A few years back I had called Mike Knight to take care of some plumbing issues. He came by, it was nothing and he didnt even charge us. I remembered him for his honesty and when we recently had problems with our water heater, I called him up. Mike came by and changed our heaters. Did an excellent job.Today, once again he came by because the water in our shower was cold. He fixed it and didnt charge anything. It is a pleasure to have someone honest and very professional.I have never met Mike, but my husband spoke highly of him.

Mike was great! He arrived within the agreed time frame (on a Sunday!), assessed the issue, and discussed options and price upfront with me. He explained everything to me patiently and made sure that the work was completed correctly, no leaks, and even tested the system several times to ensure everything was running properly. After he was done with the repairs he cleaned up the area. He is easygoing, honest, and you can tell he is passionate about his craft and takes pride of his work. We have used Mike on various occasions for three years now. A consult before we purchased our home, a complete repipe of our old house after we bought it, a leaky shower head, and finally last week for a backed up drain pipe.He’s very knowledgeable, patient, and truly enjoys his job. He’s always happy to listen to and answer any questions I have.His prices are reasonable and I’ve never had to wait long for him to make it out to our house for a repair.

Mike checked out my hot water heater and the water temperature, and assured me that it was working properly. He was very patient and explained a lot of things to me that I didnt know. He did not charge for coming out since he didnt have to repair anything. He is very honest and trustworthy, and seems to really know plumbing. I will absolutely call on him in the future!

Mike Knight is our hero! If we could award him 10 stars we would!! We were told by 2 other individuals that used cameras on our homes sewer lines that all of the cast iron pipes were corroded and needed to be replaced. Mike originally came out to give us a quote to replace the pipes based on what we had been advised; however, he also surveyed the pipes and used his camera and actually showed us on the camera that while the pipes werent smooth, like PVC, they were still intact and did NOT need to be replaced, at this time. He saved us thousands of dollars!!! He is honest, knowledgeable, thorough, personable, and trustworthy. When our homes pipes do need replacing, we will definitely call our Knight in shining armor. Excellent experience. My issue wasnt an emergency, but I called over the weekend and had an appointment setup the following Monday for a free quote. Mike came out and gave an extremely reasonable price with a lower and upper limit based on how the repair went. Thankfully the first option worked. It didnt take him long to have the job completely finished. Mike seems 100% trustworthy, skilled, and fair, and I will definitely be calling them in the future.
