GC Plumbing went above and beyond. We were dealing with a massive issue and they came and handled it immediately. They also covered it under an existing warranty without any discussion at all. Frank was incredible—super capable, offered to take care of some additional issues, and he patiently explained the equipment and changes so we’d fully understand the issues. Abigail was incredibly friendly and helpful in scheduling and got a service manager on the phone to talk us through what to do ourselves while we waited for Frank. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I don’t usually post reviews but this was a big expense and these guys were the clear winners. I found GCP through Google search while trying to understand why a critical alarm for a “grinder” was going off. (Transparently, I didn’t know what that was or why it was key to my septic system. GCP site had the clearest explanation online.) After receiving multiple visits/quotes from local providers, GCP won my business for the following reasons: 1. Thorough review of system, including opening and inspecting tank, for a home specific quote for a reasonable fee (around $80) that they explained to me to my satisfaction. (One competitor provided a “free” initial visit, came by and said “alarm light is on” and wanted +$700 to inspect further. ) 2. Pre-defined options with pricing based on pump type and warranty. My requirements were somewhat unique for my area but the simple options provided transparency and clarity. At that point, GCP worked with me to provide the right solution at a fair price. (Heads up: This repair is not cheap anywhere. My quotes were between $5k and $10k. GCP quote was at lower end). 3. GCP was able to install solution the same day I committed to their quote. Knowledgeable guys did job well, were well mannered, and cleaned up as if they were never there. 4. Job comes with 3 year warranty for parts and labor, which provides assurance should something (else) happen unexpectedly. Hope this helps!

We had issues with an airbnb grinder pump in LV. The red alarm warning light kept coming on. I would clear the red light. A couple of days later it would come back on. Thats when I called GC Plumbing. They scheduled us for the following. Marcus from GC plumbing showed up, and went straight to work and diagnosed that one of the floats was going bad. He gave the management company two options. One was just to replace just the one float that was going bad, or replace all three. We opted to replace all three. After removing all three floats and installing the new three, Marcus insisted that he run several tests on the new floats and after few adjustments to we were back up and running. Marcus is a very knowledgeable technician and took the time to explain the whole process to me. A BIG BOOYAH TO MARCUS AND GC PLUMBING. On a personal note I have a 40 gal water heater thats about at the end of its life. I will definitely be calling GC Plumbing.

What a great experience!Called GC Plumbing to replace a 30 year old water heater and they were able to fit us in the schedule within 24 hours! Seth and Austin came onsite to do the work and were very professional and informative explaining the different options we had to upgrade our unit and get it up to code here in Austin at a fair price. The whole process was straight forward and the job was done quickly on the same day. They also left the job site squeaky clean. I will definitely call on GC again for future plumbing work and would recommend them to anyone looking for the same.

First time Ive ever used this company, I called Friday afternoon with an emergency issue (to me) and GC Plumbing sent me a text with a picture of the tech that would be at my door. They sent a very mannered gentleman named Zak covid protected and very knowledgeable. Zak was straight forward with my issue and the cost before any repairs were started. He did the work and cleaned after himself. I highly recommend this company.

The quote from Good Clean Plumbing to unclog a drain was more than the other plumbers but included a camera examination of the line. I really wanted to know what was going down there, whether is was just a clog or something else. Jett, the assigned plumber was on time, very courteous, explained everything and gave me some good tips. He offered three different levels of service. I took the cheapest and he agreed it was the right starting point. Ended up just being a grease clog, so the cheapest worked out just fine. They even provided a 90 day warranty on the drain cleaning, which most plumbers dont do. Very pleased with the service.

Our water heater was out and I was worried whatever company I called was going to try and sell us a brand new one (because ours was about 7 years old) but Chris gave restarting the pilot light a try and fixed it easily! Overall, I a great experience on a decent size job to replace an existing tankless water heater. CG was responsive and on time, while the technician was knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and committed to seeing all aspects of the job through.The hot water coming from my tankless water heater was alternating hot/cold. I contacted a couple companies but was ghosted, so I called GC plumbing. They promptly called back and set up a time to take a look. I got an appointment confirmation and even a link to the driver’s location in route so I could plan accordingly. The tech spent time debugging but ultimately needed to call the manufacturer as part of the warranty and troubleshooting process. He persistently waited on hold for nearly two hours before the manufacturer finally answered the phone! As sort of a do-it-yourselfer I naturally had a lot of questions and he listened and respectfully answered all of them in a casual yet professional way. Ultimately, I needed to replace the unit with a better brand recommended by GC. The same tech came out promptly and completed the job, sticking around until after dark to make sure the job was done, the site was cleaned up, and everything was working as expected. I would happily call GC for my next job (which hopefully won’t be anytime soon!).

We were dealing with a major sewer line issue that appeared to be a clog near our grinder pump. Jett was awesome to work with on the diagnostics and walked us through his assessment of the problem before we had to do further, more expensive testing. Our next step is to talk to the city since its likely an issue on their side of the line, but Jett gave us our options for further testing to prove it if the city pushes back and tries to dismiss us. And the price for that was reasonable if we need to do it.We felt he was very knowledgeable about grinder pumps and our type of system, and a straightforward, honest guy to talk to and learn more about our issue. Well definitely be calling GC Plumbing again if we need their help.

We had used GC Plumbing for another job in 2017. At that time, I asked the plumber to evaluate my hot water heater and see if it needed to be replaced because it was pretty old. He could easily have just said, Oh yes, replace it. But instead he carefully evaluated it and said that he thought it would last two or three more years and recommended replacing it then.Fast forward to 2020. Just as he said, the water heater started leaking in 3 years. Since GC Plumbing had done such a great job on our 2017 renovation, I of course called them to replace the water heater. They did a great job! They gave us various options and explained everything really well. The crew who came to do the work, Zak and Damon, were so courteous and polite. They were prompt and tried to interfere with us as little as possible. They did high-quality work, getting our new water heater installed and up to code quickly and efficiently. We really appreciated their services, and we will definitely use GC Plumbing again!In 2022, we used GC Plumbing again to replace an aging recirculation pump. Woke up this morning to my toilet not flushing and noticed my grinder pump seemed to be malfunctioning. I called GC at 7:30 am and was greeted by a wonderful service associate named Joaquin. He jumped all over this issue and had the techs Marcus and Mikael out at my house by 8:30. Marcus told me everything that was going on along the way and was super informative about the process. As we continued talking Marcus let me know that hes a 3rd generation plumber which says a lot about him and his father and grandfather. Hard working dudes in that family. Marcus assessed the problem and cleared my tank immediately. Since they installed the pump it was under warranty (just happened to be a part that failed-not their fault) and they took it back to get it fixed. It is now 2 pm and they have already reinstalled and run all of their tests to make sure my pump is fully functional. What a service minded team you have at GC plumbing. You have a customer for life!

Jett came out within the time specified (45 minutes after my call to the office). he gave me several scenarios that might be the issue when i described the problem-my grinder didnt seem to be working, and what the price would be. unfortunately, the grinder motor was beyond repair and had to be replaced, but he was able to quickly and efficiently complete the job without any problem. i felt that the price was very reasonable.jett was very friendly, polite and easy to get along with, and very well-mannered. i wouldnt hesitate to use gc plumbing in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.

I highly recommend GC Plumbing. After a service request by my home warranty company was delayed and then canceled leaving me without hot water for several days, I contacted GC. They were booked for the day but made a call to see if they could fit me in. Nick arrived within the hour. He was patient, professional and personable. I had a lot of questions and he answered them and took the time to explain how things work and why weren’t working. At each step of the process the pricing was made very clear. I have had trouble with another company preforming the work and billing me without providing pricing, diagnostic or approval. This was not the case with GC and I really appreciated that.Nick went above our expectations for service. At one point my three year old challenged him to a push up contest and he obliged. In the past we had Glenn the owner on-site for a custom job. To be honest we loved him and his family - personable, down-to-earth overall good people. Things then got busy, really busy with the housing market. We ended up buying more small ticket items from the big box stores and contracting installation through them. Big mistake. We learned this the hard way when we had to have a recent kitchen faucet install repaired and fixed by GC. Fortunately, Nick and Marcus from Glenns team were on-site. Both explained clearly and concisely what all was to be done and how they would proceed and how they could help us. They are all about the relationship and not just the sale. An hour or so later, things were installed the way we wanted them and fixed properly. No more faucet wobbles, no more water seepage under the faucet because it wasnt tightened down properly. Likewise, the glass rinser we ordered and firmly communicated to the big box contractor was installed - he refused to install it when he was here. Moral of the story - continue to buy at big box stores if they have want you want, just be sure you hire GC for the professional installation. Do it once, rather than twice.

GC Plumbing is great !! We had a horrible issue with what we thought was air in the pipes and even though we couldn’t recreate it Jett and apprentice Logan patiently spent 20-30 minutes going from room to room, side to side in front yard, up & down the attic and listening to me yammer on about what it sounded like. No eye rolling, smirks or laughing under their breath ! Jett was very committed to finding and fixing this mystery noise airy water issue. Finally it happened !!! Then he spent another 30+ minutes searching the house inside and out and every crevice of our tiny attic to find the issue. He didn’t go on & on about previous jobs or unrelated stories like most workers from other companies have. He was very easy going, explained what he was looking for at each step, didn’t speak down to me or over my head (from Michele Allen) and was clear about the options to correct. They came back later that day with the needed supplies and Jett did all that crawling, crouching and bending again in order to insulate & strap all the pipes. It was a long day but it’s fixed !!! BTW, my FOUR neurotic dogs were barking and jumping at the windows & doors the ENTIRE time but neither Jett nor Logan showed any frustration. And when they accidentally got loose, both just allowed them to bark then sniff and gave them pets once they calmed down.We’ve used them several times over the past year or so and are now diamond clubs members. I’m sure that only matters for the discounts & extended warranties because Manolo and all the gang treated us like VIPs from day one. Manolo is always available via phone call, text or email and remembers every detail of our history. We get emailed estimates and invoices immediately that detail the work done and warranty. Can’t beat the small town treatment for big city caliber work !

I have a Rannai tankless hot water heater connected to a 12 gallon hot water heater which had failed. The hot water heater was connected to a recirculating pump circulating hot water throughout the house. Rather than repair the hot water heater he was able to redesign my hot water system to eliminate the need for the hot water system. I am very happy with the new design without the hot water heater. Through the whole experience Zak discussed various redesign options with me. He was very polite, friendly, informative and professional throughout the repair/redesign process.

Jarrod came yesterday promptly, surveyed, and diagnosed the situation. He indicated with the new units there are safety features that will shut the heater off due to insufficient oxygen. He recommended as a test to put a fan in the attic to draw more air in. I put a small fan in the attic between the heaters and they have remained lit since then.
