I had a bit of a mystery electrical problem that I couldn’t quite figure out. I called Brand Home Services and within 24 hours Roger came out to help me. He was very knowledgeable and very good at troubleshooting the issue. He was able to find a bad breaker and solved the issue of a mislabeled circuit breaker in very little time. Levi and Jonah Quickly discovered that fuses were blown in the disconnect box. This was a special case where my air conditioner unit also had a Second disconnect box. The hvac Repairman had just come the day before and replaced a capacitor, but that did not solve the issue since they did not even know what the first disconnect box was. And it was his company who had Installed the air conditioner Just three years before.I am thrilled with the help of Brand home servicemen, Levi and Jonah!!!!

From the beginning, they returned my call right away, gave me a timely estimate, and they were punctual on all of our appointments. I had Brand update & improve my home’s electrical service with a new panel in my house (built in 1965) and collaborate with TIPMONT REMC to update the service connection to the house from outside.The new panel addressed some deficiencies and absolutely cleaned up the jumble of wires in and surrounding the old panel. This new panel is installed CLEAN and the setup and connectivity work on the outside of the house was a huge improvement over the old meter base system.From Justin Brand’s first visit to bid the job through the all-day (8am until after 5pm) work in my house, every member of the Brand crew were courteous, worked diligently, cleaned up as they worked, and overall performed like professionals.I highly recommend them for residential work. I will certainly call them again for electrical work.

Great job. Bryson and Kory were polite and efficient. They did exactly what Bryson had quoted the week before, as expected. When I called to ask about the service the gal that answered was wonderful. I was surprised they couldn’t quote the service of replacing outlets and switches over the phone so she ran around trying to find someone to at least give me a ballpark figure before they came out to quote the project. I appreciated her effort so I at least had an idea what to expect. They will definitely be my first call for electrical needs in the future.
