    Highly recommend—very professional and kind. We almost had our unit flood during a bad storm, and Kirkland Rooter was there when no one else would help.     I had a leak in a water pipe leading to my house. Shamim was very efficient: he gave an estimate, arrived in 30 minutes and fixed the leak. The final price was the same as the estimate, and it was lower than 2 other quotes I got. Im very happy with the result and will not hesitate to ask Shamim again.

    I had an on-going root problem that would back up the water in the bathroom every 7 years or so. I’ve tried different “Rooter” plumbing companies in the past to clear the roots, and they were expensive. I started calling for estimates and called Kirkland Rooter first. Shamim gave me a quote 25% less than what I paid years ago. He came out and was able to show me the root issues and where they were. He gave me a quote on replacing the pipe sections that were causing the issue instead of just temporarily clearing them. I’m very sure it was much less than what I would pay with other local plumbing companies. They needed to dig two holes in my yard to fix the pipe sections. One was in the yard, and one was near the house in an area with roughly placed flagstones surrounded by decorative pebbles. I was seriously impressed with how well the holes were filled up and covered to look like nothing was ever done there. The flagstone area was even improved. I wasn’t finished with my work there. They put the rocks back and leveled off the area to give it a better, smooth look. I can’t recommend this team enough. I’ll be going back to Kirkland Rooter for all my plumbing needs.

    I texted a pic to Kirkland Rooter of the leak pooling in my driveway at 2pm and by 7pm same day they finished the repair! They dug a hole (ended up being two) to locate water main leak and replaced the broken pipe then replaced the dirt and patched up the asphalt. Quick and efficient!

It was a bit complicated situation, and needed to be done from the crawl space, but he did everything that’s necessary and we are very happy.     I had a hot water pipe leaking at home. I called Kirklandrooter and Shamair was able to show up at my house within 30 minutes to diagnose what the problem was and he brought another person and an electrician to standby the following day. He is honest and he brough the electrician at his own dime to make sure he was able to complete the job without damaging the electrical wires. He asked me to pay attention for leaking for next couple days and he would come again to correct the problem.

    Shamim the boss and James the apprentice were super diligent to procure the water heater from Home Depot at a short notice and replace our out of warranty broken water heater at 10 pm.     Shamim was amazing! He offered to come within 1 hour of our phone call even though it wasnt urgent. We agreed to have him come the following day which was a Saturday.     AMAZING SERVICE!!2 of my outdoor faucets had broken/frozen pipes that were leaking inside the wall. I called last night when I noticed the problem and Shamim was here first thing in the morning ready to work. He found the problem, explained it to me and gave me a fair estimate. Soon he found out its a bigger issue, he needed to grab his peer and more powerful tools. His peer showed up promptly (within 30minutes), then they started working on it.     I rarely give reviews but my experience this morning was so GREAT. I was having issues in my laundry area and wasnt sure if it was a washing machine issue or a bigger problem with the plumbing.     This was my 2nd EMERGENCY call to Kirkland Rooter in the last 3 month. Had a leaky faucet to the washing machine. Again i called and spoke to Shamim. I explained the problem and he said he would be out within 30 mins. 30 mins later he was here and replaced both the 40+ year old hot and cold faucets. Shamim and his co-worker were professional and quick to resolve the issue. They even cleaned under and around the washer before putting it back in place. I highly recommend Kirkland Rooter and will be using them again when needed!

    Shamim, the owner of the Kirkland rooter is a nice guy and an expert plumber. Our drain was clogged due to the root in the sewer causing the blockage. We got couple of quotes and his was most reasonable. He was prompt on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave us couple of options to fix the problem along with quote upfront and also provided suggestions on which should be best for us which resonated with our choice as well. He did the work very professionally and fixed the issue. The work was complex as the sewer line was half decade old and deep in the ground, yet, he didn’t budged and completed the work. I have him come to our unit twice and fixed a handful of things including the water lines, toilet, washer pipeline, and install a new toilet.     I had a blockage in my kitchen sink drain line in the evening after normal business hours that I couldn’t clear. I thought about using one of the big companies that you see advertised on TV but opted to call someone local. Kirkland Rooter came out within 25 minutes and even texted me to give me a status update on this arrival time. Shamin the owner arrived promptly on time. His equipment was very clean and so was he. I really appreciated that he was very thoughtful about not leaving a mess. He put on booties as not to dirty the floor. He also put booties on his equipment so the wheels didn’t track dirt! He worked very hard, spending nearly 2 hours to clear the line and made sure the line was cleared. Then he cleaned up any mess he saw. He sprayed down any splashes and wiped all the working area clean. He said he would guarantee his work for 30 days and to give him a call if we have any problems. The cost for his service was $299. I don’t have anything to compare this price with but given it was an emergency off hour call I was very satisfied with the job done and more importantly I would call Kirkland Rooter again.

    We were facing lots of problem with the sewer leak for quite sometime and I called many plumbing companies and I was so tired with their response and was highly disappointed with them. It was becoming the nightmare as my crawlspace was getting messy.In calling many companies, I called Kirklandrooter and Mr. Shamim (the owner) he immediately responded me and came to my home in 10 mins itself. He immediately went inside the crawl space and looked at the issue and suggested me few solutions. I asked his recommendation and just went with his recommendation. He scheduled the service date the next day (which was new year day 1st Jan 2021). He came on time in the morning (which was just awesome). He replaced all my leaking sewer pipes made of cast iron and copper with the latest plastic pipes. He showed me all the videos and pictures of the stuffs before and after the replacement. I was so happy with his work and I asked him to look at all my other plumbing stuffs at my home. He looked at my water heater and it was quite old and he suggested me to replace it and I went ahead with his proposal. He finished the job very quickly. His work was highly satisfactory and I am quite confident that I am not going to get any of the issues with his work in future. He looked into some of the water logging in my crawl space, which was coming from my foundation issue and he recommended me some solution for it too.Now the most important part which everyone is bothered about. The pricing. He is way more cheaper for his work and I doubt anyone can give you that good of pricing for that much amount of work.     Shamim answered his phone at 9pm. Originally, he was going to come the next morning but I was concerned I may have had a broken pipe. He said he would be over in one hour and he was. He came to the door masked, brought his own booties, and cleaned up when he was done...even sanitized the whole area. He quickly fixed a series of issues with one of the toilets, the float, flapper, and the valve which was leaking. Worth all of the stars and the evening trip for peace of mind.     Not the ideal way to start a Friday morning with plumbing issues. However after searching for a local plumber I called up Kirkland Rooter and they were on their way to another job but said they could accommodate me within 2 hours or less. It was wayyyy less!     Called and received a same day appointment for hanger stuck in sink. Yes, I tried to fix a clog with a wire hanger. Wait time was about 2 hours on a Monday afternoon. Plumber shamim out hanger and no charged for visit and Seems fair. Plumbers (one in training) were masked and wore shoe booties.Estimate for to unclog bathroom sink was ~$350 However, I have used KirklandRooter previously for a kitchen sink clog and was very satisfied.     Shamim is the owner and is most likely the person doing the job. He is passionate in his work, and takes pride in what he does.I had to get a leaking, old outdoor spigot replaced. However, the access to the stem of the spigot was deep inside of a wall, with the only access through our crawlspace. The other options on the table offered by other plumbers that came were to tear into through our jetted tub in our master bathroom (aka bathroom remodel) or seal off the existing spigot and install a new line and spigot in a more accessible place (garage).Luckily, Shamim was on the list of plumbers to get quotes from, and he was willing to work through the crawlspace. He actually looked at all the photos I took when I was in the crawlspace. The other plumbers who I emailed and/or came did not even want to see the photos until I paid them to go down to the crawlspace so they could see things first. With Shamim, we worked together to figure out a way to access the stem. Once he started working, he refused to give up on this problem, and took pride in owning the fix until it was completed (it took 3 visits).I *HIGHLY* recommend Shamim and would vouch for his work.

    Kirkland rooter immediately contacted me and got to my home in minutes. In my case we heard leakage from the upstairs bathroom downstairs. When he arrived he hit the ground running, without hesitation went to my crawlspace and diagnosed what was happening. I really appreciated that as the focus was on solution as opposed to negotiating fees and such. As always, there is always some kind of guess work on these kinds of things, as to really know whats happening we need to wall or get to the actual pipes. This is where expertise and mileage of somebody that has been around helps. At the beginning he through that there was something wrong between the water intake of the bathtub and the high shower head. He mentioned that he might have to get into the backwall of the shower (as the shower has tiles and breaking them would create more damage, I was about to give an OK, when he stopped and went back to re-analyzed. He came back with a better analysis. It seems that the shower head was leaking back a ton of water and it was getting between the pipe and the wall. He sealed that and re-tested. The leak went out. Voala, it got fixed. There are many things that made this a delight, first Kirkland Rooter concentrated in solving my problem, not on charging or finding ways to charge me money? second, that ultimately we solve it with no real expense to me, third is that I felt that we did the right thing. HUGE THUMBS UP to Kirkland Rooter, it is a breath of fresh air to work with such level of professionalism. Theyve earned my future business 2 fold.
