They came highly recommend. And after my experience rightfully so! Conans Technician Brent came out on a rainy Saturday at noon. Got my main line cleaned and we were back in service super quick. Very friendly and professional. The communication is very good as well. I called late in the afternoon on Friday I got a call back within a half hour and had my appointment scheduled for the afternoon. Got a call from Brent saying he was done early at his previous appointment and could get to my clogg now. I was super stoked to have them come out. 10/10 would recommend.Wish I had better photos.

I prefer to hire independent owner-operated businesses for home repair as I find them to be more personable and accessible.Conans Drain Cleaning was highly recommended to me by an independent contractor who discovered a sewer line issue whilst giving me a bid on another home project.Brent arrived the day I called, on time, and straight to work. After scoping the pipe I was sent a receipt ( while he was still there) with detailed description of work done and a link to the video of the journey through my pipe. He gave me recommendations of other independent contractors to contact to repair the broken line.Quick, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant experience at a very reasonable price.Plumbing issues can be stressful and overwhelming. Finding a trustworthy repair person is not always an easy task. I was lucky my GC has a solid network of trades people to recommend.Conans is high on his list and now, high on mine.

I called Conans in the morning for my clogged kitchen drain. He told me a timeframe of one hour in the same day afternoon he could come look at it and help. He send a text when he was on the way and came exactly in the timeframe he said he would. He quickly assessed the problem, fixed it, and looked under the house to be sure there werent other problems lurking unseen. He charged $286 which I thought was extremely reasonable for plumbing services. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Reached out to Pierce Country about a root penetrating the drain line off my property. Pierce County stated this was the homeowners responsibility and provided a list of approved contractors, which included Conans. Unfortunately, I was in desperation the prior week due to a clogged drain and brought in a different plumber, who identified the clog caused by the root, but did not clear the root. They falsely recommended that I speak to the city. Fortunately, I found Conans on the list from the County. What was GREAT about Conans was his wealth and knowledge about Lakewood and County ordinance. They are very familiar with the area and understands how construction companies setup homes. He had the right tools for the job. I did not have to wait for another working jet machine. They were on time and finished well before the estimated time. I highly recommend Conans and they are now my preferred drain specialist.

I called Conan after calling Roto rooter. I had a slow draining sink in my bathroom. Roto rooter wanted $500 after taking a look at it. I thought that was too much so I called Conan the next day mainly because his plumbing service was closest to my house. Conan went into the bathroom and had the sink unclogged in no time. Also I have an accessory dwelling unit that I rent out on my property and it just so happened that the tenant told me that the kitchen sink was clogged while Conan was there. Conan was immediately able to determine that the garbage disposal was jammed, and so he and so he was able to unjam it in a matter of minutes. He only charge me $80, less than 1/6 of what Roto rooter was prepared to charge me.

We could not be happier with the service provided! We had a big company come to try and unclog our bathroom sink months prior and they where not able to. They gave me several quotes, the cheapest $1,200 and the most expensive $43,000!!! I was so disheartened. My SIL used Conan’s and she recommended them due to their timelines, efficiency, and price. The gentleman that came was on time, super knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly was able to unclog our drain! The price was well worth it, they only charged $260. This was a bargain compared to the previous quotes. I also liked that he left the bathroom clean, no water spills or debris unlike the big company that came before. 10/10 would use their services again and recommend. Awesome work!

The first plumber I called could not fix the problem. I was charged about $1300 and left with a fifteen foot trench in my back yard and my sewer was still backing up. Conan fixed the sewer in less than an hour. He even gave me a DVD he made to show me what the sewer looked like when he was done. I will recommend him to anyone I meet who needs plumbing services.

We’ve relied on Conan’s Drain Service over the years to periodically remove roots from our sewer pipes, or to come fix a problem when it gets clogged with tree roots. The first time Conan came here was to fix a problem caused by the “stop freaking” national drain company and we’ve called on him ever since. Once, when Conan was away, we had to call someone else in an emergency and this company wanted to install a new pipe/line when their equipment wasn’t working properly. At midnight I told them to stop trying and that we would just wait till Conan could come fix it, which he did the next day. He does excellent work and comes highly recommended by us. Also, he is honest and reliable.

I’d recommend Conan’s if you have any kind of issue blocking your drain or side sewer. I was able to get service the day I called, and Conan was able to diagnose the problem (tree roots) even before he found the cleanout acces and took a look with a scope. He used a jet to clear the roots and we were back in business. He seems to know the idiosyncrasies of drains and sewers here in Lakewood.

This is our third time using Conans Drain Cleaning service. Our first time was before we purchased our house, they came out with a camera and inspected our sewer all the way to the city hookup. Then when we had a backup they came out quickly and did the job at an affordable price. But this last time was so amazing, and we are so grateful: After 9pm the night before we were having a party (in a one-bathroom house) our sewer backed up. We called and requested service, leaving the details with a live person. Within an hour we were contacted and had an appointment for the next morning. They arrived when they said they would, calling beforehand to let us know they were on the way, and cleared the blockage before the first guest arrived. They also marked our sewer line so that we could have a cleanout installed, and said that if we did the digging, they could come out and install it, or we could have someone else install it, or do it ourselves (and told is the parts wed need and what configuration to use). And the price was very reasonable!
