    After switching out our kitchen sink and garbage disposal, we had leaks under our dishwasher and sink. Realizing it was time to call a professional, I didnt hesitate to call Dependable Plumbing based on their reputation. They definitely lived up to it. They were here within 24 hours, fixed our leaks quickly, and took care of a couple other plumbing issues we had been putting off. Quality work at a fair price. I wont hesitate to call them again when we have plumbing issues!

    Dependable plumbing came and fixed an ongoing problem at my moms house that others were just stopping temporarily. Drains kept backing up. They came and assessed the real problem, rusted old pipes in the way of the drainage. They came out quickly and replaced the damaged pipes and the house is back rolling good as new. There were no hassles and no games played. Definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

    We had a clogged kitchen sink that was holding water that we needed help with. Derrick answered right away (I called on a Friday afternoon) and he arrived at our house Saturday morning to fix it.     We had an emergency with the toilet at my disabled parents house. It was a Saturday and RotoRooter had just cancelled the appointment because their technician called in sick. I called Dependable Plumbing around 11 in the morning and he said they would try to get to me today but they had four other calls ahead of me. I called back around 2 and he said they would be here within the hour. They showed up on time and did a great job! The young man John was very polite and helpful. He cleaned everything up before he left and was very thorough with his repairs. For a weekend call out, I was very impressed with the price and service. Highly recommend them!! They have definitely earned my business from now on!

    I was referred to Dependable Plumbing by another local plumber. Derrick came highly recommended and was the man for the job. My sewer was backing up in my bathroom. I was impressed with his knowledge and he was very thorough answering all our questions by showing us pictures of what our sewer should look like and be doing. They stayed late into the evening after dark and fixed our issues. They pumped our tank out and fixed some lines that were clogged up. Derrick was very professional and said if we have any problems to contact his office.My husband and I are very happy with the excellent service we received and would HIGHLY recommend Derrick and his company.

    I called in the morning and was told they could most likely get to me that afternoon. A few hours later they called and stated they were on their way. I explained what was happening within my home. I expected them to have to use an auger on my main drain line but before doing so they asked when the last time I had my septic system pumped out. I stated it was done in 2021. They asked me if both sides had been cleaned and I told them I didn’t know. They dug up the side where the discharge goes into the tank and sure enough that side had not been cleaned. I told them I had used the other company because the price was much cheaper than everyone else. Well now I know why. I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for. Luckily I didn’t have to pay the other company since they buried two trucks in my front yard. Needless to say I was impressed with Dependable Plumbing. They were fast, professional, and knowledgeable. I was referred to them and now I would refer them to others! Thank you Dependable Plumbing!!!

    These guys were fast, efficient and very professional. My shower was flooding the bathroom every time I tried to drain the tub and to add insult to injury the toilet, which shared their line wasn’t flushing. Turned out just to be lime buildup blocking things thank goodness. They fixed it and had it all working in a little over an hour. Highly recommend.

    Needed broken pipes repaired after the recent ice storm, much like the rest of the city. We were placed on Dependables wait list and told it would be 4-6 days before they could come out to the house. I was greatly surprised when they called the next day and notified me they would be able to fit us in to their schedule, so I met Derrick at the house immediately. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! He explained everything in detail and answered all questions with great knowledge. I will certainly be using Derrick and Dependable Plumbing in the future.

    Service appointment was for 1pm but they were called out on an emergency call so they couldnt get to me until 8pm (thankfully my issue wasnt an emergency). Quickly got to work. Had trouble getting the snake into the drain through the washer standpipe (70 year old house, no clean-out plugs). Had to go through a vent pipe instead, and got the restriction removed. A small hole developed in the standpipe slightly above the floor which he fixed by cutting off the old pipe at the leak and adding in a new section of pipe. My washer now drains without flooding my laundry room. Happy camper here.Worker was professional, polite and kept me informed of the process and issues all the way through, and stayed at it until I was completely satisfied with the results. Price was very fair for the work done. Will definitely call on these guys again for any plumbing issues I have.

    We accidentally uncovered a very old septic that no one new about. Someone decided to slap the lid over it and called it good. This created a really dangerous sink hole in our yard when the lid rusted and broke. We called MANY companies to come out and handle the situation. Price was either way out of our budget or they never showed! My mom found Dependable plumbing with Google for us. They quoted us a decent price to take care of the issue and even managed to fit us in SAME DAY! They were super professional and had a great attitude. We felt very comfortable with them. My husband and I decided right then that we would forever use this company for our plumbing and septic needs.Fast forward just a couple DAYS 😅 and we managed to clog a line. Shower and toliet wouldnt drain and I had water all over my master bathroom. I texted first thing the next morning and received a call back mins later. Again, they were able to fit us in same day. The issue was corrected quickly and I couldnt be happier. Cant recommended this company enough!

    Called Derrick this morning about unclogging my washer drain pipe. It’s located in the garage so I wasn’t worried about water damage. Therefore, it wasn’t an emergency and I let him know that.     The name says it all! I had a water leak underneath my kitchen island and I called Derrick the next day. Derrick met me at my house within a couple of hours to assess the situation. He told me that he would be back the next day to troubleshoot and repair the leak. He showed up bright and early and did not waste any time getting started. After he found out where the leak was coming from he started the repair process. He was able to repair the leak with the least amount of damage as possible to my house. And he did not take the island which is what I was most afraid of. He arrived at 8 in the morning and he did not leave until 9 that night because he does not leave until the job is finished. And before he left he sprayed and wiped down all of my cabinets and swept my floor that got dirty in the process. Derrick will be my go-to plumber from here on out.

    Great experience. Derrick came to run a camera down a clogged bathroom sink line. He quickly detected and cleaned the plugage and then ran the camera all the way to the septic tank to be sure There were no other problems. They responded very quickly compared to other plumbers.     Septic tank had backed up on a Sunday morning and had called several other places that wouldn’t help me on a Sunday. Found Dependable Plumbing and gave them a call and he got right out and cleaned out our tank. So happy to have stumbled upon this business and will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend!

    I called as I was having severe plumbing issues. They were so professional over the phone. They made me feel like a priority and came out very quickly. The service was amazing! Not only did they fix the issue, but they also told me the do’s and the don’t, and showed me exactly where the problem stemmed from. I wasn’t sure what to expect cost wise so I was nervous. However I felt like the price was fair especially for the service. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

    Derrick and his company were recommended to me by several people when I asked on Facebook for a plumber. I had a leak under the washing machine hook up box in my wall. I called in the morning and he had someone come to my house after I got off work the same day. His employee knew exactly what to do and had it fixed in no time!
