    The GZones Review of Simply Leak Detection Services of Kirkland, WA:Mike came out and identified the source of the water leak. Very knowledgeable and professional. He also stayed in contact while the plumbing company was performing the repairs. And later called to make sure that all was well. It was a little expensive but well worth it. Hopefully, Ill never have to, but if I do, Mike at Simply Leak Detection will be my 1st call!👊🏾🙏🏾👑 Respectfully, G*my personal experience😉

    In one visit, Kane located multiple leaks in our main water supply line which sits three feet under our asphalt driveway. No worries, he found the primary leak within two feet of accuracy and also located a likely secondary leak location, which ended up being true. Dug it up and repaired the pipe with a neighbor, savings thousands of dollars over hydro excavating a new supply line. Will not hesitate to use Simply Leak Detection in the future.

    Michael did a great job in locating the leak spot near our utility boxes. The black pipe in the photo is the leaking water pipeline. Around the spot, there are a power line, 2 cable lines and a gas line. The crack is so small that you wouldnt even notice it when there is no water with high enough pressure passing through.

    We used Simply Leak Detection to locate a broken pipe on our property. The technician who came to my home was on time, polite, knowledgeable and very professional. After quickly assessing our well pump controller, water processing system, radiant heating system and well pump, he quickly set up his equipment and found the broken underground pipe. He then explained everything he had done and reset our systems. He did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I would without reservation recommend them to others.

    Michael came to my home in Burien last week. He was terrific! Professional, friendly, patient with my questions. Very knowledgeable. I had a small leak in my line that was harder to detect, but through his various listening devices and other mechanisms, he was able to narrow down the leak to a very small area. Charged me a very fair price. It was a extremely positive experience. I would highly recommend!

    Tech arrived a little later than appointed time. Kane was courteous and clear about all aspects of the job, and helped me understand the plumbing in detail. He worked methodically and efficiently, and located my mains leak using audio and gas trace methods. Plumbers easily found the problem at the marked location.

    Kane showed up and within 30 minutes a leak on my main water line was located. He did a little more work and we were able to see that a connector to a valve had cracked. Kane was professional and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Definitely would use again if necessary.

    Kane, the technician arrived on time and explained what would happen. When the leak was detected I got to put on the headphones and listen in a pattern of locations that indicated exactly where it was. The leak area was marked for the plumber and we were done. Kane was professional and courteous through the entire service call and I recommend this company. Not receiving any discounts or other benefits for this review - paid full price.

    Highly recommended, will use again! Mike provided thorough information and pricing over the phone and on email, same day. Kane was timely and clearly explained the process. my leak was over 6ft deep and under live roots. Kane was able to pinpoint it, there were no complaints from my contractor who fixed it. Kane had to use Hyrdrogen to locate the water leak. Kane also completed the work within the 3 hour window so i wasnt charged any extra. Appreciate the work, thanks Mike and Kane.

    Kane Williams came out to my house after I had called Leak detection about an underground water leak. Kane explained the process to me and went to work. The leak was detected, I got a plumber back out and within 48 hours..............no more leak.For the DIY crowd SLD and employees like Kane Williams can save you thousands of dollars. Most DIY homeowners jump into projects like this thinking they need to hire a backhoe and turn the project over to the operator. Thousands of dollars later and trenching along with piles of dirt all over your yard leaves quite the mess. With SLD 1 hole was dug, no backhoe was needed and the thousands of dollars that I would have spent remain with me. Thank you SLD

    We had a main water service line leak under an asphalt driveway. Simply Leak called me back on a holiday weekend when 2 other companies didnt. They scheduled for Tuesday and were on time.Kane located the leak within 6 inches of where they marked asphalt.No complaints, I feel they did a great job and we received our moneys worth.Ruybal Group- Property Manager

    I had a very positive experience with Simply Leak Detection. They had a prompt response and came to my house conducting the leak detection on Saturday morning. The process went through smoothly. They are very professional. All conversations happened with a social distance during this COVID19 time.
