Sunday morning’s are supposed to be relaxing but when you wake up to water coming out of the floor, bathtub, and shower that’s not happening…called rooter hero and Miguel and Otis showed up by 8:30am. Found the issue, showed us what the problem was through their camera, and fixed it within 1 hour of getting here. Also, replaced a P Trap in our guest sink while they were here. Thank you Rooter Hero!

Rooter Hero Plumbing truly lives up to their name—they’re a group of heroes! We lost our hot water, and I searched for a company to help fix the issue. I found this company online and gave them a call. The process of getting their service was excellent, with notifications and text messages updating me on the status of my request. They finally sent a hero who not only fixed the problem but also provided great tips. I could feel the honesty and professionalism of this technician. I’m very happy with their services, and from now on, they’ll be my go-to plumbing company.

Ive called two famous Rooter Companies on google before calling Rooter Hero Plumbing and by far they have the most recommendable price and service. Others were plain, making business deal only for money. Rooter Hero plumbers like Eric is someone whom you want to deal with because he cares enough to make the job right for you, and make sure that whatever price you pay is worth for the quality of work that he provided. I appreciate his patience, the tenacity to get the job right, get the right result and will not leave the house with other issues that other companies will not care about after they got their money.I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Eric for overall outstanding work and good communications. If I forgot something else I will still give excellence for it just because it is the real deal! Also Alberto is a nice man, very respectful and very kind.I will call them from now on!

Used them before a few years ago. Called at 9:00 AM; Carlos B was there at 10:30. Diagnosed issue, when initial service wasn’t enough he suggested next step. Everything finished within a few hours. Thoroughly explained everything and showed every step on camera. When he and Korey (jetting tech) were through, they cleaned up and left the site in excellant condition. I highly recommend this team.

George with Rooter Heto did a fantastic job. Came out on a Sunday morning to take care of a main line backup that required a hydro blaster to clear. He was very nice, knowledgeable and able to resolve the issue. Took all the time to fix and answered all questions. Camera the whole thing to identify cause of issueIn the end everything resolved and George cleaned everything up and provide all details and camera pics so I can take up with association and cityHelpful informative and very.nice. Greatly appreciated George

Had a horrific failure of my shower drain line and sewer at my 65 year old home. Old iron pipe rotted away and Jim Fisher of Rooter Hero diagnosed the issue and his crew responded with efficiency and valor to repair and replace the rotted line so that my home is whole again. Will be calling Rooter Hero if I have any other issues with plumbing or HVAC

Best customer service I have ever received in all of the years I have needed plumbing repairs he was on time arrived with a smile and very eager to get started he asked how he could help me old I showed him my problem he quoted me a price and did not try to pressure me into something I did not need he explained everything to me before he started and how hong it would take we ran into a problem and it was a little extra for some extra plus parts due to old age but I was kept informed throughout the entire job he was very professional and no mess was made during the process of the job great customer service I highly recommend this technician and this company for all of your plumbing needs I promise you will not be disappointed in any way

Jim was amiable, easy to work with. I do, however, feel I was overcharged, I had to sign to pay over $13,000 before work began! They were gone in 5 hours! At age 87, I feel a little tricked, but maybe I am wrong. That was a lot of money to have a shower fixed
