Solid plumbing was a company I hadnt used before but I had an emergency with my house flooding and they were just the fourth one I could contact. They were the first ones who could get out to my house in about 15 minutes where I was quoted 5-6 hours minimum from other companies. They diagnosed the problem, called the city on my behalf, and had excellent customer service. They told me if the city didn’t fix the problem to call them back. The city didn’t and they came back out with not one person but two. Johnny and Kenny were absolutely amazing. They coordinated with the city on my behalf, spoke to them, and stayed until the city fixed the problem. They have extremely reasonable and fair rates with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They followed up with me the next day to ensure things still were going okay. They made a customer out of me with their dedication to the customer going above and beyond what they had to do. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Most definitely the best and strength forward..they helped me get all my plumbing covered from Water heaters to water lines inside and outside of my home and all my drain lines as well will recommend Solid plumbing to everyone from here on out!!!

I was having a hectic day dealing with multiple plumbing issues at several properties, including one particularly troublesome location. In the midst of it all, I contacted Solid Plumbing, and they were a lifesaver! Not only did they take the time to walk me through what needed to be fixed (while I was literally under a house trying to handle it myself), but they communicated with me in a professional, friendly manner and offered great advice.They were very understanding, stayed in touch with me throughout, and quickly scheduled a call. Garrett, the technician, came out almost immediately, assessed the situation, and fixed the issue efficiently. He took the time to listen to what I had observed, offered advice on my other plumbing problems, and made the rest of the day go much smoother than it started.This is the second time I’ve used Solid Plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier with their service—especially as a woman, I felt respected and supported.
