    Brandon and Jeremy were awesome and took the time to explain all of the issues with my system and the potential fixes for it. They even took the time to see if they could connect everything properly in a very old house with a dinosaur system and Frankensteins duct work. They were incredibly patient with my animals and conscious of where the cats were, making sure none of my cats got into were they working.

    The Robinson crew did a great job! Weve used them many times and are one of the Loyalty subscribers where they come twice a year check the system before we change over. We had a whole new system installed and the crew were respectful, tidy and pretty enthusiastic about their jobs. Would do business with them again in a heartbeat!

    JP and Daniel did an awesome job on replacing my washer valves and outside faucet. Jeremy and Carlos were both friendly and knowledgeable on the HVAC systems.Wes and Kerwain came through and installed 2 HVAC systems and added insulation to my home with no issues. Great job guys!

    Our experience with Robinson Air has always been handled with great care and efficiency. Sydney has been coming to our home to inspect our heating and air and spending the time to diagnose the problems. Jeremy spent hours with us to get us the best unit for our home and explained each one in detail, so we understood what we were paying for. We never felt talked over or down to. We’ve been using Robinson for a couple of years now and we’re always very happy with their service.

    We had Robinson Air install two new HVAC units at our home. After receiving numerous quotes from area HVAC companies, Robinson not only came in with the best quote but also quoted us the best equipment. We did our research and knew the quality of units and manufacturer we wanted. Robinson Air delivered on all. Our salesman Maurice was informative, transparent and made us feel at ease with this major purchase. The Robinson team of installers were TOP notch. Nice group of young men who knew the product, installation requirements and went above and beyond to keep the install tidy and handled the entire process with professionalism. The front and back office team at Robinson also helped us greatly. From scheduling inspections to following up on satisfaction, Robinson Air delivered! We look forward to having their team performing routine maintenance and would recommend them to any of our friends. Thank you Robinson Air for keeping us cool and making us comfortable!

    I had a great experience with Robinson Air. I had a leak in my bathroom that required part of a wall to be cut open. Rueben and Ryan did a great job. I was really worried that the wall would be damaged and I would need to hire contractors to fix it. I will not need to hire anyone else to fix the wall. They did a fantastic job making the wall look untouched! They also fixed the leak in my bathroom. They didnt leave any mess behind and the bathroom looks better than ever. I am happy to have found a plumber in Lawton that I can trust.

    Technician was knowledgeable and explained what was going on with my tankless water heater system. Unfortunately, the wrong part arrived instead of what we needed for the fix.     I was tired of constantly repairing my old system, always wondering when it was going to fail on me.I contacted Robinson Heating and Air and Blake came out to the house and showed me how I could save money on my electric bill by installing a new Amana energy efficient system.The job he said would take 3 days to complete and the crew that showed up were highly knowledgeable, and very respectful. Any question I had they had the answer and didnt make me feel like I was bothering them.Their customer service is great. I would get a text every morning letting me know they were on their way and they cleaned up after themselves and didnt leave a mess for me to dispose of.Definitely made me a lifetime customer.     We had Sidney do our annual fall inspection.No issues were detected. Sidney is the technician on most of our inspections and other calls for service. He has always been friendly, professional and informative when it comes to the heating and air system in our home. During and after every visit, I walk away with a little bit of knowledge that he passes onto me. In my opinion, he is a value member of Robinson Air.

    Awesome and affordable service! Dustin did a fantastic and quick job at clearing a tough clog I had been struggling with for almost a week. He was friendly and professional, even went beyond and gave me some advice on other parts of my house.     We were having trouble with our breaker flipping when we would try to turn the heater on. Zane Hawk came out and fixed our heater within a couple hours. He explained what was wrong with it and was very knowledgeable. He was also extremely nice.

    Always professional, fast, and well priced every time Ive used them. Had multiple different technicians come by, and theyve all been great guys. You will NOT be charged almost $300 just for a guy to come out whenever he feels like it when you pay for a premium monthly service in the event of severe weather like one of the OTHER businesses in town that shall remain nameless. If theres a simple fix that you can do yourself next time without needing them to come out, they will show you.

Today they went over and above as there was a fire in our dryer and while I was in the office he calmly unplugged the machine, let me know, assisted with moving it outside until the fire department was able to stop by and assist.     Such a phenomenal experience. Our Account Rep Jeremy Pinto was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and took his time guiding us to the right system for our needs. He walked us through the entire process and checked in regularly making sure we were 100% satisfied and happy. Our install team, Logan and William, were very meticulous and efficient and made sure everything was working correctly and showed us how to use the equipment. They were extra careful and got rid of any spec of dust they created. Such awesome guys. It was a great experience and I highly recommend these guys for any HVAC needs.

    Robinson Air replaced my aging ac system, furnace, and ducts, and put insulation through my attic and added some returns and a vent in the laundry room. The work took several days over the course of two weeks. There were a few days we went without ac so Robinson delivered several portable units which kept it cool.Wes and Carlos did most of the work. They were professional and informed me of their progress each day. I appreciated their cordial demeanor and care they took to clean up. They also took care around my furniture.There are a few areas that the carpenters are coming back out to fix and I wont really know how well the system works until I go through an Oklahoma winter and summer. The ac is controlled by the wall thermostat or an app. The inside unit was moved to the attic and opened up a closet for another use. The outside unit is much smaller too and they are both very quiet.Overall it was a good experience.

    Zane was on time and did a great job. He wore booties to not track dirt through my house.While he was doing paperwork in the truck FEDEX delivered a package.     Daniel Taylor came to our home in response to our HVAC system failure.Turned out that there was nothing wrong with the system.My home comfort system app reported a failure with the attic blower motor due to multiple power outages during the recent storms.He reset the system and it started working normally.Daniel had two other customers that he needed to take care of and it was already after 6 PM in the evening; however, Daniel took the time to explain why the system shut down and suggested that we could have two surge protectors installed on the attic unit to prevent the unit from shutting down again should there be anymore future power surges.He took the time to explain everything and offered us the option to have them installed.My wife and I both agreed, and Daniel took the extra time out to install them for us.This to me was above and beyond customer service.All he had to do was reset our system and leave and continue on with his next two customers, but instead he took the time to upgrade our system because of his caring dedication for making things right ..., and he didnt care about what time of the day it was!You dont find that kind of devotion very often these days.Excellent ..., Excellent customer service.Thank you Daniel.He also explained customer membership to us.My wife and I both thought we were already customer members?Turned out we werent!He again took the time out to explain how our customer membership had expired back in 2019.We were never informed that our membership expired, otherwise we would have continued our membership.Anyway, Daniel took the time to enroll us back into the membership program.My only complaint against the company is that we had never been informed about our membership expiring.Please send reminders to us and your other customers before our membership expires.Daniel, excellent job once again!Thank you so much. 🙏Daryl, we love your commercials by the way!!!     Our air conditioner has been struggling to cool our home below 80 degrees for the last three years (we have 20 door ceilings and a too small system for our home). Our bills electric bill was crazy high just to keep our home tolerable. Robinsons quoted us a new system for a reasonable price and had it professionally installed before the weekend.The guys who did the work on the system were so professional and respectful of our home, they were even kind to our crazy dogs. After they were done with the install and we tested the system, I was amazed. What would have taken our old system two or three hours to cool to, our new system had cooled to in about 30 minutes. It was an insane difference! I am so excited to see our energy bill.I would highly recommend Robinsons. They really did great work!
