I couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received! Our upstairs bathroom sink had been causing issues, but he not only fixed the sink, he traced the problem all the way down to the basement and resolved it quickly and professionally. The attention to detail and thoroughness were outstanding. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!!!!

Wade came over for an issue we were having with our kitchen sink and he had no problem resolving it. He was on time and made sure to explain what was going on. Our previous plumber was one of the few people Id recommend by name to anyone, because of those two reasons: he was dependable and I always learned something while he was here. When he moved out of state, I wasnt sure Id find someone with the same pride in his work, but I was impressed with Wade. Weve found our new plumber.I had him come back and do our backflow test, inspect our sump pumps and descale our water heater. He had big shoes to fill and hes filled them. Super nice guy and trustworthy. He talked to me like weve known each other forever and he seemed happy to teach me anything I wanted to know about our systems.

Our hot water heater bit the dust late in the evening and we had to wait to call someone until the next morning. Madison Plumbing was recommended by a colleague so I gave them a call. Someone answered right away and were able to get to our home that same day. Did a quick assessment. They were even incredibly accommodating to mine and my husbands crazy work schedules and came back at an agreed upon time based on our availability. Overall, the fix took about an hour and now we are back up and running. So helpful and happy to support a local business!

Ive used them at my job for 15 or so years and recently used them at my place of residence. What a great group of professionals. We have been through several plumbers over the last 25 years and it is great to finally find a reliable and dependable company. Madison Plumbing has tested, made repairs and replaced our backflow devices. They have repaired/replaced toilets, water heaters and pipes. One thing I truly like about this company is their communication. I expect many more years of Excellent service.

Ive used Madison Plumbing for over 15 years - VERY trustworthy, helpful. Good creative problem solvers. Most recently Ive dealt with sump pump failures at the hands of a power outage. They arrived quickly to help pump water and dry basement. They recommended and installed a back up pump Theyve also installed an icemaker, fixed broken pipes - serviced gas boilers. Always trust them to do it right. Fair prices too. I always recommend them to others.

Great service! I use them mostly for my office, for the occasional leaky pipe and such, and theyre always fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I also appreciate that theyre willing to come out to the East Side.I did need to call them for an issue I was having in my home once. Our kitchen sink wasnt draining, and the clog wasnt in the immediate plumbing under the sink (I had already checked). Turns out the clog was in the main that runs from the kitchen through the basement into the ground. The pipe itself was very old and rusted, and the plumber was able to remove the old pipe, install a new one, and re-cement it in to the basement floor - all that same night he was called out. I believe the charge to my landlord was only a couple hundred dollars, which seemed really low considering the amount of work that was involved and the speed with which is was completed :-)

Kevin & Chris were awesome from Stack Plumbing!! Kevin was on time, so helpful, and he fixed both of my toilet issues quickly and efficiently. Kevin & Chris also made 2 separate trips to get parts for my toilet to ensure things got handled today. Kevin even looked at another issue I was having with a sink while he was here. I would highly recommend calling up Madison Plumbing if youre in the Lakewood area!
