When the remnants of Beryl came through Indiana we had some storm damage needing immediate attention. I did not know who to call and reached out to MP Baker and spoke to Deb. She was kind, helpful, and was able to get the process started for me right away. The Service Manager Grant provided me with clear information and helped handle the whole repair process while keeping me informed about what to expect, which was a huge relief for me. The service technicians were courteous and mindful of our home/landscape while performing their work. Work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. I will use them moving forward for any electrical work we may need in the future. 10/10, would highly recommend!!

I had a tree fall on the power line to my house during a severe thunderstorm which ripped the weather head from my house. MP Baker was one of the electric companies recommended to me. I called two other companies first who were both busy and not able to send someone out right away. When I called MP Baker, they were able to send the service manager out within the hour to assess the damage and what materials would be needed. Then an electrician came out and was able to get everything put back up very quickly so that the power company could restore power to my house. Very greatful for how quickly everyone worked to get power back to my house!

Another GREAT experience with Baker Electric! Grant was very responsive to the installation planning for my EV Outlet and Charger. Juan did exceptional work and was very impressive. Juan handled challenges to the install and communicated the entire time. I am very satisfied and recommend Baker Electric for any and all electrical needs.

I called them at 1am this morning because my entire bedroom lost power and the fuse box wasnt fixing the issue. They answered and were very professional. My problem wasnt deemed an emergency (which it wasnt) but they said that someone would call me in the morning (yeah ive heard that one before). Well, they did call to touch base on the problem. Said they would have the guy out in a couple hours. Enter Tanner. He was on time communicative and amazing. He assessed quickly what was wrong and fixed it. Now i dont have to worry about my room losing power again. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely call again with any future electrical problems.

Kyle and his team upgraded a pushmatic panel, installed a new ground, installed new outlets in my garage, and troubleshot a reverse polarity issue. Kyle even came back to complete the reverse polarity issue. Very thorough service from a great team.

Could not be happier with these guys operating in my cityhad a very significant electrical issue on a friday morning during all this covid-19 craziness. had three competitor electrical contractors affirm that i would be without power over the entire weekend due to the permit process. baker electric came to see what was wrong and STRONGLY empathized with our predicament. said they would have us up and running by the end of the day. and they did! moreover, they came in 400 dollars under what was quoted by the end of the job. and, EVEN MORE, they deducted another 80-100 dollars on our final billthat said, and in all honestly, were not really in the business of having electrical problems, so dont look to this review for any comparative cost-related feedback based on multiple experiences.Baker Electric, however, is by far the most PROFESSIONAL, TIME-SENSITIVE, and RELIABLE based on that day.couldnt be happier and THANK YOU BAKER ELECTRIC
