Ron from the Service Department, got my house back up and functioning for the night until he could get back out the next day to replace my hot water heater!! Ron Martinez and Aiden were our technicians for 2 days while repairing a pipe leading to the main drain; a job that proved far more complex than originally anticipated. We weren’t charged anymore than originally quoted, despite the job being significantly more work. Both of them were so professional and explained every step of the way. They were so patient and answered every question we had. They worked diligently and accomplished a lot in a short amount of time. They kept the work area clean and when they left, they left my yard very clean, free of trash and debris. They were incredibly sociable and friendly. If any work is required in the future I will continue to hire Pippin Brothers and ask for Ron and Aiden!

We had a great experience with Austin! I called Pippin Brothers desperate late yesterday after having a new fridge delivered but a leaking valve in our wall that needed to be used as the water connection. The receptionist walked through the process of someone coming out today thoroughly. We were notified multiple times of new time frames and even received a text with Austin’s picture. After walking through our concerns in other parts of the house and advising us, Austin was able to identify the problem, went to 2 locations to get the part, and come back and fix the problem, and then asking AGAIN if there was anything else he could do for us. Great first experience with Pippin and we will be asking for him again.

I had previously contacted a different local plumbing company (because my home warranty uses them) to look into a sewer line issue. That company was not responsive, couldn’t ascertain the problem and was going to charge much higher prices. I then decided to go with Pippin Bros because of reviews I read online. They sent Shane out and he quickly determined I had a sewer line cut by a fiber company installing fiber Internet in my neighborhood. Shane was phenomenal and lived up to other reviews that mentioned his work. He quickly discovered the issue and fixed it for much less than estimates I had received from the previous company who couldn’t even find the problem. He also helped me document the issue with photos to allow me to file a reimbursement claim with the fiber company. I was very impressed and will use Pippin Bros and Shane for any future needs.

Steve was on time, and very professional!! He listen to what was the issue from me at first and then he went into plumber mode to figure out that our main line wasn’t the cause at all. He then asked if there was anything else that we were having issues with while he was there? I asked him if he could remove our garbage disposal and the faucet repaired, he figured the bill brought back us a bill and we approved it and he got too work. When he finished, he had us make sure it was all working properly and there were no leaks. Other companies tend to over charge for camera usage and other tacky fees. Pippin Brothers have employees all over which can be beneficial in smaller areas outside of Lawton. They had availability on a holiday weekend, Saturday, and Austin (who was Great!) came at a fast & reasonable time. Pippin Bros. was cheaper than other companies on a regular day. I called during a high demand in plumbing repair due to cold weather and most companies weren’t able to come until a week later, but Pippin Brothers were able to squeeze me in the next day. When I communicated that water was flooding through my floorboards, they came even sooner and their manager called me personally to give me some helpful tips and keep the emergency contained until Austin came to fix the issue. He assessed the job, taught me exactly what I had done wrong in the first place, and walked me through a couple different options and what they would cost. I called Pippin Brothers and they sent John, an experienced plumber and gave us an estimate for the line replacement. We also decided to replace all of the old plumbing and he gave us an estimate for that work!!!! We are tremendously pleased with the workmanship and professionalism John and his crew provided to our project! Everything was done in the timeframe given! We have great water pressure now!!!
