We recently moved & discovered our toilet tank was cracked and needed to be replaced. We contacted Michael R. Sherlock Plumbing--WOW!! From the initial call, I knew wed chosen the right plumber. He was professional, explained differences in toilets, made good suggestions & gave me a ballpark quote. He said hed call before coming by the following afternoon.Mike called the next morning, and was able to drop by earlier than expected. He inspected the problem and quoted a very fair price. Then he removed the old toilet & installed a new and oh-so-much-better one. [He actually discovered a flaw in the replacement toilet, and had to drive some distance to get another; the job was completed in good time, even with the extra trip.] Moreover, he cleaned the entire work area before he left! Mike knows how to actively listen, too. He understood our somewhat unusual situation, and was kind enough to go out of his way to help us. Highly recommend...10 stars!!

Last week I developed a leak in my bathroom at my toilet and was having a problem with my toilet fill level. I googled plumbers near my location and it suggested Micheal R. Sherlock Plumbing so I called him. Mike was very professional and asked if noon would work for me (about 1 1/2 hours from my call). He diagnosed the dripping problem and replaced the toilet fill pipe and valve. The problem with the fill level was the cheap piece of junk toilet I bought on line a couple of years ago. Mike showed me why it’s poor design caused my problem. I asked him to replace the toilet with one he would recommend. He ordered one and the next morning called me to let me know it was in and asked me if he could install it that day. My toilet now functions properly and no more leak. Thank you Mike for your knowledge and professionalism, and know I’ll be calling you for any future plumbing issues I have.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!I normally don’t do reviews, but...we found Micheal Sherlock Plumbing by reading Google reviews on plumbers in our area. I called him for a quote and he came out to look at the job without charging a service call. Once he saw everything, he gave me his price (super reasonable!) and started the work. He removed our old kitchen faucet, a water filtration system that we didn’t use and replaced the new one all within 2 hours of my initial phone call to him. His rates are highly competitive, if not the best around. He kept his work area very neat and even cleaned the sink from old hard water stains when he was done. He also had to work around my inquisitive 4 year old and our very helpful dog. He was a pleasure to work with and I love knowing that I will never need to search for another plumber again. I will recommend him to everyone for any home plumbing needs!UPDATE - We have used Mike 3 times since my initial review and every experience has been the exact same! (5 stars!!) He is fabulous to work with and you always know that you’re going to get great service that is actually guaranteed. He shows up quickly and gets the job done! If you need anyone to help with plumbing services, call this man - you will be SO thankful!!!

We called Michael out to replace our broken outdoor spigot. He came the following morning and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He is efficient, honest and reasonable. We asked him to put in a shutoff valve and he said he would if we really wanted it, but advised us against it as he felt it was unnecessary. Very honest.Another plumber that we called estimated that the job would take 2 men 3 hours. We highly recommend Michael.

Do not hesitate to call Michael Sherlock Plumbing as he is a highly experienced professional. I was having problems with my water heater and he was able to come out and look at it the following day. He was very thorough explaining the problems and ended up installing a new unit, since mine was over 20 years old. I will call again for any future plumbing needs.

Excellent work at a good price. Paid to get a leaking pipe fixed and he ended up replacing two extra pipes that were low grade with new quality ones without charging any extra. This will definitely be who I call anytime I need a plumber.

We found Mike on nextdoor, and had him over at our house for various smaller projects/tasks over the last three years. He is experienced no nonsense guy that gets the job done. We also feel he is fairly priced and does quality work no matter how small the job might be. He is also one of the few tradesmen that I’ve used over the years that is so careful about cleanliness on the job site and as he walks around the house.I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my neighbors, and we plan on using him for our plumbing needs going forward.

I called another company first but theyre no show so I reached out to Mike to help replace my water heater. He was very nice and were able to move his calendar to work around my schedule. Mike showed up on time, helped me correct some of the issues from the previous owner and were able to replace it within 3 hours. Just had work completed today and couldnt be happier. Michael installed two sump pumps, a new wetbar sink fixture, and various other parts associated with the job. He is personable, straightforward, and easy to work with. Scheduling was very convenient, he arrived ontime, and worked very efficiently. Stellar experience in all aspects. Im very glad I found Michael via his other positive Google Reviews.
