Looked locally on Google Maps for a local, reputable Plumber for a tankless water heater flush. Scheduled an appointment in the next few days but they called me because they had an earlier appointment available. Christian A. was sent out to perform the flush. Christian was pleasant and was more than willing to educate me on the process - as I am a new home owner - and we chatted the entire time waiting for the flush to be complete. Will definitely be using their services in the future! So glad I decided to try and support a smaller, local business. I have confidence that the 5.0 reviews on Google are authentic.

Joey T and Angelo, were great service men for my emergency hot water slab leak job. They were prompt and started the job quick to get us back to normal. Polite, courteous and very knowledgeable of their craft. Showed care for the work they did on property and gave advice for well being of the home. Walked me thru all the steps and was very detailed to show me visually what they were doing and explaining everything, every step of the way. Would definitely use them again and also recommend them highly to others

My husband and I are thrilled to have forged a relationship with Plumber XP. Gabriel and his crew are so professional, friendly, competent and calming. The communication was clear and timely, and their clean-up was impeccable. They were with us for three days doing extensive sewer line work and we only have the highest praise to give!ADDITIONAL NOTE: After they were done with the work on our sewer line, Gabriel and his team went to bat for us with the City of Fullerton to get them to repair their part of the issue (connection to the city sewer) which they did, so quickly and well. Wow! That Eddie guy was fantastic at replacing my badly leaking kitchen faucet. Eddie showed up minutes after I placed my call to Plumber XP and expertly replaced my leaky faucet which was leaking into my cabinetry under my sink. He left my sink area cleaner than before and he was very courteous. Also, thank you to Angela the call coordinator for being so helpful in arranging the quick response time. We had a serious problem with a broken drainage pipe under our house. Plumber XP came out fast and were very professional. They knew what they were doing. They diagnosed the problem and instead of cutting into the tile which could have been more expensive to repair, they got access via the adjacent bedrooms wall which is sheetrock and much easier to repair. Then they got under the home and went to work. All the while they took many pictures to show the problem, and the work they were doing, and the work they performed and completed. After fixing the initial leak, we could see there was another one we did not know about. They went and took care of that as well! All this was done fast, professionally, and with expertise, and they had everything they needed right with them. No delays for parts or any other reason. They just got to work and fixed our serious problem.Also, I appreciate Gabriel the owner working with me on making the whole process happen in a way that felt good and fair.I recommend them highly if you want to get a job done fast and done right the first time. And who doesnt want that?

Gabriel from Plumber XP and his team were excellent.1. incredibly responsive. We had a main water line break on a Sunday. I asked for a quote and they responded IMMEDIATELY.2. Diagnosed a problem with our main water line pressure. Instead of fixing just the pipe, diagnosed that we are getting overly high pressure on our system and needed a pressure dampener. While we have one at our house, they installed one next to the water meter, which helped us regulate the pressure across our entire property.3. I called to verify with the water district in La Habra Heights and they confirmed that having multiple pressure dampeners was the way to go. This relieved any concerns I was being sold a bad bill of goods. Plumber XP was honest, forthright, and cost efficient.Thanks XP for a job well done!

Since my initial review on 7/15/24, Ive had the (unfortunate but necessary) opportunity to call on Plumber XP twice, both times for substantial jobs. The second time, my AC condenser unit’s drain pipe clogged, causing water to back up into the attic and leak through a recessed light. This was a major headache that required calling my homeowners insurance and ServPro in the middle of the night to prevent further damage.Michael arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and determined that a clean-out needed to be installed on the center vertical line of the pipes, which required cutting into the drywall. He was efficient and helpful, completing the task in just a few hours. Thanks to his work, we now have access to the pipe, so future clogs will be easier to handle.Recently, I learned that a valve switch behind the refrigerator had broken, preventing the delivery of a new fridge. Eddie was able to come by earlier than the scheduled appointment, which was a huge relief. He quickly diagnosed the issue and will be replacing the entire ice maker valve behind the fridge.Why five stars? I’ve worked with four different individuals from Plumber XP—Angela, the coordinator, and technicians Ray, Michael, and Eddie—and every one of them has been outstanding. Plumber Joey T came out to fix our close to 50 year old shower head that no longer was working. He showed me the new replacement parts and then showed me the old parts he replaced. He also installed a bathroom faucet fixture for me. He was professional, thoughtful and competent. He also wore booties in the house (a big plus) and cleaned up after himself.

Gabriel, owner of PLUMBER XP, has become our plumber to call for all our plumbing needs. Our home was built in 1960 and we added square footage some time ago. Many upgrades needed inside and under house. Today, Efrain was replacing the garbage disposal. At one time, we were able to all these things. I have been using Plumber XP for the past 3.5 years and so this review is long overdue. Throughout those years, Gabriel, Eddie, and the rest of their team have completed various major and minor jobs for my house, all with exceptional detail. These jobs include sewage pipe replacement, pipe sleeving, hydro jetting, fixing various minor leaks, installing fixtures, re-piping of inlet water lines from the meter to the house, installing a new water softener and water heater, and just recently, replacement of a sewage pipe in my house.Cost-wise for each of these jobs, I’ve had various other plumbers provide me estimates and EVERY SINGLE TIME, Plumber XP has beaten them all out, most times by a considerable margin and/or providing better materials compared to other plumbing companies at a reasonable cost. There was never a time where I felt I was being upsold on work.Communication-wise, Plumber XP explains the work to be done and timeframe of the work very clearly and respectfully and have no issues answering the numerous questions I have. This team has never failed to go out of their way to provide me updates throughout the day and return my calls promptly, even after normal business hours. Angela was very prompt and courteous with communications regarding invoicing and documentation as well!For the actual work and labor, Plumber XP has a very high attention to detail and always treats my house with such care as to make sure the interruptions throughout my day caused by these jobs are kept to a minimum. All the installations look very sturdy, professional, and are holding up to this day. I also have peace of mind with the considerable warranties that comes with their work.What prompted me to write this review is my recent drainage pipe replacement job. Shoutout to Gabriel, Eddie, Ray, Marco, and Jose!!! These guys are so efficient and clean that they even wear booties every single time they walk in my house! Special kudos to Gabriel who helped me through the insurance process as well; something I was very unfamiliar with. Ray, Marco, Jose, and Eddie were all so upbeat despite all the heavy digging and jackhammering throughout the week in the excruciating heat. After the job was done and the team cleaned up, they even sent a maid out the next day to help tidy up the house and wipe all the top-facing surfaces!Please don’t pass up on these guys just because they have less reviews than other plumbing companies (3.5 years ago, I almost did)! They take pride in their work and are well worth your time hiring them for any plumbing jobs you may have.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Plumber XP. Gabriel and his team were able to fit us into his schedule quickly and diagnosed our issue immediately with the camera system he had on hand. Other plumbers we used showed up without a camera and and then obtained a camera that did not show very clear images.After reviewing the very clear images of our piping and clearly explaining the condition of our deteriorating sewage pipe, Gabriel went through a number of repair options and was very informative.Angela set us up with financing, which made it easy for us to move forward with the needed repair/replacement of the sewage line running from the house to the city line.We were told the project would take 2 to 3 days. All work was completed in 2 days.In the end, our property looked better as the crew did a great job compacting and leveling the ground that previous plumbers had left uneven when they replaced the pipe under the house.Mike, the Top Tech went above and beyond. At no extra cost, he replaced a pipe that had been improperly installed under the bathroom sink. This issue was not realized as part of the original project. I was losing pressure in my shower because my bath faucet was leaking and put up a project request on Yelp. Angela, the owner, was the FIRST one to text me and offer a consultation, beating all the other vendors. Gabriel was at my home the next day and gave a thorough inspection of my shower. Turns out I had old internal brass pipes that were ruined by hard water and an obsolete valve system that was causing the leak! Gabriel was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the problem and the work that needed to be done.The very next morning, Gabriel and his partner Oscar got to work. They were genuine, polite and they worked quickly to fit new plastic pipes, a new faucet and a new toe switch on my drain at a fair price!I highly recommend these guys. The quality of work you get is worth the price you pay, and Im already thinking of hiring them again someday!

The Plumber XP team did an exceptional job. Call late Thursday evening and were at my house the following day by 9:00am. On Friday and Monday, they installed a new main sewer line, removed and reset my toilet and remove and replaced my dual kitchen sink with a new garbage disposal, dishwasher hoses, two sink hole covers, new piping under the sink and got everything working great. I would recommend using them for any plumbing issue. Great work, fast and friendly.

This company is the BOMB! And Eddie is the very best! I was having a new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher installed. My house was built in the late 1950s so modifications had to be made to make everything new fit. Eddie is much more than a plumber. We really could not be happier with our service. Gabriel and his team were extremely professional and thorough. We recently purchased a home that was built in the 1950’s, we were experiencing a backed up toilet and shower drain. Gabriel and his team used professional cameras to see the condition of our out going plumbing and it turns out, our pipes were rustier than rust. They looked like remains from an ancient ship wreck. Plumber XP and the team came in and replaced all of the plumbing in ONE DAY, and left a CLEAN job site, all at a very reasonable price. These guys are very honest, professional, and friendly. I located this business through Yelp by searching plumbers. Plumber XP has a feature on Yelp that allowed me to reach out to them for a consultation vs calling them. This was an easy form of communication and I received a response within 10 minutes from Gabriel. I was able to book an appointment right away through Yelp which was convenient. On the day of my appointment I received a phone call letting my know a licensed technician was on their way and arrived between 11am-12pm as promised. Eddie arrived first. He was professional, very knowledgeable and most of all he listened. Gabriel arrived a short time later but had to leave to another appointment. Eddie diagnosed the issue and gave me options based on my need. He made me feel comfortable and quickly earned my trust. Eddie was able to fix the burst pipe all in the same day. I would recommend Eddie at Plumber XP to my friends and family.

I have used Plumber XP for all my plumbing needs. They are always honest and professional. All of the techs are great, but Josh was here most recently to clear a landscape drain that was backing up & pooling around my foundation during this recent thunderstorm. They responded the same day, within hours of my call. Josh did a great job. He had to replace a section of the 25 year old drain that was clogged with roots. He respected our landscape. Didnt damage any plants. He cleaned up afterward. Josh also added a clean out to make it easier to maintain the drain pipe in the future.
