    Mykola Semenets, the owner, was a very informative sales person regarding the tankless water heater we were interested in. Our 6.5-year-old water tank had just died 6 months after the warrantee ended, so we needed an education and installation quickly. Mykola set us up with an installation quickly and at a very competitive price. He also led the installation and completed a very professional looking job within the time stated. He was also very patient with my many installation and operational questions. When they left, the mechanical room was cleaner than when they started.

    Honest plumber and does great work. Told us what needed to be done with our reverse osmosis and said we could replace the tank ourselves or they could come back.Additionally they put us on the schedule right away when we had a problem with our sump pump and warned us of flooding issues.     Urban plumbing came to my house and fixed a leaky corroded pipe connected to the exterior faucet. I couldn’t get my previous plumber to fix it and was worried it would start leaking into the house. They came over and fixed it in less than an hour by removing the corroded pipe and replacing with a brass one They were awesome and did a fantastic job! It was very affordable and great customer service! Definitely recommend!

    Yesterday, Mykola and his team at Urban Plumbing completed the installation of a Rinnai combi tankless water heater that serves endless hot water to a household of 4 adults and 3 teenagers, but also provides whole house heating for a 2,300 sq. ft. ranch built in the early 1970’s. This was a challenging job involving innovative boiler equipment, an air handler, a tight budget, and a great sense of urgency. After the previous heating system failed, bathrooms had no hot water, and in-house morning temperatures fell to 52-58 F when outside temperatures were in the teens for several days.Mykola was very focused on doing a high quality job and his leadership skills reflected on his team’s dedication. Mykola was resolving technical challenges till 7 pm and back at my house the next morning at 7:30 am. Everyone focused on doing the best possible job and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The weather forecast for tomorrow morning is 3 F but inside it is now 70 F.If you need a reliable plumber or a tankless combi boiler to provide endless hot water and whole house heating I can highly recommend Mykola and his team of professionals at Urban Plumbing.

    Amazing service!! Came in very quickly to do an inspection, walked through everything thoroughly witth my husband and explained everything. We had Duane Blanton come out which is a well known company in the area that said we needed to replace our main sewer pvc, sure enough Urban plumbing came out, everything with the pvc is ok, does not need to be replaced but all the tree roots were pushed back towards our house!!!
