Always does a great job and remembers 4 years later what they did to help with pluming the last time we had an issue. They know their stuff and have been doing it a while. They also show up pretty quickly after they have been called. I would and am recommending them to friends and family.

Service was great, had them replace my water heater and they did a great job. Next day service was what sold me first. Father and son were working and they are a hoot to watch. I will be returning for any service in the future for sure!

We had a plumbing problem (sink backed up; flooding from the water heater closet; bathtub not draining properly etc.) I called some of the name brand plumbers in the area and either: got an answering machine, no answer, or was told I would have to wait 4 (four) days until someone could come. When I called STEELE Plumbing, I was able to speak with a human being and he came with an assistant later that day. He was able to quickly determine the problem and fix it right away! Also, he recommended a solution that was less expensive that what I thought I would need. Quick, professional, effective, and reasonably priced! Any issues in the future, I am definitely going to call him first!

These guys are the BEST, not only are they prompt but very affordable and VERY compassionate workers. My water heater was out a day before Thanksgiving. They were the only ones, out of seven companies I called, to help us. Many thanks to these fine gentlemen.

We had a major leak in our water heater the day after Thanksgiving and everyone else wanted time and a half just to come out but Bob Steele charged regular rates AND we had a new water heater installed by the end of the day. Their rates were very reasonable. They even called us that night to check and make sure we didn’t have any leaks and our water was heating appropriately. Highly recommended!
