My warranty company assigned them for my water heater and air conditioner when they both went out in the same week! The technicians that came out were professional, quick, and to the point. I had a great time talking to the people in their office too, Bryan was such a charming man and Leslie was very informative to help me upgrade my water heater. I recommend them highly. Thank you!!

My home warranty uses Whitney. I needed a repair to my AC unit. I read the reviews before they came and I was worried, but they sent Thad, an independent contractor, and he was great. Arrived on time, knew exactly what was wrong when I explained what had happened. He was quick, clean, courteous and took time to explain things to us. He was great, so I have to give them 5 stars.

We had a ruptured pipe and no water. We called American Homeshield, whom we have homeowner’s service with, and they scheduled Whitney. They sent out a plumber that evening who was able to repair the pipe quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Whitney Plumbing Svcs.

Being a bigger guy I had made a major mess of my plumbing. The job was not to big for Whitney Plumbing though! Mitch came out and had me up and running again just in the nick of time. The office staff was amazing to work with, knowledgeable of the process from start to finish, and very polite. I will keep them in mind for all my future plumbing and electric needs.
