Lanier will be the only plumbing company we hire moving forward. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about them!! Their office staff is friendly and prompt. To CJ, the one who came out to our house all 3 times that weve called, I wish I could give him 10 stars. He was informative, professional, friendly, and very efficient. Great communication from the company all around, and their prices have been very reasonable.

I’m a little late posting this review. I called Lanier a few weeks ago. I called them because I used them previously for a leaking pipe under my bathtub. Cody came out to my first call and was fantastic. Cody also came out to this call. He is knowledgeable and friendly. I like to linger around and watch and I probably asked him a million questions. He answered all of them with a smile. He did what he originally came out for plus went beyond what he had to do. Also he explained the cost before he got started and I have to say I was very pleased. I was in a panic thinking it would wiped me out financially but I think there prices are very fair. There isn’t another plumbing company I would use. They are great. Oh! when I called they had someone out quick.

If you have an older home, youre likely to need a sewer rooting service at some point. If you have a Cypress tree near your sewer line, you may need to call them out nearly every year. I used the popular Rooter services for years until they got too costly.Many people may not know that most plumbing companies also service sewer line problems.When I discovered Lanier and learned that they use the camera system to help solve issues, I started using them instead of Rooty Rooter. Their guys are great. Theyre always on time, and work until theyre sure theyve fixed the problem.Cody came recently and besides clearing the roots that were causing a backup, he showed me where the cast iron ends and the clay pipe (which will eventually need replacing) begins. He used a metal-detecting device, and this information will save me from having to replace the section of line that runs under the patio.Ive been their customer for over twenty years, and I would recommend them for any plumbing repair or replacement. Ive used them for work inside and outside, and find their prices to be fair and their workmanship exceptional.Good people. Highly recommended.

Weve had several projects completed by Lanier and they have been incredible. We bought an older house (1947) in 2021 knowing that there would be some plumbing issues we would need to work on, including a new water heater and redoing the pipes in light of recent freezes. Theyve done every installation quickly, reliably, and with great professionalism. 100% recommended.

Excellent and friendly service. Clean. They 100% care about keeping your business and charging fair prices. They did a great job installing my water filter to keep my tankless water heater from getting clogged. In the same visit, they were also able to fix two smaller plumbing jobs, but still charged me the same price as the installation. They remember your name and your house. Well worth what you pay!

I have used Lanier Plumbing on multiple occasions over the past few years. They have installed a new hot water heater, a new kitchen faucet that was rusted up and recently a broken sewage inlet pipe that was backing up water into my home.They always do a good job and work to get you taken care of as quickly as possible.My recent experience with the broken pipe was excellent. The two workers were punctual, knowledgeable , excellent communication and did a great job. Even my yard ,after having to dig it up, looked like they had barely been there.They may not be the cheapest option out there, but I think their prices are fair and as the old adage goes...You get what you pay forGive them a call if you want to make sure the job is done correctly.

My pilot light went out in December right before Christmas. I called Lanier and they sent out a tech. He relit it and explained that it is an old heater and if it goes out again it would have to replaced. There was no charge that day and they sent an estimate on full replacement. The unit went out last week, I called Lanier and they put me on a schedule. Tuesday they installed a new one. They had called on an earlier date but I was not available. While here he also replaced a gasket on a faucet. Every part of the experience was great! Would recommend this company!

Service Dates: 26th and 27th of January 2021.We called about having our hot water heater replaced. When Earl arrived, we had a list of things that, if he had time, we would like to be fixed. We were lucky that Earl had time. Overall we had 2 toilets replaced, a hot water heater replacement, one leaking sink fixed, an outdoor leaking water spigot replaced and a dishwasher connection fixed. Everything still works perfectly and we are extremely happy. Earl was professional, friendly and highly proficient. We will definitely be in contact in the future for all of our plumbing needs and we will also recommend Lanier Plumbing to our friends and family.

First time ever calling a plumber usually have my husband fixes things. Sent me a text telling me they were sending a plumber to my house. Michael showed up when expected with a big smile and was very very sweet and caring. He fixed 2 gas leaks and found an outdated against code gas shut off valve. after fixing all that he tested gas lines and said i was good for inspection. I had a problem with the inspector taking almost two weeks to come. I called Lanier knowing it wasnt necessarily their fault but called the city and got on them again about needing the inspector to come. the next day it was finally inspected. i highly recommend Lanier plumbing I will always do business with them.
