    We have used wire works for multiple projects, from large parents wiring speakers and outlets underground throughout our backyard and patio and installing ceiling fans in rooms with no existing in-ceiling lights or fans to small projects like switching light switches to dimmer switches. They have always arrived when they said they would, performed the work efficiently, and cleaned up well when leaving. Fair pricing and great to work with!

    OMG, just talked to Tom about a chirping, annoying, wired smoke detector. I have tried everything to stop the chirp. Tom suggested looking at other detectors in the area saying home acoustics are strange. Spot on! A nest device with a light we use near a step was the culprit. Thanks Tom!

    Strong winds ripped the power line off our house & my husband needs medical equipment that uses electricity. I called WireWorks & they came the same day to repair the damage & restore our electric. The office lady was so kind & understanding of our emergency situation & the technician was very professional.     What a great company. They were able to schedule my work within a week of contacting them. Becky from the front office was very friendly and helpful. She kept me up to date on everything. Tom came out the next day to provide an estimate and walk me through all the work. On the day of the service, Tom and Serge arrived on time and did a very professional job. I have already recommended them to my neighbor who needs electrical work.I highly recommend WireWorks and will definitely use them in the future. It is nice to find a company that is friendly and treats you like family.

    Nothing but great things to say about this company. Have used them multiple times on different properties, and they always deliver. Starting in the office, Laura is great with communication and scheduling, and always polite. They have never been late. And all the employees have been extremely professional and courteous.     We had such a great experience with Tom and Dave. Super efficient, friendly, informative and thorough. The estimate took less than 15 minutes, and scheduling was quick and easy. We had a short list of electrical jobs and Dave tackled them all perfectly. Will definitely hire again.

    Jeremy and few other guys came over to do a panel upgrade for our home. The experience from start (coming out to give a quote) to finish (installation/inspection) was wonderful. Wireworks was punctual and very responsive to emails. Will definitely use them again for future work.

    I called first thing in the morning as we lost power to our kitchen outlets. Becky was great and let me know they were swamped dealing with power outages but they would try and get us in. Actually got someone there just after noon (Chris) who was fabulous. Found the issue fairly quickly and made the repair. Fair pricing for sure. He also took the time to answer a few questions regarding some fixtures we needed installed/fixed and got us some quotes for that. We will definitely be calling to get them back in!     I have used Wire Works twice in the last year and each time they have been awesome. Everything was explained in detail and pricing was very reasonable. I especially learned a lot from my conversations with office staff. On both occasions she went beyond the call of duty to actually have me send her photos of the circuit box in order to give me an idea of what I might expect with my problem; she is quite knowledgeable. Both times she was right on target. In addition, I learned a lot about circuit breakers and GFCI. If youre in need of an electrician, give them a call.

    We had some inclement weather this last march and our solar system quit producing power. Tom came out and diagnosed the system and was able to determine that it had acquired lightning damage from the storm.     Fantastic group. Provided excellent customer service over the phone and came out on Saturday even though theyre closed on Saturdays. The person on the phone let me send her pictures so that they knew what parts they needed ahead of time. It turned out that the problem was a super easy fix. They fixed it and showed us how to fix it ourselves in the future. A great experience all together! I will definitely use this place again!

    Wire Works is the only electrical company that I will call in the future. The guy they sent out was very prompt, upfront, and honest with what was going on in my basement. He was able to fix my issue within the hour service call, and gave me wonderful tips regarding my panel and any future upgrades I may be looking into.The price was right, and the customer service was outstanding.     Just had an emergency repair done by Wireworks and wanted to get straight on the computer to praise them.From the young lady who answered the phone (Becky I think) to the two electricians who answered the call (Tom and Sergei) everyone was fast, courteous, patient (I always have lots of questions) and most of all, professional.Considering that I was looking to having power out for a couple of days I was back up and running in less than two hours. Love these guys.

    Representative is friendly, customer-centric, polite, and makes it easy! Maybe our problems havent been very complicated but I am always surprised when he says he is done and all wrapped up with whatever we had gone wrong. He even took away our old fixture and new fixture box for us. This is the second time I have used this company for a general issue/fix and will use again in the future.

    I woke up to my bathroom lights and outlets not working. I called to have an electrician come over to help but Laura first checked to make sure nothing had been tripped. It had! She had me check a few things and told me how to reset the outlets. I didnt even need an electrician. A lot of other places would have just sent someone over and collected a fee for stopping by for something so simple. I will definitely use their services based on the excellent customer service and help from Laura.

    Sergei helped us with an electrical problem with a breaker/outlet for our dryer. Sergei was amazing. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and polite. We had also used Wire Works to install can lights in our kitchen 3 years ago - another very professional job. We will use Wire Works for all our future electrical service needs!

    Got multiple estimates to replace and upgrade an almost 30 year 100 amp panel to 200 amp. Wire works gave a very competitive price; they werent the lowest or highest of the bids. Laura setup my estimate and was by far one of the nicest people Ive ever talked to. She was awesome from the beginning when I called for an estimate, when it came time to schedule work, when I called and had a question, and when I paid my bill.The work itself and the guys that did it were equally great. My husband has amateur level electrical knowledge and always replaces our fixtures/outlets/switches, and was impressed with their work. They properly installed the panel as well as brought us up to code by grounding the water line. They also installed all our breakers and made sure to go through the house to make sure everything was labeled properly.Inspection was done before they left and was approved. Im very impressed with Wire Works professionalism and integrity in their work, as well as Lauras helpfulness. Would use again without a doubt.

    These are some of the nicest people doing electrical work. Tom Mullaney was professional, courteous and did exactly what was promised in the job estimate. In fact, he spent more time and went over the budget. But he stuck to the original estimate that was provided and did not charge a dime over that! To have such professionalism, honesty and integrity is a rare thing in this era of cut throat competition. Kudos to Tom and Wireworks team.     Tom Mullaney and his team at Wire Works Inc. are top notch. Very professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. Wire Works most recently assisted as with all our electrical needs for a complete kitchen remodel. When the team wasnt able to complete all tasks on the the scheduled day for our rough electrical, they found a way to squeeze us back into the schedule so our kitchen remodel could stay on schedule. Tom Mullaney is one of the nicest people youll meet, and provides an outstanding service. I wont use anyone else.
