    Always receive great service from this company. Nothing but trust the past couple of years with everyone that works there. Robert and Rease recently fixed our leak that caused mold damage within our home. Both of them were informative and cool to work with, and they got our copper pipe repaired in a short amount of time.     Best AHS callout company I have ever had in my house. Do yourself a favor and request Shaun. We bought a house and it has had multiple plumbing issues since we first moved in. Shaun has come out every time and explained everything that has happened with the plumbing, which I really appreciate. He is always on time and gets the job done completely. I have never had any of the same issues pop up again after he has come out to fix them. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

    Great experience. I rent a house and was assigned Mr. Rooter Plumbing through AHS by my leasing company. Once assigned I was contacted promptly. Communication was great and they showed up during the time frames provided and sent me a text when on the way to be sure I would be home. I did not have to be the middle person to discuss payment etc. Every person I encountered was kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I will use them again should I need plumbing needs in the future.

    I’m a new home owner and this was my first experience with having to hire a plumbing service. I will never use another company other than Mr. Rooter. It was less than 24hrs for them to make it to my house to fix the issue. The plumber who arrived was Steven and he is the main reason for this review. His service was quick, efficient, and very professional. He took the time to actually explain what he was doing and what all needed to be done to fix the issue. When I say he went above and beyond, he truly did. 10/10 recommend Mr. Rooter’s plumbing and Mr. Steven with excellent service!

    Had to get a water heater replaced, Steven was quick to diagnose the problem and then Ian and Lee had the new one installed quickly even after having to work around a few hitches due to the originals failure and work to remove it to fix the water damage.

    Today was my first experience with Mr. Rooter. Let me just say I am extremely impressed and pleased with not only the service provided but the personal attention they gave to my issue. Richard and Tyler were extremely personable, professional, and very conscientious about taking care of my problem. They are now my plumbing company for any issues I may have.     Richard with Mr. Rooter Plumbing are in one word AMAZING! Both of my hot water heaters went out and this company was assigned to me by American Home Shield. Initially my appt was not scheduled until next week but the rep with Mr. Rooter Plumbing contacted me about a cancellation and so they were able to come today.. how awesome is that?!I am seriously blown away by the professionalism, knowledge, caring and overall house call experience with Richard and his son. They both put my mind at ease regarding the process and the plan for repairs. He even looked at my toilet and gave advice on how to DIY that repair. Wow, talk about going above and beyond. I ABSOLUTELY will recommend this company to everyone that is needing plumbing services.

    Was referred to this company , John came out and knew excatly what my problem was. Main broken sewer pipe to my house, due to the ground being super dry because of the heat and it not raining. Come out in a timely manner gave me a very reasonable price, answered all my questions, walked me through the whole process of them tunneling under my house to fix the pipe. Got started immediately toke 2days to fix , and one day to inspect and fill in the hole. All the techs and crew were nice and helpfully, friendly answered any questions I had for them. I will definitely be using them again and referring them as well.

    Robert helped us out in Pearland, Texas. Not only did he fix the leak in my shower....he helped me with a broken shower head. He felt bad that we had it dead wrong, and spent his own time adjusting and installing my mess up. He soaked all of the trim components and adjusted the water temperature for us as well and added major value to the simple shower leak that he was fixing. 5 stars... his is the best plumber that I have ever had help us. His name is Robert.

    Assigned this company through American Home Shield. Gavin and Andrew were the plumbers assigned to our plumbing leak. They were very knowledgeable and efficient in troubleshooting and working with AHS to resolve issues. Work was excellent and great at working around our schedule! Would definitely use them again!

    Sean and Lee were fantastic. I had a water heater that exploded and flooded parts of my house downstairs and the garage. They came in and routed the water so I coyl at least have running water inside. They were great. And they put me in touch with a restoration company so my home could be tested. Great guy!!! Friendly and so awesome

    Shawn and Lee were very helpful and friendly. They arrived to look at my garbage disposal and took the time to explain what the issues were. They very quickly replaced the disposal.     After purchasing a home in League City, we immediately encountered sewage backing up into all of the downstairs tubs and showers in the house. Called in a service request (at 10pm) via the warranty with American Home Shield who passed the request onto Mr. Rooter Plumbing.Mr. Rooter Plumbing promptly contacted us first thing the next morning and John and his assistant (sorry I don’t remember his name) were at our house by 11am. They quickly diagnosed our issue as being a collapsed main sewer line under our driveway before it reached the city side of the sewer. John called the issue into American Home Shield, who quickly denied the repair because the issue was “outside the footprint of the house” and therefore was not covered by our policy. Despite this we went ahead and agreed to have Mr. Rooter Plumbing perform the repair.So John and his crew were at our house the next morning at 9am, at which time they very accurately mapped out where the hole in our driveway needed to be, cut the concrete, and dug down to sewer pipe. They replaced the faulty pipe and called out the city inspector who came out the next morning and approved the repair.The following day the “dig crew” returned, filled in the hole and repaired the concrete, including rebar tied into the existing slab. The crew then hung around for a couple more hours to tend to the concrete, which resulted in a repair that is very consistent with the rest of the driveway.All told from start to finish the total repair took 3 days, however the all important sewer line was functioning in a bit over a day after Mr Rooter Plumbing contacted us. I’m always wary of home service companies and contractors, but in the case of Mr. Rooter Plumbing, specifically John and his crew (not to mention John’s brother who also came out and who was super nice), everything they did from the diagnosis of the issue to the explanation, schedule and execution of the repair, was exactly as promised, which in my opinion is a rarity these days.Bottom line, the American Home Shield warranty was completely worthless, but Mr. Rooter Plumbing came thru for us with extremely quick, accurate and honest service.

    Shout out to Lee at Mr. Rooter for helping us navigate the replacement of a hot water heater while dealing with the manufacturer of the leaking hot water heater (still under warranty) and our home warranty. Lee is very helpful, gives clear explanations, and cares about his customers. He took much more time with us than he needed just to make sure we were satisfied.

    I was house sitting for my daughter in Clear Lake. While I was there, I accidentally backed into the hose bib by the garage. When I got the main water line turned off, which was quite an ordeal, since I had no idea where the cut off was, and really DID NOT want to stick my hand in that opening, LOL, I called Mr. Rooter and told them what I had done, and that I had no water for the house until the hose bib was repaired. I called that morning around 10:00 am and the hose bib was repaired by 4:00 pm that afternoon. Larry was the technician that came out. He was very pleasant and professional. He had the hose bib fixed promptly, and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommendMr. Rooter plumbing. I think they were great.

    I have a home warranty and they allow me to choose my provider. Ive used Mr. Rooter before with good results so this time was no exception. My garbage disposal started the bottom-side death leak so I placed a service request on Monday afternoon. Within an hour Mr. Rooter called me back stating they could have a technician at my house as soon as the next morning!Ricky and Drew showed up exactly when they were supposed to and jumped right to work. Im currently working from home so they completed my garbage disposal replacement quietly and efficiently. They were in and out in less than 45 minutes! My kitchen was clean and they were professional and friendly!This will always be my go-to plumbing repair company, even if I dont have a home warranty. I can count on them to be punctual, professional, efficient and fairly priced. Thanks again!

    Called Mr. Rooter in League City due to a serious backup turns out our cast iron piping had burst and collapsed under the house! They were fast, efficient, and professional! We had such a positive experience with Ricky and Robert that we called them again to replace all our water pipes in the house from the meter to all the faucets! The crew was just as wonderful with Ricky, Robert, both Gavins and Chris! They even found issues in our walls and helped us find a service to get it fixed! They went way above and beyond! We will never use another plumbing company!

    I was assigned this company by American Home Shield and was pretty worried due to the negative reviews I have seen here.However, my experiences were positive. Mr Rooter has been to my home twice through AHS. In May 2022 I had a leak in behind my shower wall that caused some water damage to the wall. Steven from Mr Rooter came in the time scheduled and fixed the leak issue (damaged line and shower handle I believe).Just last week I put in another plumbing requests to repair some faucets and a cold water valve. Jonathan with Mr Rooter came out and diagnosed the issue and repaired my issues in a timely manner.Both Jonathan and Steven were on time, personable and willing to answer any questions I had. They were also open about what they could and couldnt do under the AHS warranty and what options I had to not end up paying extra.

    Company was assigned by American Home Shield. Gary with Mr. Rooter Plumbing arrived at 11 AM which was within the 10 to 2 window I was given. He was very professional and personable. He determinedmy guest bathroom sink leak was not at my P trap but a worn washer at the sink juncture above and replaced it. Sink is fine now!We checked out the damp rug area in the master bathroom and determined there was no leak. Dampness was caused by water dripping off of my right arm and elbow while shaving.Gary was gone by 11:30 AM. Great company!I am very satisfied with both AHSs and Mr. Rooter Plumbings service response.

    My water heater went out. I booked through American Home Shield, but I would use Mr. Rooter again. They replaced my water heater. Two young men showed up, Ray and Drew. They were polite and used manners. I have a hurt foot so cant go up in the attic to inspect at this time, but Ray asked for a broom and he swept and cleaned up the rust trail through the house from the bad water heater that they carried out. I did not inspect further until they were gone, and the bath tub they used to drain the nasty water from the old unit is filthy. They did not clean it out. When I went outside, there was big and small pieces of rust all over my front porch and down the sidewalk. If you have a water heater replacement, I suggest you check these things prior to the tech leaving if you want them to clean up.

    My house is a 1972 and all of my pipes were rusted and almost completely closed due to rust and Mr. Rooter came in replaced my pipes and got it up to code. The pressure is way better now and the work is quality. They we’re here in no time and got me back going. I have several rent house’s and they will be the first call.     The guys from Mr. Rooter were awesome. They came in, diagnosed the problem (which was the toilet needed to be replaced), told me American Home Shield wouldnt cover it and then gave me the option to have it replaced at a very low price by Mr. Rooter. When I called Mr. Rooter to schedule the install the dispatch told me if I went and bought the toilet, hed keep these guys on stand-by and when I got back with the toilet, hed send them over to install it. I went and bought my own toilet and the guys from Mr. Rooter installed it as they promised that same day. It took less than an hour and everything is perfect now. Shame on American Home Shield for not covering even a portion of the cost of a new toilet. In addition, you really need to have better communication with the service people you use. My plumbers said the only explanation as to what the problem was at my house was water closet. Really? These guys had no idea that the problem was the toilet. I told you what the problem was, couldnt you have put on the work order Leak in toilet? Something with just a little more detail so these guys know what theyre walking in to would be nice. Mr. Rooter rocks, but American Home Shield, not so much.

    I use Mr. Rooter because of our Homeshield. Not the best company, time frames are way off and had them come out before with nothing but upset. However last night Will came out and fixed our hot water heater. He was awesome. From the time he left his last client he called letting me know he was in route, had me send a pic of the problem to be sure he had what he needed to fix it or stop on the way and grab it. Was very informative cleaned everything up and gave advice to keep the problem from happening in the future. If you call ask for Will to come out. Darla in the office is awesome as well. She gets your questions answered, calls you back and seems to try and get you set up and going. Thank you both for your help.

    Great service. I had a water leak an hour before big thunderstorm. Called many companies and no one agreed to come because of the storm. Mr Rooter was the only savior.     I had a major problem a few weeks ago which was a broken sewer line and issues with the garage disposal. The dynamic duo team of Lee and Andrew did a super job on repairing the problems. Regarding the garage disposal he brought us a top of the line Moen 3/4 horsepower one, the kind they use at restaurants. Great customer service in explaining everything and no beating around the bush…..straight to the point. Also, they resolved an issue I had with my upstairs flapper in the toilet. These two guys are the bomb.. Next issues I have, special requests for only Lee and Andrew.

    I came home to a flooded kitchen - called Mr. Rooter and they were at the house within an hour. Promptly informed me that the water heater needed to be replaced. IT WAS A MESS! Water had come through the ceiling. They quickly replaced the water heater and had me back going again.     This is our 3rd time using Mr. Rooter. Gary was our technician each time. He was always professional, kind, on time and fixed the problems perfectly. What I like about Gary is he doesnt mind answering my questions and concerns. Gary installed 4 Moen faucets, a tub spout, shower head and bidet. Mr. Rooter plumbing was 1st referred to us through AHS and they have earned our repect as a A+ Company. We now call Mr. Rooter for all our plumbing neededs because we know the job will be done fast and right. Gary thanks for educating me on Moen lifetime warranty. Because of you Ive replaced everything with Moen and will never have to buy another faucet because of its warranty..

    After two weeks of trying to get a plumber out to my house, I finally called Mr Rooter. They said they could send someone out in a couple of hours. Lee Vargas showed up in less than an hour. After just talking to Lee for a short time you could tell, this guy knew his craft. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He showed up with the right and expensive equipment to get the job done. I was so pleased with his work, I was a really happy customer.     I just had a Mr. Rooter plumber come over and change out my garbage disposal and I was very happy with the fact that it was the same one I previously had! It was just time for a new one, it was 13yrs old that’s why I was glad to see him replace it with the same brand and model!!! The plumber was very polite and professional and replaced it in no time!!! Great service!!! I would definitely recommend to call and use them for any of your plumbing problems!!! Thank you!!! 🙂

    The technicians came when they said they would. They did a great job fixing leaking plumbing in the ground by my pool pump. It was a long and nasty job. I have had numerous other people out here for this problem but it never got repaired. They were very reasonably priced, considering the time and effort of Mr. Vargas.
