I would recommend Alex to anyone and go back to him myself for any future plumbing needs.He was responsive - Alex was prompt when communicating via calls/texts/emails and coming out to inspect our plumbing issue.Most of all he is trustworthy - Other companies were trying to upsell us and push us to do work that was way more than necessary. Alex took the time to inspect our sewer line, show us the results, explain and make an honest recommendation.

I had a great experience with Alex. He gave his honest opinion and did not try to sell the most expense product. His price was the lowest that I received from comparing 5 other companies. I got my water heater installed 4 days after I first spoke with Alex and the reason it took even that long is because we had 2 days of extreme cold. I would recommend Alex to everyone.

Called Alex Sunday night after fighting with a clogged kitchen sink all day. He returned my call promply and scheduled service first thing Monday morning. Alex arrived promptly at 8am and got to work quickly. He resolved our clogging problem before 9am and provided helpful tips about my homes plumbing. Overall great experience...dont hesitate to call!

Our water heater was misbehaving and was due to be replaced. We sellected Rooter Plumbing & Sewer based on reviews and I am supper happy we chose to do so. Alex answered all our questions gave us an estimate, aproximate time it would take to get the heater ordered, and everything worked like a clock. Alex completed the job same day, was professional and prompt. We will definitely use this company in the future and recommend it to our friends!

Fixed a clogged downspout. Alex was extremely quick in responding, and honest with his assessment and approach. He gave me lots of options, actually found that the downspout was cracked (actually saving me lots of money), worked around my schedule to make a new downspout pipe for me, and quickly dropped it off at my convenience. I cant wait to use him for other plumbing needs. Its great to work with someone who loves their job, and is extremely fair and honest in their work!

I started a home project in upgrading my laundry room with a washer outlet box and I thought that I could handle the job myself. I realize a few minutes into the job that this was a little advance for me skill level. I called around to get an estimate for the job in must companies did not offer that service, instead they would charge a service fee of $79 just to come out which would not be applied to your final bill. I got a few high quotes over the call Rooter Plumbing was the only one that would come out in give a true evaluation of what the job would cost. Alex was spot on with the customer service, work, price and availability. I will be using this company again and I highly recommend them.

Picked this business because of their great reviews. I knew the bathroom vanity drain was going to be a tough one because it took 30 seconds for the bowl to back up, so it mustve been pretty far along. Drain cleaners did not work. Alex tried one rodder with no luck. Then he got the heavy duty rodder which finally broke through. No upselling. Didnt tell me I needed new drain pipes. Great experience and great guy. Thank you to the previous reviewers who helped me find the right plumber!

This time the issue was different than the most of the clogged drain episodes i had before. Parking area was flooded and the water did not seemed to go anywhere. I looked up on line and made some phone calls, Rooter Plumbing & Sewer were able to come quick and over the phone Alex sounded knowledgeable . They arrived and in no time they had a pump working on getting the parking lot water out. Assessing the situation i got informed what caused the parking lot flood and i was explain my options and cost. One of the option included installation of clean out so maintenance will be easier and quicker. I got to check their price with two other companies and it was fair so removing the flooded water, cleaning the drain from garbage, jetting the drain pipes and installing a new clean out went as the initial plan presented by person in charge. Very nice work and reasonably priced .

Alex from Rooter Plumbing was a lifesaver. After using my washing machine, My basement bathroom had overflowed gallons of sewage, damaging our tile. Every time Water would be used elsewhere in the house the toilet would risk overflowing again. Alex responded promptly and quickly evaluated my issues.Unfortunately my piping was quite old and most likely done by a DIY previous homeowner. Alex couldnt fix the problem in the moment but walked me through the next step, getting in touch with the City and applying for a permit for additional work.Alex is professional, helpful and fair with pricing.

Great plumber! He did all the plumbing work in my new house that I got last year ( house build in 1952 but new for me) . Alex replaced all my old galvanized , full of rust and deposits ,water lines in to new copper lines. New ejection pump in the basement, new tub, sinks, ... etc. All but beautiful and professionally installed !Called him on new year eve to unclog my main sewer line, he showed up in 35 minutes from the call and got the job done! Saved me from a big mess. I will definitely call back for all my plumbing needs and year round mentinance.Thank you Alex!!!

My 21 year old hot water heater broke down and i was at a total loss as to what to do. Alex the owner answered my call immediately and was able to assess the problem.
