Advantage Plumbing is the best for your plumbing needs. There is no job that is too big or too small that they can’t handle. The owners are very nice, genuine people that care for their customers. Mr. Richard is questionable at first but he is actually a really great guy and very good at his job. He knows his stuff! So if you have any plumbing needs call them.

During our “forced remodel” after hurricane Laura took our home out, we decided that we wanted to replace all of our underground copper water lines with pex pipe ran overhead in our attic. Advantage plumbing explained to us the benefits of doing so, such as no more water lines busting during or after a freeze. We usually have one good freeze a year in SWLA, and it’s nice not to have to worry about it anymore. They were quick and efficient in getting it done so we could move along with getting our home back. If you want an honest contractor that does the job right, these are your guys.

…Wait Until the End…! I have no complaints and only great things to say about Advantage Plumbing… My family had a water heater failure this morning, and so I called Advantage Plumbing and was sent to their answering service. The person I spoke with assured me that someone would contact me ASAP… 10 minutes after ending the call requesting service, I then received a call from an Advantage Plumbing technician! I explained to him the issue I was having with the water heater and they were at my home within the hour. Advantage Plumbing is NO JOKE…! AND having HOT water is critical in these parts… Guaranteed, when I have issues in the future, I will definitely call Advantage Plumbing. Thanks and also, Big Ups to the team!!! Every one is happy over here! ☀️(((The only reason I knew anything about Advantage Plumbing was because a friend dealt with them recently))) Word of Mouth is a forgotten ART! Call these guys when you need some help!

From the beginning phone call to the fast response, I cant say enough great things about advantage plumbing! I called Advantage to replace a water heater that was leaking in my attic. Terrance and Shawn were at my house within the hour and had a brand new water heater installed in under 2 hours. I couldn’t speak more highly of the quality work these two professionals provided. They saved my home from the potential disasters of a flood or electrical fire in my attic. The job was done in a timely manner, fairly priced, and they left the work area cleaner than they found it. I will continue to use Advantage Plumbing in the future for all of my residential plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing diagnostics, repair, or replacement.

Let me take the time to brag on Advantage Plumbing LLC, I was surely blessed that someone mentioned them when asking about plumbing companies. Terrance and his apprentice, Drew both were great. They were very understanding and let me know things along the way. Before they cut holes in walls or did anything extra, they came and asked if I was ok with them doing that before they kept moving along. I will forever be grateful that they were placed on the call to come to my house these last 2 days. We may have had a curveball thrown at us yesterday but this morning they were here as soon as their shop opened up to get the last few things figured out and done. I now have water back at my house with no leaks. If you are ever looking for a plumbing company, do not hesitate to call Advantage Plumbing.

Had an early morning backup of my septic tank. Water flowing out of 2 downstairs bathrooms and going everywhere. Really didnt have a plumber I used regularly, so went online. Saw a 5 star review for Advantage and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. Called the office and got an immediate response. He said he had a plumber that could be there in 15 minutes. I was thrilled! Patrick got to the house and within 1 hour had diagnosed the problem, cleared the plugged drain and reset two toilets. He did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I got home from work last night and had a busted water line where the hose bib came out of the brick. Called Advantage plumbing this morning and they advised me they were pretty stacked up and it would be a while, but they could refer me to someone that could come immediately. I told them I would wait for Advantage. We differ in times because it only took a few hours. Terrence and Shawn came out, and observed the problem, gave me my options, and we agreed on the solution. They fully explained what they would have to do, including worse case scenarios but explained they would be as fast as they could but with a repair that would be ABOVE quality. They repaired everything in a timely manner, were extremely professional and courteous. Made the job enjoyable for me even though I knew it was a task that probably wouldn’t be cheap. When the job was over, they had not only fixed it but made it look better than original. I was impressed and then I saw the bill. It was a lot less expensive than I thought it would be. Hands down the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with and any time I need plumbing work done, it will be Advantage Plumbing. Thank you Terrence and Shawn for a job well done.Chris Hammers

My husband and I have used Advantage Plumbing for a number of issues. They actually just left my house 30 minutes ago. They were changing an old hot water heater. They are consistently the kindest, most reliable guys out there. They are knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy, and even play with my dog when she gifts them with a toy!
