These guys plumbed a laundry closet in my home and did an outstanding job. As with most laundry closets, space was tight, and I was unsure if they would be able to fit the drain and water lines into the space while leaving room for the dryer vent and the electrical. Vinny came up with a solution that worked perfectly, and I am very happy with the end result: the work is clean and shows attention to detail, and the guys were professional and left a clean jobsite behind them. Highly recommend Vinny Boys!

Vinny and Brandon arrived at 8 AM, ready to start work. They wore covers on their boots, and kept everything clean. Vinny explained what had happened to my toilet and offered three levels of repair. I decided to replace it with a new one. They went and picked up the new one, removed the old toilet, and cleaned everything up by lunch time. They are located close to my property and could fit me in fit me in 4 days out (2 days + the weekend).The 2 negatives: 1) despite all the info and photos provided it required a physical inspection, 2) unless you travel to their location to pay by check for the 50% deposit expect another 3.5% card fee.However the plumber sent did a terrific install, clean and efficient.

Their work is amazing. Came to my moms house quickly, clearly explained the problem and the solution to our her plumbing problem. He and his apprentice was clear in explaining the pricing for the flap in the toilet and found the plug with their scope and camera. We were fixed in a couple of hours. Vinny and his team were amazing. Vinny showed up right on time and communicated when he was on his way. We had him look at at broken pipe in our garage as well as an issue with water temperature throughout the home. Vinny took time to educate us on what was wrong and the next day came back right at the scheduled time to make the repairs. The temperature issue was more complicated than first thought but again he took the time to explain next steps and ultimately resolved our issues. After using a couple of different plumbing companies over the years, we are so glad we found our go to company that we can trust. Plus, he’s a family man who I felt comfortable dealing with as soon as I shook his hand. I would definitely recommend Vinny’s plumbing.

I cant thank Jacob enough for all hes done for us the past month. We hired him for a blocked pipe preventing our kitchen from draining and while he was under the house he noticed a serious water lead. We ended up having to tear out most of our kitchen to fix the damage but it would have been so much worse if he didnt catch it. Hes helped up so much through this whole process. I cant imagine hiring another plumber at this point.

I have used Vinny now for 5 years, and this is our second home with him as my plumber. I have recommended him to friends and co-workers repeatedly - because of his combination of responsiveness, integrity, personality, and skill.From the first time to the last (yesterday), I feel as if Vinny is responsive, and makes time in his schedule to accommodate me as a client. I realized on the first job I hired him for that he was incredibly honest, making sure I knew what needed to be tackled now separated from what could be tackled in the future. This gave me the opportunity to budget for the things that needed to be upgraded (*The house was build in 1950, so some upgrade work was inevitable). He gave me options on solutions that made sense and I found his pricing to be fair. He is down to earth, has never taken issue with educating me on what is happening/how it works and does it without being condescending. He is absolutely approachable, and a lot of fun to talk with - AND - he knows what hes doing. I have never needed to call him back for a follow-up. He fixes it right the first time.Everyone I have recommended him to has thanked me. Vinny and his crew are top notch. I had a laundry list of things the previous plumber didnt do to code (crawl space, interior, and attic work) and instead of just taking that at face value and doing the minimum they caught and repaired other things that I had missed. They repaired old pipes and installed new where needed. They did new tub-showers, toilets, garbage disposal, sink, washer drain/line, fixtures and many other smaller repairs for me. They ran natural gas lines and re-routed pipes that were in my way. I highly recommend them. The office folks are friendly and very organized. He was prompt, flexible when the other contractor wasnt ready for the plumbing, professional, upfront regarding what to expect and the cost, and quickly fixed a problem that we had been enduring for way too long. The pricing was reasonable, he took respectful care of our property, and he provided education regarding the piping and what he determined caused the situation. Not only that but he said he repaired it in a manner that would be better for the piping overall. Vinny Boys Plumbing did a full re-pipe of our 1960s home, replacing old iron pipe that was so clogged you couldnt flush the toilet and shower at the same time. Vinny and his crew were professional and thorough, doing all they could to limit drywall damage and working through issues that come with an older house. They finished, as promised, in two days, including working late the second day. When there was a problem with the new water heater -- a manufacturers defect and nothing to do with the installation -- Vinny quickly sent a plumber out and it was fixed. Highly recommended, and for a price that beat the competition.

We had the pleasure of having Vinny Boy’s Plumbing as the subcontracted plumbers for our 1958 home. Vinny had Steve take the lead on the project and he and his crew did stellar work!Our home had roughed in bathroom in our unfinished basement, which needed to be reconfigured, in addition to a complete repipe for our waterlines.The estimate came in from our contractor and we had sticker shock. But, everyone was able to figure out what work, I could do as the home owner to reduce the costs. They told me what to do and how to do it. I removed the concrete basement floor, tore out the originally framed bathroom, and took out Sheetrock in the upstairs. The guys ended up replacing virtually all of the old plumbing and piping. I did the dump runs and was able to recycle all of the metal piping at the Tacoma Waste Management Transfer Center off of Center Street in Tacoma!We believe we definitely got our money’s worth, and they even did some free-installations including our new dishwasher, faucet, and garbage disposal (they even increased the size of the waste line to code so the dishwasher and garbage disposal are plumbed to code.These guys are honest, extremely knowledgeable, and care about doing a great job! I am very impressed and have already shared their names with others.

When the plumbing broke in our master bathroom shower we needed to get it redone and make the dual shower heads in our bathroom on two separate controls. We called multiple places and they all said it would take a full day, maybe two, and gave us unreasonable quotes. Vinny’s did it for under half the price of our other quotes and they completed the entire job in under 4 hours. They even moved a pipe we hadn’t included in one of the other companies quotes. They were quick, professional, and economical. I would recommend them to anyone.

Vinny is hands down the smartest plumber I’ve ever met. Here is the story. I bought a duplex which was flipped by a bad contractor who messed up all the water lines. As a result one of the units was not getting hot water even after a brand new hot water heater was placed. I talked to about 20 plumbers and met with 7. None of them was able to diagnose the problem correctly even after spending hours on testing and troubleshooting. It took Vinny 30 minutes to diagnose and additional few hours to fix the problem without tearing down any more walls or rerunning the whole system. I highly recommend Vinny if you have a plumbing issue. He will save your day.

I had a shower Stem start to leak a solid stream of water, I went to turn off our main water valve in the house and It was so old that it broke in the open position. So we were stuck with water running over the weekend. We had contacted another company to come out and fix between 1pm and 5pm Monday,well at the last minute they informed us that they would not be able to get out until after 5pm and they may not have our parts because our house was so old and we would have to wait until Tuesday. This was not acceptable I contacted Vinny Boys Plumbing and talked to Vinny, I explained everything and he had me text him pictures of the shower stem and the broken faucet. He then told me to calm down that he had the parts and would get to us before he went home. He called before he got here and worked past closing to fix our problems. In the end he was even cheaper than the competition and offered a military discount, most of all very professional in his performance. Vinny Boys totally saved the day!!!! I have been having hot water issues for weeks that I stubbornly tried to fix myself. After setting an appointment with Vinny, canceling the appointment because I thought I figured it out and then calling back to beg for his help he and another tech happily came out and figured out the mystery! With in 15 minutes of them showing up I heard cheers and laughter and was quickly beckoned to find screaming hot water coming from all my faucets!They were super kind, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly did not make me feel like a dumb dumb for all my back and forth.Vinny happily ordered parts to repair a faucet I’ve needed fixed for longer than I’d like to admit and I can’t wait to have them back for the install.It’s true what they say- not all heroes wear capes.Fair price, friendly service, professional technicians. With any home improvement project, you will run into problems and its how you deal with them that you can truly tell one company from the next. My project was the installation of a corner shower and it had a few hiccups along the way but Vinny made sure it got completed the right way. His employee Steve was fantastic, personable and like Vinny, wanted the project done the right way. While I wouldnt say the project was smooth sailing (They found mold in a wall that we needed to get taken care of) but the motto was the same, We want you happy! and so far were very pleased. Will update if anything changes. Great job guys!

Vinny and his crew did some outstanding work for me on a house that I flipped recently. When a different contractor missed their deadline, it prevented Vinny from completing his portion of the work on the day it was scheduled, but he just came back with his crew a few days later to get it done. Not only did they come back a second time at no additional charge, but they actually came back a third time to fix one minor thing, still at no charge.If you need any kind of plumbing work done, definitely call Vinny Boys!
