Ive had Ronnie and his team at Texas Master Plumber come to my house several times for different repairs including replacing a hot water heater, fixing another hot water heater that was incorrectly installed by a different plumber, replacing tub drains, unclogging a main drain line, installing a kitchen sink, replacing a fireplace gas valve, and repairing a difficult to find tub leak. Theyve always done excellent work, often going above and beyond expectations. Theyre honest, courteous, arrive on time, and prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. Wish I could give them more than five stars.

I can’t say enough about this company. I first used them after the big freeze..they waited for me to get home so they could fix my leak. They probably had 100s of other jobs lined up, but they waited. Yesterday, Ronnie came out to fix a leaky shower faucet. He discovered the handle had broken on the inside. He put it back on, tightened it so it wouldn’t leak, gave the the number to order a new one ALL AT NO CHARGE! WHAT? That never happens! AMAZING man and company! Thank you so much! I will definitely call when I need service and I will absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber!

My vacuum breaker on the sprinkler system was damaged by the recent freeze. Also the ball valves were rusted and hard to shut off the system before the freeze. I ended up lucky to still have water. I understood and offered the wait for more urgent cases for people without water. Ronnie is the best! I wish I knew him earlier. I read all his reviews before calling him. He is professional and genuine. When I asked him about my water heater, he gives me a sincere advice instead of trying to make money of me! He is my only plumber to call in the future!In May 2023, I found a big spot of wet floor on my carpet and thought that there was a leak. I called Ronnie and he responded immediately. He came on-time and went around to investigate and finally found the reason. Water was dripping from a small AC unit. Ive had them out quite a few times now. They are quick on their calls. Very knowledgeable and go over and above what is expected. For example I had a leak from waterline going into my house. The found it and fixed it and instead of hardlinining it to my house they put a release drain as well. Now when it freezes around here I can shut off water to my house and drain my pipes so they wont burst. Didnt even ask for that they just did it.

We had a new Kitchen sink and faucet installed along with some piping modifications to accommodate the sink. We also had a bathroom faucet installed and new sink connected. They removed a minimal amount of tile, and completed the installation for the amount quoted, and cleaned the area related to repair. He was helpful on the phone prior to hiring them for the job. Great company, we called them in the morning and they showed up in a couple of hours. We had them repair a couple of sloan valves and a pea trap. They looked at the job, fetched the parts and installed them. They were neat, polite and cleaned up after themselves. They came back the next day and repaired it without charging us anything. The dogs were very happy to see them again. They are a first rate company.

I bought a home with a main sewer line that would backup to a clean out in the backyard at least 3 times a year! Time and again it was recommended we hire someone to fix the issue, but the cost estimates everywhere were very high. Luckily I came across this company who had reasonable prices and were quick to fix the issue. It will take about 3months before I can say without any doubt that the problem is fully fixed, but so far so good!

I am so HAPPY that we were able to have Texas Master Plumbing come out to my house on short notice. When I called I spoke with Melissa who helped me set up the appointment, she was very understanding and even followed up with me 30 minutes before the technician arrived. When Fernando arrived he looked at all the items needed, outside water spicket that was dripping water, the inside cold line for washing machine that had a slow drip, and the master bathroom shower also slow drip. Mr. Fernando was very professional and not pushy, gave us a great price on repairs. Our hot water heater was giving us stinky water. Ron came out, flushed the whole system with Clorox, and replaced the anode rod. I felt like less Clorox could have been used because we had a strong chlorine smell in the house for a couple of days, but he is the plumber and not me. The stinky rotten egg smell and the chlorine smell is now gone.

I used Texas Master Plumber 5 years ago and was pleased with their installation of a new hot water heater. I have since moved, and needed a possible repair on the hot water heater in another home that I purchased. I called them and they had someone in the area. Within 3 hours after my call, a plumber showed up at my house. He spent almost 2 hours there, checking on the issue and repairing the malfunction. The charge was very reasonable. I would recommend them for any plumbing repair.

Texas Master Plumbers was recommended to me by a neighbor and it was a great recommendation. I had an underground water leak and needed 40 feet of pipe replaced. They started that morning and when I returned home the project was completed. They professionally dug up my yard and carefully put my grass back in place afterwards. Needless to say the leak was repaired my yard looks great and no more high water bills. The staff was very professional from the customer service desk to the men that did the work. The prices are very reasonable and now they are my go to plumbing company.

5 Stars All The Way!!!! If you need a plumbing service in the Houston area you need to know Texas Master Plumber! Today, the Saturday before Labor Day, I had all the drains in my house stop draining all at once. I called TMP they made me an appointment and the plumber showed up on time. He asked me the problem and then he went drain to drain turning on the facets or flushing the commode. He went to his truck got out a machine with a flexible metal rod in it. He poked around in the back yard a few minutes with a funky looking shovel, hooked a power cord to his machine and shoved the flexible metal thing in a pipe in the ground. 10 or 15 minutes later he was in the house checking drains and commodes. He took his machine and tools to his truck, prepared an invoice and credit card slip. He was VERY professional, polite, effective, efficient and competent. I was simply amazed! Right plumber, right equipment the very first time around. Very reasonable price also.

Lewis, our plumber was very prompt. Beyond that, he took time to breakdown the full ins and outs of our issue. Within about two hours the problem was fixed. Only for him to come out on a separate unrelated leak, which he fixed in roughly two hours. For years my family wasted money with ARS and other companies. Matter of fact they came out first and quoted the job at 1700 higher. This man did it for under 1k. You would be doing yourself and your wallet a disservice in not calling Texas Master Plumbers. Hands down the only go to in my book.

Unclogged stopped up toilet. Have been using this company since it first started doing business and have always been pleased with their prices and service.Needed to replace 20-yr old hot water heater, but new heaters are wider and would not fit into the old heaters closet. Instead of buying a new heater, Ronnie tied the 2 bathrooms served by this heater into a tankless heater that I already had in my attic. He determined that the tankless heater had a large enough flow capacity to handle the 2 extra bathrooms. He also removed and disposed of the old heater, and the total price was only $620, which was about 1/2 of what a new heater would have cost. As a bonus, I now have a new closet for more storage.

Or water heater (that was replaced 13 months prior through a home warranty company contractor) failed and had to be replaced under heater manufacturer warranty. The home warranty company (which provided terrible service) was not able to locate a contractor willing to work with the manufacturer to replace our heater… after several calls that took me nowhere we were referred to Texas Master Plumber (TMP) by a manufacturer’s local representative. From the first call I realized that TMP were going to be the ones that will get me out of the nightmare. They were willing to work with the manufacturer, they sent a tech for a free estimate, the tech even was able to make it a day before originally scheduled. They provided an estimate lower that other 2 big name home service companies and were able to get the heater replaced within 24 hours from their estimate visit. They (service tech, and the agents that answer the phones.) were respectful professional, always on time, and over all extremely helpful without trying to sell you stuff that is not needed.

Usually for something as simple as replacing a faucet Id do it myself, but in this case, the hardware had an odd locking nut that I couldnt find a tool to fit. I was able to get an appointment with Texas Master Plumber quickly and the plumber did a commendably professional job, taking less than an hour for the install. In the event, rather than deal with the tricky nut, the plumber used a reciprocating saw to cut off the faucet -- a solution I wish Id thought of.From what I can see based on internet searching, the cost charged is about average for the task.In terms of negatives, I made the appointment a few days in advance, but did not get a confirmation of the appointment time despite leaving an email address and phone number. I did get a call on the day when the plumber was on the way. This is not a big deal, and I will likely choose to use this company again if I have future plumbing issues.
