I had four water shutoff valves that couldnt close completely, including both of my whole-house valves, and didnt want to venture into soldering my own pipes in such a high-stakes situation. Alex replaced all four for me quickly and with minimum hassle! Photos showing old and new valves.Ive continued to rely on AquaPro Plumbing ever since and have been extremely satisfied with both routine and emergency repairs/updates!

I am very happy with the service Aquapro provided. I needed a pipe under my deck repaired. It was a pretty big job and they had to excavate to access the pipe. ALEX IS AWESOME!! Cannot Recommend Alex and AquaPro Plumbing enough. Found this company through an online search, read the reviews and reached out to Alex for an initial estimate to fix our plumbing issue which was a leak coming from our upstairs neighbors bathroom unit above us. Alex answered my first phone call within a couple rings, came out right away (either that same day or next day early morning to assess the issue for us) and gave us an estimate and diagnosis of what he believed to be the issue right on the spot. I know nothing about plumbing and Alex explained everything really well and thorough which made me have a lot of confidence in what he was saying and belief that hed be the best person/company to get the job done right. Hes a great communicator and pricing was fair and extremely reasonable based on the other quotes we received. Happy to have this resolved and wouldnt hesitate to work with him/his company for anything else in the future.

Alex with Aqua Pro did a great job of installing my new toilet. He kept the area clean and dry and not a single ding or scratch anywhere! I asked him to do a couple of other plumbing repairs while he was here and he didnt hesitate to be helpful. He even took my old toilet with him, so I didnt have to put it on the curb! Hes a true professional....experienced, courteous, and keeps you updated on his arrival time (which I greatly appreciate). Its nice to see someone nowadays who has a great work ethic! Alex is not only a really nice guy, but does exceptional work! Needless to say, I highly recommend him!

Vitali took an extra trip to make sure the tight space will fit the water heater that I selected. He carefully installed new items and fixed all plumbing problems that he observed, and also took nice photos showing details of the plumbing works. Good jobs well done!

I called several plumbers, Alex was the only one who-could show up same day-had very reasonable service fee to come out-was transparent about ballpark costs for fixing various issuesHe showed up and was honest that the problem was small even though he could have lied to charge hundreds of dollars and I wouldn’t have known. The other places I scoped out had enormous service fees, and either refused to provide even ballpark costs or had starting costs of several hundreds of dollars. The others were also not available until next day.I highly recommend this place- honest, skilled, fair-priced plumber. Thank you!!

I had Aquapro to install an in-line water filter, remove a small tool Id dropped down the bathroom sink drain, and fix a slowly leaking toilet. They showed up on time (all three visits), wore shoe protectors and masks (masks at my request) and cleaned up after themselves very well.The first two projects went just fine, but the toilet was still leaking after the first two attempts, as it had multiple sources of leakage. After that I decided to install a new toilet, and the business owner himself came to install it. He gave me a really good discount because Id already paid to have the old one repaired. What really impressed me about him was that when I forgot to ask him to remove the handle from the old toilet (it matched the shower and sink handles), he went back to the dumpster where hed disposed of the old toilet, to retrieve the handle, on a SUNDAY! Then he arranged to meet me the next day at a location where he was working, so I could get the handle. All I can say is this excellent plumber is also a really decent guy! Thanks, Aquapro.

Oleg and his team are very responsive and timely. They show up right when he says they will not a minute late. He is very knowledgeable and informative. Weve use AquaPro for a couple plumbing pipe repairs, and just recently they came to repair our septic pipe that was cracked. His team had it dug up and replaced within 2 days. I will be using AquaPros for all my plumbing needs.

I called Aqua Pro for a second opinion after my sewer line backed up. Another plumber told me I needed a $4500 clean out installed to permanently fix my problem. Aqua Pro was able to confirm that the $4500 service would not solve my problem. They removed some roots from my sewer and jetted my line as well as replaced a leaky pipe. Very honest and cheaper than the competition too.

When it comes to finding a professional, experienced, highly knowledgeable Plumbers, look no further. When I scheduled, Ive mentioned that the laundry sink is a cabinet and I need to have washer and dryer hooked up too, so 2 plumbers came out and did the installation in one afternoon. They installed a Zoeller sump pump, which is a professional grade and has wondrous reviews to last a long time. My husband and I purchased a new construction home In Lake Bluff, IL that had an unfinished basement. Our basement bathroom was partially finished with partially installed plumbing for the toilet, sink and a stand up shower. We were also missing plumbing work/sink/faucet in the basement bar. We called about 5 companies for the estimate and decided to go with AquaPro and we are so glad that we did! Alex came out about 3 times to our house to get this job done. We knew that it won’t be an easy fix because we were missing a ton of material to complete the once started project that never was finished. Alex did all the necessary research and found all the necessary parts for great prices! He actually searched and made sure we got the best deal! Alex was extremely neat!!! I’ve never seen anyone get the job done in such a neat way. Not a spot was left after him. He made sure to clean up everything after himself and he also walked inside the house with the blue booties on not to make a mess!!!! Let me tell you, during this construction, he was the first person who showed respect for my home and it’s so greatly appreciated!
