When the employee from Clean Out Plumbing arrived, he was polite and highly competent. He told us exactly what he was going to be doing in order to remove the blockage in our house main line. Nathan first TV’d our main line, in which he was able to find and show us the root intrusion on the video causing the blockage. He then took his sonar and pointed out exactly where the blockage was down our driveway for our knowledge. He proceeded to hydro the line in order to cut the roots to relieve the blockage that was causing the back up into our bathrooms. We couldn’t thank him enough for the wonderful job he did. We are extremely satisfied with Clean Out Plumbing’s work, and would definitely recommend their company to anyone experiencing the same type of problem at their house!

We had a sewer water backup on Saturday and again on Sunday afternoon. Monday morning, I googled up and called three different plumbing companies with estimates. Based on the reviews, I decided to make appointment with Clean Out Plumbing and Rooter. Erik came out and did a video inspection to show me the condition of the sewer and explained the options; temporarily and permanently fixes. My husband and I decided to fix the issue with sewer replacement. The next morning, Erik and the team showed up on time and started the digging. After 2 hours, Marco updated my husband that the sewer had three turns, and that they might have to change the material or open the third hole if required. About 2pm, the crew had successfully pulled the new line through the two holes as originally planned. What a relief, we were so happy with all the challenging work they did. By 5.30pm, they completed the project professionally. To Marco, Erik, and the team, we thank you so much for your hard work, profession and courteous throughout the project. Marco and his company, Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter, are professional, prompt, and courteous. When our go-to plumber was not available, I went to Yelp looking for a company that would do a good job. I reached out to Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter and Marco returned my call immediately. He was also able to get someone to my house that afternoon. It was a big job, but they started on it right away. The next day they arrived bright and early and were able to complete it by early afternoon. Erik and all the workers were polite, kept the areas clean, and explained the entire process. ***UPDATE***The owner, Marco, contacted me and asked me what happened. He sent his brother, who is an experienced plumber to my place on a Sunday afternoon. The brother came by and was able to fix my toilet. I asked what if the same situation happens again, in which he encouraged me to call them right away, and Marco will personally come out and take a look at the situation. I appreciate the quick response and customer care from Marco!*** old review ***My handyman referred me to this plumbing service, so I decided to contact them. My toilet was clogged and I tried various different methods to unclog it before I reached out to them. Scheduling an appointment is via text message. The person who texted me said my appointment will be set between 2-5, but I told him I preferred 4:30 pm (main reason was my roommate works night shift and will be sleeping). I also told the person my toilet is on the second floor, so the quote jumped from $49 to $265. I did not confirm the appointment after he gave me the new price because I asked different plumbing businesses regarding their prices. The other businesses told me $265 is overpriced for my clogged toilet.Without confirming the appointment with the new price, a plumber came to my place at 1:30pm and woke up my roommate. The plumber said he can fix the toilet for $225. I called the owners number to address the following: #1 The technician showed up too early and woke up my roommate. #2 I have never confirmed the appointment and time after the new price. The person on the phone was firm on the price of $265. Not negotiable. He then called the plumber and told him they will do it for $225 (still expensive, and the technician was going to charge me for that price anyways). Job was done.As of today 06/05/22 my toilet is clogged again which is within 1 month of the time the plumbers unclogged it. I immediately contacted them again, in which they told me there will be no warranty because it my piping issue and the estimate was $1750 to fix the pipe. They can send someone out, but I will have to pay again.I have been living at my residence for the past 4 years and I have never had plumbing issues, until now.Here is my pricing journey:$49 to $265 to $225 to $1750

I was in urgent need for a plumber so I went on Google and found clean out plumbing and rooter. Marco answered the phone with in the first ring. He was very knowledgeable and Professional and came out to my property the next day in the morning and was able to clear my drain for $49 and also was courteous enough to run a free camera inspection to show me where the blockage was. I would highly recommend to all family and friends.

Saving the day! I was heading home from a late night at work when my wife called me in a panic explaining to me that black water coming out of our drain. I didnt know what to do so I searched plumbing on Google and Clean Out Plumbing and rooter popped up. I wasnt expecting any answer but Marco picked and was able to head over to our house for an emergency check to see what was going on. Their crew was able to come out and fix our problem although it was late. No one seemed to be bothered or upset about working after hrs. They made us feel like we were the only concern at tried hard to help us get back to our normal schedule without missing a beat. They left our home as if nothing had ever been touched. Extremely impressed with the work. These guys are professional, polite and courteous. Im glad we had the opportunity to work with them! Definitely recommending them to friends and family! Seriously the greatest plumbing company ever!! After multiple No responses over Memorial weekend, for a backed up sewer line in a crawlspace, Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter picked up (after the first ring) and said YES! What a relief! With my toilet and shower backing up with sewer water, I was freaking out! They worked until midnight on Memorial Day, hydrojetted down the roof vent (no other plumber mentioned the roof vent). There was an emergency charge, which was credited towards my future work, and used. Chris was extremely professional, explaining every turning point, and ensuring I was satisfied with the service. The prices are extremely reasonable, and they offer camera inspections for $49 ($99 roof access), perfect for property inspections! Overall, after calling 12 plumbers and putting a request through HomeAdviser, they were the only ones who pulled through. They will be my plumber going forward. A++++++++++++++
