Thank you so much A1 you live up to your name!!I called this plumber because we had two broken toilets in our four bedroom house. Esteban came out and explained everything very clearly and they fixed both toilets for $600!! Not even a week later I had a big plumbing problem in my other house and Esteban and Lamberto came and fixed it right away. Esteban explains everything really well and does very good job. He has a lot of experience and the price is right. I highly recommend this company!! I also bought a new water heater and have them move it outside for me. Thank you for the excellent work guys.

Very happy with A-1! It was easy to make an appointment over the phone to fix our leaky sink. Our technician, Jaime Chavez, was super friendly and communicative, did neat work replacing our p-trap. He even tightened our loose faucet for free. Would definitely use A-1 again.

Esteban was our technician. We hired the company to check our our drainage system in our yard. Esteban did a lot of work then told us what the issue was. He was honest and knowledgeable about how to best address the issue. He showed us what was being done and proved the issue was resolved. My wife then asked him to look and assess another issue in our kitchen. He did some research and fixed the issue there as well. This level of service far exceeded our expectations especially after a horrible experience with another plumbing company. We definitely recommend this company, and especially Esteban.

This morning (Saturday) had a serious clogged bathroom sink line that was filling the sink continuously. We called for service about 10:30am and an appointment was booked for between noon and 2pm. Plumber JAMIE arrived about 3:15, and immediately went to work. He diagnosed the issue, discussed what needed to be done, gave me a quote and went to work. JAMIE was professional, very polite and wonderfully patient with our endless questions. Best part is he FIXED the issue(s) quickly and was super aware of taking precautions to limit any mess and protect our home. Highly recommend this company as professional, courteous, PREPARED and reasonable in pricing. Thanks JAMIE, you rock dude!!

I found this company through a Google search and my first thought was... Im not going to hear back from them, but its worth a shot. I submitted an online appointment request on 07.26.24 @1am. Their online appointment scheduler works seamlessly and allows you to send pictures or videos of your problem. I received a call promptly at 8:15am from the office saying someone would be out between 10am-noon. I received a call from GUILLERMO AVALOS saying he would be there in about an hour. Great communication skills, friendly and arrived timely. Im in healthcare management, so can appreciate a stellar employee that needed to be recognized. His professionalism and knowledge reflects well on his company!Guillermo arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed a more complex issue than i had expected. From pictures I received from the tenant, i thought it was just a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. There was damage under the house and to exterior stucco wall. He explained the problem clearly over the phone, he sent videos, pictures & provided a detailed estimate for two possible repair options. He completed the work efficiently and left the workspace clean and tidy according to the tenant . I appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. I had a gas leak at my house and called A-1 Total Service Plumbing. Esteban and Lamberto showed up the same evening to begin trouble shooting the gas leak! Wow now that’s service! They worked the following day tirelessly looking for leaks and making appropriate repairs. They then ran an air pressure test and found that there were still more leaks. After exhausting all avenues of finding and fixing the leaks, we decided it would be best to replace all the lines under the house. Another air pressure test was conducted and realized the mainline running from the house to the meter was also faulty. A trench had to be dug up to replace that line. I was nervous since I had just put sod down a few weeks ago. Esteban and Christian reassured me they would be careful in removing the sod so we could salvage it. Line was replaced and sod was placed back and looks good as new. Christian did a phenomenal job you can barely tell that the sod had been moved out then put back in place. These three are a hard working crew they were very respectful and kind. I appreciate the quick response and the their professionalism. They went above and beyond in providing the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. They were always on time, kept me posted on their findings, and even worked part of the weekend to assure my family would start the week with hot water and a functioning stove. This is my second time using this company and will be using them again for all my plumbing needs. Thank you A-1 Plumbing and crew.

Christian from the La Habra branch came to replace our kitchen sinks cracked, leaky P-trap. He also replaced a section of the pipe in the back as well. He was a respectful and prudent technician who did not waste words or time, and he even pointed out a potential future problem to watch out for. The companys dispatchers, Jennifer and Janet (if I remember their names correctly; apologies Im mistaken), were also very kind and considerate.At the time of this review, this might actually be the second time weve relied on A-1 for plumbing. Esteban, I believe, was one of the techs that had come by to replace the sink faucet. I can confidently agree with others who say that A-1 and their crew provides some very satisfactory services.

A1 total service helped us with a broken toilet that flooded into our kitchen and we are so happy with the service we received. The initial flooding happened after hours and the overnight dispatch was extremely helpful. She helped us figure out where our water shut off valve would be and advised on best solutions for our immediate need. Since the immediate flooding was taken care of, we decided to wait until the morning to have a technician come out. The next day, Guillermo arrived at our home on time and was immediately very friendly. He took care to put on booties to not track in mud and helped us resolve our extremely stressful situation with comfort and ease. He quickly replaced our toilet and we are very happy with the work he provided. We gladly recommend A1 Total Service Plumbing for all plumbing needs!

I called A-1 after I tried using a couple of other plumbing companies have really poor communication - I understand appointments take longer than expected and my window could be missed, but it frustrates me when I have to call them an hour after my appointment window to figure out whats happening. A-1 had great communication from the beginning. My technician Guillermo Avalos was on time and, very small thing, but one of the only service folks Ive ever had out here that actually found my (very well-labeled) parking spot without me having to direct them. Its just added hassle when folks dont park where I ask and park in my neighbors spots, so my appointment was already stress free. Guillermo diagnosed the issues very quickly and provided written estimates for both jobs, both of which he broke down in detail and answered all of my questions about. The job I went with was done very quickly and I really appreciated the service. To be honest, the prices are slightly higher than at other companies, but they are well worth it for the promptness, attention to detail, and professionalism that goes along with their great work.

I appreciated Lexie contacting me with the arrival time of the service technician Christian. My service call was an emergency during the weekend and had to be delayed due to other customers having more serious gas/water leaks. I understood their reason for handling in order of importance and never felt ignored during this time. Lexie kept me informedas to the status and reassured me that my call wasalso a priority. Especially since the water was leaking and unable to be turned off. I appreciate Lexies sincere concern regarding my need for repairdue to the disabled people living in my house.Some other plumbers I contacted said they were busy and to check in next week. Understandablebut not appreciated.A-1 Plumbing did their best to expedite the matter and get my repair work done. Christian was very courteous and professional in his service, explained the problem and provided options to solve my shower leak and malfunctioning fixtures. Another plumber wanted to break a hole in another wall and arrange for more construction work to repair that damage.Christian never once recommended this solution,and got to work replacing the valves and made a less invasive cut thru the tile work, finishing it up with matching plate to cover the hole and secure the handles. He later patiently explained to us how to properly use the handles and not create anyunnecessary pressure or bend the handles. I appreciated this, because sometimes it is betterto be instructed by the technician, than a crabbywife, ( myself).Both Lexie and Christian are very proud of theirjobs, expressed how they appreciate helping othersand speak highly of their boss who I understandis, and always will be a Marine. I will use them and their company again to help me repair my parents home simply because they are very responsible, professional people who respect their customers.Price wise, when your shower/ tub is leaking water, possibly dripping into the wall and steaming up your house since it is stuck on Hot there is no price on making it go away. I do not think I was overcharged, especially since it was during the weekend whenother plumbers said later. Also, Christian the technician arrived in a very clean uniform presentable and happy to be of service. Contacted them early friday morning, which they dispatched their GREATLY EXPERIENCED tech Melvin to our rescue!Unfortunately, he ran all the drain snake he could( i watched him empty the drum) with no success. Our cleanout normally used is a 2 in the house rear. Recommended likely the main is clogged by the street. We had a 4 clean out in the front, but it directed to the street, not to the house.MELVIN suggested to install a drain cleanout going to the house also. He called his superb manager Mario who brought a SEESNAKE to run down the pipe and locate the clog. BINGO!!! JACKPOT!!! It was late friday, we all agreed to start Saturday to the install and fix. My wife and I decided to get a hotel room because of no drainage like toilets.Melvins helper arrived first thing Sat am. They started digging full speed. I understand the helper left on personal business during the job, which melvin was NOT happy about it.Melvin completed the install and confirmed it worked before closing up.He was here all day by himself!Due to scheduling to agreed monday would be close up/ fill in the hole day.A1 dispatched 2 employees to cover it and used the same grass cover that was removed before. Good job!Woohoo!!!! Best service. Before hiring Total Service, our pipes backed up regularly. Had the issue for a long time and several other plumbers charged more and didn’t do as good of a job. This review is written over 6 months after the drain clean and it’s still going good. We had been doing a cleaning every other month before finding these plumbers. Highly recommend.

After opening up the ceiling below where the leak was they determined that the leak was not from my unit above. 6 other units in complex feed into the cold water feed line. They determined that each unit’s owner must be home to have their cold water shut off individually to determine who’s unit is tied to the leak.
