    I called All-Star to find and repair a gas leak in my home. Centerpoint had already completed their part, disconnected, and removed the meter. Mr. Zach and his associate came out right away. They were proficient, efficient, professional, and kind... Prior to starting, I was given a detailed explanation of what they would be doing which gave me a degree of understanding and peace of mind. Mr. Zach communicated very well throughout the process. They found the problem in no time and fixed it. I must admit, initially, I was a bit worried about the potential repairs and any associated costs. Thankfully, things were not as bad as they could have been.The costs were reasonable and fair. In addition to that, on his own, Mr. Zach recognized and acknowledged that I had used their services before (water line issues) and he gave me a discount. I recognize and acknowledge that he did not have to do that, especially in this economy. So, thank you again Mr. Zach. I really appreciate it.I fully recommend Mr. Zach with All-Star Plumbing for all... of your plumbing needs.

    Zack and another guy (sorry I didn’t get his name) came out same day that I called the operator. They fixed the problem and were quick and super friendly. They explained everything in depth and were very up front before they did any work. Price was very reasonable especially since they came out within a couple hours of me calling. I highly recommend them!

    I am satisfied with this company is an understatement. They are professional, accommodating, and reliable. I am not well versed in plumbing. Matt came out the same day to assess the situation.     All Star Plumbing was such a delight to do business with. I love how Matt and his coworker were so professional. Not only did he meet our initial need for a possible gas leak but he also checked to see if we needed anything else to be serviced. In doing so I remember my toilet needed to be fixed. All Star Plumbing I think you have a new customer for the future.

    We used All Star Plumbing to install a gas line for a generator that we installed.I was absolutely impressed with the services from beginning to end. The office staff and technicians provided SEAMLESS service throughout the entire project.Amanda and Brittany had excellent customer service and communicated with us the entire time making sure all of our needs were met.Jonathan was the technician assigned to our project and I was truly impressed with how knowledgeable he was about every little detail that goes into installing gas lines. The work he provided was flawless and on time.The owner of this company has truly created something exceptional for the city of Lake Charles, Louisiana and we are thankful to have experienced it first hand.We won’t hesitate to give this team a call for all of our plumbing needs in the future!Highly recommend!

    I hired All-star to handle the new plumbing installation to my mobile home the crew was fast very clean, the backfilling was done to perfection I couldnt tell they had already laid the in coming water line from the street tap.     This business is absolutely incredible. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, I never once felt stupid for not knowing what was going on or talked to in a condescending way. We had a crack in our water heater, which we had no idea about, and they were so quick to find the cause of the issues we were having, get the parts, and replace it completely. We also had a bad job done by another company on some clean out work that they completely fixed. They were very thorough in their initial estimate and letting us know cost BEFORE any work was done. Once the work was completed, they cleaned up and then again went through everything that they did before we signed off. Mike was so kind and knowledgeable in his trade, and Brittany was patient with setting us up on a payment plan and getting the initial appointments set. If you ever need plumbing work, pipe repair, etc I highly recommend them!

    I have been so pleased with the total service given by All Star. Nick has several crews and I have used them many times. No matter what crew or who is sent, they have customer service that outranks any plumbing service I have used or heard of. My most recent experience was with Lucas and team mate. They are always courteous, informative, respectful in every aspect of the job. When they had to find a gas leak and repair it, they have continually kept me informed of everything they are doing and explained to me what the problem was and the solution. I didn’t know they would give free estimates, they offer financing and they know their stuff. In this day and time unfortunately customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but not in the case of All Star Plumbing. They truly outshine all others. Thank you Nick for having crews that are genuinely good at their job, respectful to customer ( I am a widow and have not been respected by companies in the past , because I am a woman and they prefer to deal with a man .), and informative as to what is happening with repairs . Also they take care of you in a timely manner as much as their schedule allows. I hope All Star continues to grow and help people with the utmost care. Thank you Nick and all of your crews because you are exceptional .

    I needed my hot water heater repaired and the people at AllStar took care of me. From the lady that took my information to the technicians that came out, were very nice and great. The technicians were very thorough with their job and even cleaned up after. I used many of plumbers in the past and this is the first company that actually cleaned up after themselves. It was very nice to see them really make sure my hot water heater would stay lit through many cycles and to have no leaks. Like I said before, very thorough. I will call again if I need a plumber again. Thanks again AllStar.

    I was referred to Allstar by another local plumbing company that couldn’t meet my needs very quickly. They were very responsive and willing to do what they could to get to me ASAP.They called ahead and actually showed up early. We’d had a similar problem with our water heater before and expected it would be the same pricey fix. But they were very honest and said no need to replace parts. They addressed an issue I wasn’t even aware of and did it quickly. Would use them again!

    It was Sunday and of course thats when the pipe sprung a leak. All Star had a technician available and he got to us as soon as he could. The leak was fixed within an hour of his arrival and we had water again. I thought the price was a great value, even considering there was a premium charge for an emergency Sunday call.     The best costumer Service from the office to Nick and his crew!We had to replace our hot water heater after comparing prices and options of doing it ourselves with a handyman, surprisingly they were the Cheapest !!They were very professional, friendly, fast and best of all haul the old hot water heater away and it’s warranted!!They are the best!!
