Tim went above and beyond with our plumbing issue. He bought the proper faucet needed because of the weird pipe configuration and then put together the sink we bought online and hooked everything up. Then hauled the old HEAVY laundry sink away!Highly recommend Done-Rite Plumbing!!!

Very professional, very responsive to my needs and was on time with the time that was quoted me. Was in hope that the faucet could be repaired but instead had to get a new one installed. I could see that the repair was a task that could not be done, greatly appreciate the extra mile that Dan went, to show me that he tried his best to just replace the stem. I was in need of a plumber to replace my water shut off valve and a few spigots. One of the neighbors told me about Done-Rite Plumbing. When the technician came to my house they did not have all the parts required to complete the job, so Jim called the office and had another plumber deliver the parts while doing the work. He had everything running like new within a few hours. These guys are the best!

Ive probably had Done-Rite Plumbing service my home at least a half of dozen times over the last 6 years and I have to tell you these guys are first class! Over the years Ive experienced a lot of problems because my second home is over 100 years old and my wife and I have always counted on Done-Rite to take care of any plumbing, heating and air conditioning repair needs. I probably shouldnt say this so they can see it, but I trust them so much, I never even bother getting a second estimate because their service is unmatched and their pricing is very fair.Whenever someone goes out of their way to make sure I get an exceptional experience, I always like to return the favor and let everyone know. Their technicians are all very knowledgeable, reliable, skilled and very meticulous. These guys are by far the best plumbers in La Grange

Our sewer line has been backing up now for several months. We tried many different remedies and plumbers to fix the problem. After calling our old plumber to fix the problem 3 times and literally experiencing the same dilemmas over and over, we decided to call Done-Rite Plumbing to get to the bottom of the issue. They rodded out our sewer line and were pulling up all kinds of tree roots resulting from a broken sewer line running along side of our house. They worked with our home warranty company and took care of the entire job for us. It is really amazing to watch how fast our toilets flush now. These guys really know what they are doing.

We needed a Plumber in Elmhurst and many of them couldnt get anyone over until next week. We called Done Rite and they squeezed us in right away and even stayed late to get the job done in one day, when the other companies told us we would be without water for 2 days. We have 3 girls high school and one boy in junior high so we definitely cant be without water for two days. They are very responsive, work very hard, get the job done and do all they can to accommodate your schedule. Im so glad I called them and they actually answer the phone!

Very Satisfied Customer. Ive used Done Rite for different services in the past, mostly small things. Recently, I called about a basement floor drain issue, which was full and giving off a bad odor, as well as a clogged basement toilet. I called Done Rite and they sent out a plumber the next day. He identified the issue as a broken ejector pump. He was able to replace the pump and get everything working again in less than an hour. The staff person I spoke with on the phone along with the plumber were courteous, professional and appreciative of my desire to fix the problem ASAP. Highly recommend Done Rite!

They inspected our house and told us exactly where the potential threats were and how to prevent them them from being a disaster down the road. Absolutely would recomend, situation was turning into a nightmare. Leaky cast iron pipe from our tub leaking onto our ceiling. The plumber who was dispatched, Danny was extremely professional knowledgeable and upfront about everything, and diagnosed the problem very quickly and showed me the exact location of the leak. The next day he came in and did the job in a timely and efficient manner. The company also seems very honest, the price i was quoted was the price I paid in the end, there was also no sales pitch which is very nice to not have to go through. You tell them what you want, they give you a quote and then execute. Will be using this company again.

I had a really great experience with Done-Rite Plumbing from start to finish. Our hot water heater went out on Christmas Eve and we were hosting a family party at the house and needed to shower. I then called a number of other companies and no one could come out cause the holiday. We called Done-Rite Plumbing in LaGrange and they were able to send Jim out to our home and get our hot water running for us quickly. We are very thankful for all their help and their quick response.

Very satisfied. I used them as a second opinion after another plumber said I needed to repair my sewer line, which would have cost $2500. They were able to unclog and get the drain going for around $400. Im very happy I called Done Right!

P.S.A.: There are a few people that call themselves plumbers out here in the Hinsdale area who advertise plumbing service who are not even licensed plumbers. Done-Rite Plumbing is state licensed and insured. Thankfully from the work I do I know which questions to ask before hiring a contractor otherwise we would have been taken for a ride. These guys are 100% LEGIT! Trust me, you dont want non licensed or non insured people working on your home, especially if someone gets injured and you will certainly avoid undue negligence.
