A day before Thanksgiving, I called Andys Plumbing, Heat & Air, expecting to schedule an appointment a week later because of the holidays. The female person I spoke with was nice and informed me that since all of the staff members are out in the field, someone will call me. Timmy and one other fellow arrived. They were professional and kind. They completed the task in an hour without wasting any time. Timmy described the units malfunction. He is smart and effective. I can suggest this business. Very happy with the services they provided.

I have used Andy’s Plumbing for my home plumbing needs since 2016 and have always received excellent customer service. Everytime I have had a plumbing problem, they come and give me a free estimate on the same day! Most of the time they can fix it that same day too if the parts are available. I have always highly recommended them to all my friends and family, who have also been very satisfied with their work.

With it being summer and people needing new central air units, I cannot recommend Andy’s Plumbing enough! They have excellent customer service, always get back to you as soon as possible and whatever you need done they make it happen. They have wonderful prices and payment plans. We used them last year to replace our whole sewer line and they got it done in about 3 days. I’ve never had any issues with them, and out of the 4 places I called about the air conditioner, they had the best prices and could be here the fastest! (Pics of my new unit because I’m so happy to have it😂)

I apologize publicly for a review. I couldnt grasp having a water leak under my house due to all my lines being replaced last year. The young gentleman from Andys came today and a rat had chewed my lines. He repaired the lines and I appreciate everything Andys have done for me through the years.

I have used Andy’s 3 times for different reasons. From plumbing to ac issues and they have always been so kind and knowledgeable. They are On top of stuff! They know what they are doing. Never rude. Andy’s plumbing is the best they came to my house twice this week once for the toilet and fixed the install of my dish washer that was incorrectly done by a handyman.I highly recommend them!!

Yesterday these two wonderful plumbers from Andy’s plumbing spent from 9 AM to 5:30 PM replacing several sections of my sewer pipe. The original pipe was installed 17 years ago and a long section by the easement had bowed downward causing blockage. They installed two clean outs and a flapper by the house. They also repaired my sprinkler system that the cable people had cut when they buried my internet cable. They were careful not to break the orange internet cable. The had to do a lot of shovel digging in clay soil filled with rocks. It was 104 degrees but they never lost their cool. They refilled the trenches, smoothed out the dirt, and picked up the trash. If I could give them more than a five star rating, I would do so.

My hot water heater was having difficulty as of last night and I called Andy’s plumbing at almost 11 AM and they have somebody out by 1 o’clock. Checked out issue and fixed it for me and were on their way. I gave them a try in the first place because I saw them recommended on Facebook, And I will be recommending them to other people in the future! Excellent service

Just moved to Lawton and Nate and Westyn have been out to fix spigots for the washer and outside as well as to install a new kitchen faucet. Clean, courteous, and professional. Not a speck of dirt in my closet after they crawled under the house! Got all jobs done efficiently and for a reasonable charge. Service was easy to schedule and arrived on time. Highly recommend and will use in the future if we have any more problems.

After a frustrating search for someone to hook up and assemble gas logs for a reasonable fee, I called Andy’s. Not only were schedulers knowledgeable of my situation and willing to work with me, they were polite and friendly! I made a scheduling error, they returned my call promptly and were helpful getting my appointment rescheduled. The day of the appointment two gentlemen came to do the work. I had some miscellaneous questions about my thermostat and gas stove, as well. My questions were answered kindly, while work progressed expediently on the log assembly. It was a beautiful and professionally accomplished job! I was shocked when they told me the final cost of the job. I expected it to be much, much more. Thank you for being an honest, hardworking, reliable, and professional business. Andy’s is in my contacts! ** After note: This was my review from a month ago. I called back yesterday ( a month later) and I was unlucky enough to get the abrupt and dismissive lady on the phone who has no customer service skills, whatsoever. Honestly, I love Andys, so I hope they will do something about that person answering the phones. Very unprofessional. Even that does not take away from the SUPERIOR service the gentlemen provide.

We had another company come out to look at our HVAC unit because we had american home shield & had to use them ,needless to say we dropped America home shield & called Andys, we have had Paul with Andys coming before .we could have bought 2 units from the other company for what Andys charged, Drop American home shield & call Andys for a quote today ,you will save thousands. Paul with Andys has been a blessing to our family .

The team at Andys Plumbing is professional, courteous and works to provide a high quality level of service to their customers. Weve used them for two projects (hot water heater replacement and plumbing change for a kitchen sink install). Both projects were quick, within the quoted price and finished in a timely manner. Ive had the pleasure of working with Shane, John, Paul and Timmy and would have any of them back for future projects. The office staff is wonderful as well and have been so helpful for answering questions.I will be recommending this company to any of my friends and family who need a plumber in the future.

Updating review from 1 to 5 stars! The owner of the company personally came out and made everything right. This is great customer service and follow through. Would highly recommend them. Thank you Shane!——Scheduled plumbing service on 11/8/2023.Service not completed that day and we were told they would be back the next day to finish up as they left a huge hole in our yard with an open hole in our septic line.Realized after the Holidays they never came back. Called last Friday, 01/12/2024, and was told it slipped through the cracks, apologized for their error and scheduled service for today, 1/15/2024 between 2-6pm. Called at 5:30pm to check on status and was told they changed it to the 1/22/2024 without notifying us! We now have backup into our lower bathroom, along with an open pile of sewage in our yard, and our unable to use our water.Would not recommend doing business with this company, and definitely don’t schedule any service with a tech there named Thomas. Not reliable.

I would like to give a gigantic thank you to Shane the office manager and he works in the field. We had 4 to 5 different plumbing companies out trying to fix our problem with the sewer. Prior to Shane nobody could figure it out. Shane threw every tool and piece of equipment he had at the problem and got it figured out and resolved! Shane is a really nice, professional and knowledgeable plumber. He never gave up and we have been up and running with no problems for about 2 months now. I want to give a special compliment to his wife Lauren, Mother-n-law and I believe its John and Tom who assisted. Guys please dont waste your time calling anyone else with your challenges. This time they didnt have anyone available and instead of telling me I would have to wait, they gave me the numbers of others who had people available and could take care of my problem immediately.
