    Great service very professional, the install looked great. They upgraded my old panel from a 100 amp. Outdated panel to a brand new 200 amp. Everything looked great. They set up a generator outside. That way, we could still have some power that way. Our fridge worked Dave, was my technician. He was great.Um, I definitely recommend this company for any of your electrical needs

    Artisan Electric was fantastic to work with. We ran into an issue trying to replace our own plugs and didnt have power in 1/2 our house. They had us up and running in the same day. Chad showed up early, was very polite, and answered all our questions. He also outlined what another project we were considering would entail and helped us realize we needed different parts for that project. We are definitely using Artisan Electric again.

    We had Ethan and Evan remove our exhaust fan in the master bathroom and install a Panasonic exhaust fan/heater which we purchased from Amazon. It looks great and works great too. This unit looks so much better than the original fan and the job these 2 guys did makes it look as if it has always been there. They did the job in less time than estimated. (We did have things tarped off and ready to go) The clean up was great and they were very nice, young, professional men. The quality of their work is obvious they are excellent electricians. Oh, and Lilly is very efficient too.

    We needed to replace some older lights in our mudroom and garage. Artisan recommended newer LED fixtures and gave us a good estimate. When the lights came in, they did the installation in just a half a day. John and Jason were very professional and did a great job with the installation.     Chris and the talented team at Artisan Electric are one of the most professional and talented electrical contractors I have worked with. A kitchen remodel in my home built in the 60’s necessitated an update to the circuit board and rewiring for the appliances. The team has completed the first two phases of the job including the new circuit board. Chad was the lead on the team, and he and Chris kept me informed throughout the project. The team is meticulous and respectful of your home. Chris offered guidance on lighting choices and takes into consideration the client’s budget. Kudos to the team at Artisan Electric.

    I am totally delighted with Artisan Electric. They have a spectacular reputation for being the best, and my own experience with them certainly supports that 100%. Chris came to my house initially and thoroughly looked it over, taking photographs and then sending me an estimate. When Ethan and Jason arrived, they went through the house with me explaining what needed to be done and asking me about things I wanted. They were both totally professional and extremely kind and sweet. Along the way, when questions came up, they contacted me at the airbnb where I was staying and checked with me to see what I preferred. The final job was nothing short of perfect, and the total cost was exactly what the estimate had been. No hidden charges or anything like that. They also did the whole job on schedule. They updated my box from 100 amps to 200 amps, with a brand new box that they located in a much better place in the basement, literally rewired the entire house, were careful not to disturb anything, and brought in a cleaning company to clean up when they were done. I could not be happier. I enthusiastically recommend Artisan to anyone who needs electrical work done. Ive never been more satisfied with any professionals. And I am very grateful.     These guys were so responsive and knowledgeable. Ive had a recurring issue that two other electricians have looked at and the Artisan electrician took the time to figure it out. He went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and would not have any more issues. They clearly know their stuff and the emergency rate was very reasonable.

    We operate a local small business and had a need arise with one of our can lights (located 20 ft in the air). I contacted them on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to make some adjustments in their schedule to have someone here to fix the issue the following morning. Lilly was super friendly and helpful when I called to schedule appointment. They gave me a window of 8:30-9 AM and they were there right on time. Ethan was very friendly and professional. He was in and out in a short period of time with the problem fixed. I would definitely contact them again to assist with electrical needs and would recommend their services.

    Great communication, no pressure and scope of work was explained in a way we could understand. Work was completed when we were told it would be done. There was an issue getting our electric reconnected but it was of no fault of Artisan but they stuck with us until it was reconnected and made sure everything they had done up to that point was working properly. I highly recommend Artisan for your electrical needs

    Artisan is one of the best service contractors I have had the opportunity to work with. They performed a 200 Amp service upgrade that was handled in a completely professional manner. They sent me a thank you card for simply contracting their services before the work was ever performed.The owner, Chris provided the estimate and answered all of my questions regarding the work that would be done.     Both technicians that came out to assist with my electrical issue for very polite and courteous, they took the time to explain things to me. They stayed on scene for an extended period of time to replicate the issue to ensure that they had it solved, and cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly. Wouldnt hesitate to call again.

    We had an exhaust fan overheat and cause some wire damage in the attic and needed an electrician fast. I googled electricians near me and called the first couple that came up and they weren’t able to come out for over a week. I called Artisan and given the critical nature of the work, Chris came out that day and did the evaluation and had a quote an hour later. I accepted the bid and his team of David & Kyle were on site 2 days later and completed the repairs within the estimated time frame. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. The next time I need an electrician, I’ll only need to make 1 call and that will be to Artisan Electric.

    Our experience with Artisan Electric was phenomenal from start to finish. They werent actually the first electricians I called; mainly because, when I looked at their website, they have some amazing project examples on there, and I thought our little fixes would be too small of a project for them. I called five other places in the area, and I never got past a phone call with any of them. One person said they were too busy and our house was too far away to be worth it (no joke), another said they would connect me to the electrician and then hung up on me, another said they would call me back and never did. On and on I went through the list of electricians on here and was just baffled at how little they cared about the customer service aspect of their business.So I called Artisan Electric finally, and immediately I knew I should have just called them at the start. Lilly answered right away and got me on their schedule. She even pushed my consultation up a week earlier because I asked if they had anything sooner, and she fit me in when she really didnt have to. Chris showed up right on time and inspected my whole house and looked at all my concerns. He answered all my naive questions with kindness, and made suggestions for how to make the full project more affordable for us. They got us on the schedule about 2 months out from the day we approved the quote.During those 2 months, we had multiple people tell us we were overpaying and we should have found someone else. First of all, I couldnt even get anyone else to schedule us. Second, now that our project is done, I can tell you that Artisan Electric was worth every cent.Rob and his apprentices showed up on time and walked through the house with us. I cant express enough how amazing and kind Rob is. Everyone was so respectful of our home, and even our cats. For every other contractor weve had at our house, I usually put my cats in a room so I dont have to worry about them being let outside. I didnt have to do that with Rob and his team because they were so careful.They completed the whole job a day earlier than expected, and even threw in an extra basement outlet for us at no charge. All their work looks amazing and clean. I admit I dont know anything about electrical work, but I know what a mess it looked like before, and I can say that Rob made everything look like a million bucks. He also fixed some of the shoddy outlet installations that someone else did, just so everything looked nice.We would call Artisan again in a heartbeat for future projects. Their professionalism is outstanding, their workmanship is top tier, and they are some of the kindest people youll ever work with. They even sent us a card with a magnet in it -- such a cute touch. Thanks so much to Chris, Lilly, Rob, and the apprentices for a great experience.

    I contacted Artisan Electric with a couple of issues at my house - my garbage disposal was not working and the lights in the basement were out. John arrived within 20 minutes of my call and within a couple of hours power was restored and he had fixed a poorly installed outlet (which was not originally installed by Artisan!). John was kind, professional, and clearly super knowledgeable. John ended up quickly finding a dead short in the basement and fixed the issue. He was very meticulous about checking everything and obviously took great care to make sure the issues were solved. I very much appreciated how thorough he was, the quality of his work, and also how upfront he was about the potential amount of time it could have taken to find the short. I also appreciate how communicative Artisan was, from the time I called until the delivery of the invoice. I will definitely be using them for any electrical work I have done in the future.

    I hired Artisan Electric to install ethernet cables through my house. Every part of the process was great. I heard from the office minutes after submitting the estimate request. Roger was flexible with my different options during the estimate. Ethan, John, and Chad were very friendly and professional when doing the work. They worked hard to minimize the amount of wall cuts required to run the cable upstairs. They even made a quick fix to an unrelated issue that they noticed while doing the work because they were concerned about the risk it posed. I will absolutely hire Artisan Electric again when I need more electrical work.

From Chris convincing Duke Energy to run new feeders to my house for free, to Lilly masterfully coordinating the schedule between Artisan, Duke, and myself, to Chad answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns; this project couldnt have run better! They even managed to get this beast mostly complete in one day and got our power restored before 5PM! Simply amazing!     Chris from Artisan was extremely helpful in getting our power issues fixed, on a Friday. He inspected the panel and identified the issue, and coordinated with utility linemen to turn off power, replace the parts that were failing, and get us back up and running before heading into a weekend.     I could not be any happier with the service from Artisan Electric. The company is extremely professional. Once an appointment was made they stay in contact via email and text messages to remind you of your appointment and to let you know when the technician is on his/her way. The job was fairly simple (install a WiFi wall switch) and Chris was professional all the way. He arrived on time, wore a mask, put on shoe coverings, and explained everything he was doing. He also did a wonderful job of cleaning up the site and worked a little extra to insure the 4-gang wall plate fit just right.     Artisan did a huge job in my 52 year old house in the early spring of 2021, running some new badly needed circuits as well as making sure every switch and receptacle was modern and wired properly. (Review of that experience is by me as WabashMountainFarm.) Last week a GFI recept in the laundry went dead, then the garage door and another couple of receipts and lights in the garage.Chris (owner) came out and figured it all out quickly and wouldn’t charge me. It was a small oddity that put two GFIs in a series and they had to be reset in the correct order, not independently.I adore Artisan Electric and a more important story is that the people who work for Chris are completely clear about remarking that it is the best job and best employer they’ve ever had. AE is good example of how you never get “all three” (great work, fast timing, and low price) but you can sure get great work, great timing and what I’d call great value.

    We had lost power in both outdoor outlets for over 2 years. Assuming the outlets were bad I started installing new ones. At this point, it became apparent there was no power to the box. Also puzzling, this was a mid- circuit outlet but no other outlet was without power except the front outside outlet. The electrical panel labeling was confusing and did not indicate a GFCI circuit for the outside outlets. So, I gave up and called Artisan. Rob contacted us when on the way and arrived on time. He immediately tested the rear outside outlet and confirmed no power. He also looked for a GFCI circuit with none found. We ran out of time and Rob said they would have to return to further investigate. On his way to his next appointment, Rob recalled seeing a small amount, 1 volt, in the outlet. He called us when finished with the other customers to ask if he could return. He hoped I could switch off the breakers one at a time so he could see the 1 volt go to zero. It worked but then where was the GFCI? When we moved in 22 years ago we put a garage fridge in front of the GFCI. Problem solved! Thanks Rob!
