Started looking for a plumber online yesterday, and noticed Aediles abundance of 5 star customer ratings. Turns out theres good cause for that. Robert came out the next morning (today) right on time. I had a problem with a toilet that had leaked, and was unstable. I had taken the toilet off already to see if I could fix it and saw the closet flange was broken. Cutting that out and replacing it is not something I would tackle. It has to be done right. Aediles guys got right after it, raplacing the builder-installed (only 5 years ago) flange and piping with a new stainless steel flange. The builders plumber was not a professional, as is too often the case today with new homes. Aediles crew was professional, polite, and efficient. They got everything back together in less time than I expected. I appreciated the quick response, and the great results, as well as the very reasonable repair cost. Definitely my new go-to plumbers if I need help again.

My experience with Aedile Plumbing was very positive. I had been putting off the tunneling required to remedy a regularly troublesome drain from bathroom and laundry room at one end of our home. My regular plumber, whom I trust and have needed to call roughly once per year to auger and clean that drain, recommended Aedile and assured me their work was very professional and fairly priced. Robert ran his camera from the clean out at the opposite end of the house from the troublesome area. He found and showed me two breaks in the 4 PVC drain line. The breaks had allowed a section of the pipe to separate as much as 6, allowing dirt and roots to enter. Repair of the breaks would require excavating as far as 12 under the slab.Robert emailed me the estimate the next day, describing the excavation, repair and refilling process. It wasnt out of line with what I expected. I had gotten another estimate years earlier, so I knew what to expect. We scheduled the excavation several weeks in advance, which then had to be delayed a week due to an expected rain. Robert coordinated the changes with me via text messaging. The excavation was professionally done, the dirt was piled neatly, and the driveway was kept clean. Robert did the repairs the following day. Photographs of the repair showed the installation of a new, approximately 6 section of PVC pipe connecting the two break points and incorporating a junction for tub, toilet, vent and downstream drain lines shown in foreground as well as a curved transition bring in the laundry room/bathroom sink line in the background of the photo. The assembly was properly connected and hung with two hangers drilled into the bottom of the slab. It was extremely professional and strongly secured work - indicating that Robert took pride in his work and that he was so experienced that it was easy for him to make the pipe, joints, connections, hangers, and hanger anchors the work of a skilled craftsman. The work was then inspected and approved. Aedile handled the city permit application and the inspection coordination. The tunnel was then filled the next day by the same expert excavation sub-contractor – there was no excess of dirt or mound where the tunnel had been dug indicating the refill was well packed. It was barely noticeable from the outside that such work had even been performed.I highly recommend Robert and Aedile Plumbing.

I am so pleased choosing Aedile plumbing to replace a 15 foot section of my main water in line. It took a lot of digging to find the leak. They were professional and honest. Repairs were made and the cleanup work looked amazing. A few days later my 5 year old hot water heater started leaking at the bottom seam. Called Keith back out and soon was replace and wife was happy again. I will definitely be using Aedile in the future. I highly recommend Aedile.

Great company! Very professional. Aedile plumbing replaced 2 outside faucets on our home, first. We are very happy with the work performed. While working on the faucet, there was an accident made & they came right to us to let us know. I appreciate their honesty. Matt was able to squeeze us in quickly and took great care of us over the phone! Robert and Nick were able to detect major plumbing issues that we were completely unaware of, even after having another company out previously before them who were on the right track, but just didn’t catch it like these guys! I have known Greg the owner since I was a little girl and Im 55 now. He worked on my fathers plumbing for many years. They came out and saw the job that needed to be done. Within an hour or two Robert came back to my house with a written estimate of the cost and what would be done. They showed up when they said they would and when they had an issue Robert would come to me and explain what needed to be done. They finished the job in a timely manner and said if we decided to have more done to give them a call and they would be out. I would highly recommend them.

Honest with great service. Just moved into our New to US home built in 1968 with wonderful galvanized pipes. Realized quickly they needed replacing and Aedile gave a fair price with none of the hassle. A week later all new Piping fixtures, supply, Etc. It’s super clear to me why Aedile Plumbing has perfect reviews after my experience with them at an investment property. Durning demo we had an unexpected incident that sheared off the AC condensation line inside the wall. This would result in water draining behind our interior walls from the second floor down if the unit ran at all. I called Aedile based on a recommendation, and Keith and Matt were at the property the next morning. Because we were renovating the entire house we walked through all the plumbing needs of the rehab, and they put a comprehensive plan and quote together while on-site. The next morning they completed everything needed during this phase, and their work was incredibly thorough and clean. This group was actually fun to work with as well! The thing that makes me a raving fan now of Aedile Plumbing isn’t just that the work was high quality and well priced, but it’s 3 separate preventative measures they took without even charging me, or telling me, that I discovered after the fact. They made the safety and security of my renovation their priority. When I asked Keith about these things he said “I’ve seen this happen before, and I just don’t want it to happen to you guys.” Are you kidding!?! I’m blessed to now have a partner in plumbing that I trust whole heartedly for all future projects. Thanks Aedile!!

Excellent service. First contacted them late on a Friday after my hot water heater failed asked for a estimate which they had back to me in less than 30 minutes. Did some comparisons and narrowed it down to Aedile and one other company so they came out the following Monday for a firm bid and I picked them. The install went great and was complete in just a few hours. They even helped with a couple of other plumbing issues that had been bothering me for awhile. Five stars +!

We had a awful sewer smell from the washing machine, I contacted another plumbing company no response. I called Aedile they came right out. Now this is a tough concern to fix however they gave me the steps to take. Its a process but it looks like the grand-kids sink p-trap had dried up letting the sewer gas into the house. All in all they came out did a inspection no charge and did not back away from the challenge they did ask that I keep them informed and if it is not fixed they are here to help. Awesome People Call them if you have any plumbing concerns.

We had a few companies bid our re-pipe and underground piping and chose Aedile. They did a complete re-pipe of the house and also about 100 of underground pipe. They started on a Monday and finished on the following Thursday earlier than planned. When a few issues came up that werent anticipated, (hardware replacement, etc.) they intelligently got these fixed and let us know what was going on and why new parts were needed. We couldnt be happier with the results. They finished on budget and on time, despite the few additional hardware pieces needed. Their work was neat, quick, and again on budget. The excavation crew did a great job and the interior plumbing is 100% better. Is there such a thing as too much water pressure? Im not sure. Its not a problem weve had in this 50 year old house before. Thanks again Keith and Matt, great job!

I bought a cute faucet that I intended to install myself , I quickly realized I was in over my head when I couldnt get the shut off valve to turn... A quick neighborhood search and I narrowed it down to aedile plumbing. Honest and responsive. Installed a tankless hot water heater 3 years ago for me. Unit has worked great until this morning when it started making a loud hum noise. They answered the phone when I called first thing in the morning and made room in their busy post freeze plumbing schedule to come take a look. Turned out to be a lizard had crawled into the exhaust pipe and got stuck in the blower. They quickly fixed the situation. I will not hesitate to use them for any future plumbing needs.

These guys have helped me out with multiple issues at my 50+ year old rental property. Even with proper maintenance, occasional problems are inevitable with a house this old. Aedile (pronouced a dial if youre wondering) most recently came out and fixed a clogged drain. It was not a minor thing. It was essential to get it fixed quickly as new tenants had just moved in. Aedile showed up promptly, got creative in fixing the problem, and explained everything clearly. They also had the right equipment and know-how. And the price was fair, too!

Man these guys are truly the best. Matt and Keith from the beginning were professional, responsive, and provided a great price. When they came out to replace my 2 attic water heaters with a tankless, we had a bit of a hiccup when a recessed light was accidentally hit removing the old water heaters from the attic. Not a huge deal at all.You could tell they were upset when I noticed and they did not take it lightly (they clearly take pride in their work). Not only did they get a sheet rock guy out to fix the MINOR damage to the ceiling immediately, they also advised I had a hot water issue in one of the bathrooms. When I asked how much to fix, they said given the headache its on us. I have already passed their cards to the neighbors who are also looking for tankless. DO NOT CALL any one else these are your guys.Thank you gentleman and Aedile will have my business for life!

Highly recommend!!MORE RECENTLY, Aedile Plumbing replaced the pipes (including hose bibs and valves) in my entire house (including a converted garage apartment and large whole house filter). As you can imagine, it is a HUGE and quite intrusive job. They called to confirm the work dates. They showed up when they said they would. They communicated if anything changed (from something as small as running late due to needing to find a part....to something as big as pointing out if a reroute that was needed or if an old pipe had leaked). They let me know what was completed each day and what was planned for the next. They cleaned up before they left each day. They planned the work ahead, so I would always have one working bathroom each night, and they let me know before they turned off the water each day, so I could take care of any last minute “business”. Communication is so important when it comes to this kind of work. Also, my city had started requiring more insulation than they expected when they quoted me, but when they found out, they covered the cost…they did not ask me to pay for the extra materials and labor. That is a class act move IMHO!! Not all companies would do that in this day and age. I will point out that they do not replace sheetrock (a lot of plumbers don’t), but they make sure you know that from the beginning. I made the mistake of waiting to hire someone to replace the sheetrock, because I was concerned the work might not be done since it is such a big job…but trust me…barring anything beyond their control, AEDILE WILL GET THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL (or earlier)!! I STILL HIGHLY recommend Aedile Plumbing!!!

I called Aedile Plumbing to assess an issue with plumbing in an add on bathroom. They were willing to tackle the problem and, through no fault of theirs, it became necessary to do a gut job. The drain had to be redone because of faulty installation and some roots had invaded the sewer line. Because of the severity of the plumbing issue and the carpentry work that became necessary (which was done by another contractor) the work became protracted but was completed this week. (They stuck with it until the end.) Robert and Richard were the first people on the job and did all the demo and nasty work. Because Richard had to take some time off, Aaron helped finish the work. At one point Greg helped with the project. They were all a good bunch of guys but more importantly they were talented and thorough and I highly recommend Aedile Plumbing to you.

10 months ago we had a hot water heater installed by the people at Aedile Plumbing and they did an excellent job. I should have left them a 5 star review then but never got around to it. Today I wake up and find that the hot water was not working. After a couple of attempts of getting it back going I gave Aedile a call and the guy seemed to know exactly what the problem was just by my description over the phone. He said that it was probably a manufacture defect because they had seen this issue lately. I was expecting them to point me at the manufacturer and I couldn’t have been more wrong. They were determined to come by my house today and check it out. When they got here they were nice and professional and explained everything that was going on and that it was indeed a manufacturer problem. They then told me that they were going to do everything in their power to get my problem fixed asap. They had to leave to go get the part from a warehouse and were back within an hour and had it fixed in less time than that. They were apologetic even though it was completely out of their control and has nothing to do with their great work. This is extraordinary customer service and I can’t recommend them enough.

I can’t say enough positive things about Aedile Plumbing! My 15 year old water heater died on Sunday night, but my usual plumber couldn’t make it out until Tuesday. Endless 5 star online reviews led me to contact Aedile to see if they could come out any earlier, and Robert and Richard were at my house in less than 1.5 hours! Considering the lifespan for a water heater is usually 8-12 years, it was no surprise when Robert told me it would have to be replaced. He still went on to explain in layman’s terms what the issues were and backed it up by showing me pictures taken on his phone during their inspection. They provided a fair quote and absolutely zero pressure, and offered me the opportunity to obtain other bids. I chose to have Aedile go ahead and replace the water heater, and within a couple of hours we were up and running with a new one. This afternoon (Friday) around 4:30pm, I attempted to turn up the temperature on the water heater and mistakenly turned off the pilot light in the process. After several unsuccessful attempts to get it relit, I called Aedile again. Keith offered some troubleshooting tips via phone, but I’d already tried all of his suggestions. Within 15 minutes, Keith and his dad/owner Greg were back at my house and quickly had the pilot light relit and temperature turned up. These guys are much easier to work with than the big plumbing companies. They may not do the 24 hour on call stuff arrived within 30 mins of my call and cleared out my HVAC drain issues for way less $$$ than I was quoted by a large HVAC company.
