Brent (or Brett?) came out to troubleshoot an unusual electrical issue at my house. After numerous attempts to identify the cause, he simply stated that it was something he would not be able to resolve. However, after he left the house, he was in his truck in front when he noticed a contractor pulling up to work on an electrical box at the end of my block. He couldve left and called it a day, but he took the time to get out of his truck and speak with that contractor and ended up successfully identifying the cause of the issue. It was clear he was not comfortable leaving without a resolution and he persevered until he found it. That kind of effort is greatly appreciated.

Had a wonderful experience with Keegan. I so appreciate when a contractor shows up on time for the appointment! He was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Gave us lots of good options for what we needed done and also researched our awful IKEA light we were having issues with. Took the extra time to fix a few things we wanted done even though the appointment was just for a walk through estimate. Highly recommend Keegan and a company that hires good people like him!
