We recently needed the service of a plumber and after posting on our subdivision FB page Ford Plumbing was recommended a number of times. My husband contacted John at Ford Plumbing regarding a leaking water pipe in the basement. Johns response was quick. He found the problem right away and was able to take care of it promptly. John was very friendly. For those who are particular about cleanliness - he covered his shoes upon entering the house and left the area he worked in as clean as it was when he arrived. I felt his fee was very reasonable and would highly recommend him.

John-Ford Plumbing was referred to me and I would definitely recommend him. I had several plumbing projects from the tub assembly to valve replacement to the kitchen sink, John repaired everything. We had a large plumbing job. We wanted to get at least 3 estimates. Ford Plumbing gave us a very good estimate, far better than the 2 other plumbing companies. The company was very quick to complete the job, very neat and courteous and even came back the next day to fix something not on the estimate. We will always go to Ford Plumbing first the next time we need a plumber.

I contacted Ford Plumbing for a ejector/sump pump replacement. John was quick to respond and very communicative in explaining our options. He arrived on time as scheduled, diagnosed the issue, and made the repair all in one visit and within an hour. Great service, honest pricing, professional and most of all reliable. Hands down, the best plumbing company around 60010 and surrounding areas. I highly recommend his services

We had John replace all of our water pipes from steel to copper. First he was very prompt even early for the day of the estimate. As far as the estimate went I had researched what the job should cost and it was right in the ballpark so I didn’t bother going to anywhere else being that this company had good recommendations. Finally two days of work and all was excellent he was again a few minutes early to work which is gold in my book. John is super nice and knowledgeable and answered all questions I had about our plumbing system as well as easy to have conversation with I couldn’t say enough nice things. All the work was completed on time and as promised. He even went above the call of duty taking action on what needed to be replaced. We’re so pleased with he job and most of all we can use both bathrooms at the same time with the washing machine and dishwasher going all together. I will definitely be keeping Ford plumbing on file and recommended to a few friends already.

They came out ON TIME, with a mask and footies, worked quickly and efficiently and left with no hassle from us and no mess for us to clean up. Overall really great value, very likable and great work. Johns been taking care of my residential plumbing needs for over twenty years. When something goes wrong, I dont hesitate to call him. Water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, no problem. If its broke, hell fix or replace it. He knows his stuff and his prices are beyond fair. On top of that, hes a pleasure to work with. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Ford Plumbing did all the plumbing work for my basement remodel. The remodel included moving a bathroom rough in, doing plumbing for a wet bar, and installing all the plumbing fixtures. He lent his expertise when I had questions, and all work was completed on-time and to my satisfaction. He also took care of a couple other plumbing issues (slow running faucet and shower diverter issue). I highly recommend him for projects big and small.

John replaced our water heater yesterday. A super nice guy, and very professional. Had to fit it into a tight spot, no problem! He took the old water heater away, and left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. The kicker ... b4 he came out, he took the initiative to check w/ our water softener guy to make sure a magnesium heating element would be OK (if not he was going to change it to aluminum). Love guys like this that go above and beyond!

Started to have a rank smell in the hall bath. At first, I thought it was just teenage boy funk but this was just too much of a London sewer smell. Ford plumbing was recommended by someone on Nextdoor. Called and left a message - Jim texted back and had me do a simple test to see if it could be diagnosed. It was and he had someone come out within a couple of days. Tech was super polite, work was done quickly, and he cleaned up after himself. After a thorough explanation of what he did (he also fixed a leaky outdoor tap), he was on his way and the bathroom was no longer attracting flies. Price was reasonable and communication was great....will definitely use Ford again!
