Fantastic company that we strongly recommend! My in-laws had a serious clog in their landscape drains that I was not able to fix. As I conducted my due diligence in finding a good rooter company, I spoke with Brian, who was very informative and straight forward with his pricing. Brian and his crew came out and hydrojetted the drains to unclog years worth of mud and debris. Upon conducting a camera inspection with us watching together, they recommended the drain pipes to be replaced as they had deteriorated significantly over the years. Brian provided a quote that was very fair and reasonable for work that entailed a lot of labor, including the removal of cement and recementing after the work. Brian and his crew returned a few days later and conducted the work they promised, and they did an outstanding job. The entire crew was very friendly, informative and responsive throughout the process. Brian was always very straight forward, honest, ethical and never tried to oversell anything. Even when I contacted him a few days later for a minor issue, he responded right away and fixed the issue (which wasnt related to their work quality). Were glad we hired Brian and his crew. Contacted the Company for a laundry and kitchen sink back up. Paul came to the home day of within hours. Completed full inspection including camera through roof vent pipes and below the homes crawl space to confirm the cast iron pipes under the home were in need of replacement.Paul and his team came the next day and did a full replacement of all plumbing under the home and to the city sewer line in one day with minimal impact to the home and driveway. I am so grateful to Paul and his team, their professionalism, cleanliness, speed in finishing one day, expertise and communication. He delivered as promised on time and did a phenomenal job.

Bryan is great! He is a local here in La Habra/ Fullerton area. He really has passion for plumbing. He took care of our sewer issues & made it simple. We puechased our beautiful home in La Habra on March 2022 and within the first week we experienced a back up into the toilets and showers. We had black water everywhere! Being a new home owner it was extremely stressfull! We found Rooter Champion & gave them a call and Bryan was at our door by the afternoon. He immediately diagnosed the issue, got the water to go down and then showed us on the camera equipment the issue! Roots!! Lots of them! I was so mad that we didn’t have a sewer scope performed prior to purchasing the home but Bryan gave us some options to get this fixed. We ended up having the sewer pipe sleeved/ Lined to stop the roots from coming back. Bryan & his team really really took care of us and best of all they are local! Called Rooter Champion last week for my toilet that was clogged upstairs. They took care of my issue at a fair price and kept it clean and simple. You can tell they specialize in sewer and drains. They know their stuff!I would definitely recommend these guys. They are my to go plumbers from here on forward. 5 STARS

It was a pleasure working with Rooter Champion. They are great communicators and were incredibly fast. We got our lateral sewer line replaced via trenchless method, and also replaced old cast iron pipes in the crawl space. The workers were all respectful of our home and space.

Very prompt! Professional guys.Easy phone call to Brian. Gave me info on the Hydrojetter and time of arrival of his crew.Matthew and George took their time to show me the issues and cleared the plumbing issue in matter of minutes.Matthew and George were just really good in explaining the procedure and it shows that they really care about their work.I’ll call them again in the future.
