculation system that came with it provides much faster hot water at all faucets.     From the first point of contact, Lantzā€™s Lakeside Plumbing has been amazing! We have been having issues with our septic system and have to connect to the city sewer lines. The first person that came out was extremely professional and courteous. He recognized that the issue was going to require Jacob Lantzā€™s expertise and got him out to our home right away. Jacob has been a great advocate for us while working with the city, and has worked with us to get the work done.     We needed a 25 year old residential sewer grinder pump replaced and they sent us Mark who was so kind and helpful. He was able to come the very next day for an estimate and able to return within 3 days for the repair. And BTW he fixed the control panel the day he did the estimate so we could keep using the pump and credited the cost of that to the grinder pump install. Also, we were not upsold for replacing anything that was functioning well, and this saved us a lot of money. As an add on he removed an inconvenient root that had overgrown into the sewer well, an awful, messy, stinky job and did it with such good humor and grace that we were stunned and grateful that we called them first!

We determined a City contractor turned off the sewer valve at the street causing the pump to run all the time causing damage to the parts of the grinder pump.     I called out another company for my heating issues and they tried to tell me that it was due to my nest installation and that it was losing power from the furnace. I had an electrician come and test the wires and check the thermostat installation and found no problems with power.     I just want to give a BIG THANK YOU and shout out to the Lantz team - specifically Josh Walters the manager and Tim Lamaak and his partner that did the work installing a new grinder pump and tank between Christmas and New Years. We have been using Lantzs for years and part of their platinum service includes a once of year grinder pump service. After the service in early December, we decided is was time to invest the serious money necessary and replace the whole system which was 15 years on the pump and 30 on tank and panel. Josh provided us with an excellent walkthru of what to expect and the estimate. The work performed by Tim & Co. exceeded expectations and the site was left perfectly clean.     My AC drain pan was clogged and condensation was not draining. Greg came out to my house within an hour or so from when I called in to Lantz and got to work. He was professional, very knowledgeable and got my system fixed quickly and affordably. It was more than just cleaning out the drain pan. It was correcting the setup of the pvc pipe that drains the water in the drain pan and making it easier to pour cleaining solution on a monthly basis.
