They arrived right on time, fully prepared with all the tools and materials needed, and quickly assessed my existing system. Andros, the installer, stood out with his professionalism and expertise, making sure every detail was handled meticulously. It was clear he took pride in his work, and he went above and beyond to ensure that the installation process was smooth and efficient.Andros was courteous and attentive, taking extra care to ensure everything was installed safely and correctly. After the installation, he cleaned up the area thoroughly, which I really appreciated.     I had an issue with my high water alarm going off on my septic tank Sunday afternoon, was totally panicked, I called Anthony at septic response , he calmed my nerves and said that he can get someone out first thing Monday morning to troubleshoot, they were at my house before 8 AM, had the problem diagnosed, old pump had failed, and new pump replaced in no time. Anthony and his crew made it happen, Very responsive, efficient and effective company, I highly recommend Septic Response!

    Despite it being Thanksgiving, Anthony (the owner) took my call and dispatched a team, Andros and his colleague, first thing the next day. They were prompt, professional, communicative, and took the time to educate me (never owned a house with septic before) about the issue with the system. It was a painless experience - very straightforward and easy. I highly recommend them.

    We had a septic emergency with the septic flooding into our basement shower. After checking the tank we could not determine where the problem was, but it was serious. We couldnt get anything down the drains without it coming into the shower. After calling several septic specialists, I found that were servicing our area in Bellevue/Kirkland were all were booked solid for at least 24 hours. One of the companies that was not immediately available contacted Anthony and he immediately contacted me and said he would have someone out before end of the work day. He was still out on two other jobs but he sent Andros to our house within an hour! He quickly evaluated the system and found the issue not in the tank, but in the line between the house and septic tank. He had the blockage cleared and everything flowing within 1/2 hour of arriving. Andros is knowledgeable, efficient and customer focused. We strongly recommend contacting Septic Response for any plumbing or septic needs. They are responsive, reasonable and provide excellent service with a sense of urgency.

    Anthony gave us top notch customer service. I called him on Friday 8 January 2021. My septic system was backing up and i needed an emergency pump of the tank. He couldnt get to me on Friday but scheduled me for Saturday. On Saturday his truck broke down he texted me immediately and said he was sorry but if he could get the mechanic to fix his truck he would be out on Sunday.Sunday morning before he left his house i got a text letting me know he was leaving his house to go to the office and warm up the truck then he was headed my way. When Anthony got here he explained everything to me. He went over my septic system very thoroughly. He pumped out the tank. He gave me a few tips on maintenance and one item he thought i should have done that was very minor.Anthony provided excellent customer service. Something that isnt seen very often anymore. He was a man of his word. I would and will recommend Anthony for anyone with a septic system.

    We recently noticed a wet spot in our yard and wanted to have it checked out so I contacted Septic Response. Anthony the owner was quick to respond and made a time to come do a pump and check out our system within a week. I have never really understood our system and he did a great job of explaining how things worked and a few little issues we had. He also started the process of investigating the wet spot but it had been raining pretty hard so he wanted it to have chance to dry out to get a better view. He was great at staying in touch so I didnt worry about him forgetting us and when the rain had stopped for a few days came back and did a further examination. Thankfully nothing major seems to be causing the wet spot probably just all the rain. I appreciated that he provided pictures and a thorough explanation of what he saw and didnt try to find problems that didnt exist. Both Anthony and his assistant Andros were amazing - friendly and very hard working. I would very much recommend them.

    My bath drain backed up Thursday evening and called Anthony that night after hours he answered and was out the following morning. He let us know the problem was not our tank being full, but a drain field issue. He gave me some direction on things I could do myself and save a lot of money. I dug up the the d box, and and sent him pics and we came up with a plan. He was out the next day and it is working great now. I would recommend him to anyone.

    Anthony was a massive help for us! He came to our house in the snow storm and even helped shovel our driveway so he could get his truck up our driveway safely. He provided us so much valuable knowledge about our septic tank, and was extremely forthcoming about our options and what prices would be. He told us what we could do on our own to save money and even how to do it. He allowed me to text him and ask him questions and he always responded quickly and with so much information. I truly felt like he really cared about my family and making sure we had a working septic system that would work for years.     Anthony was and is an incredible example of what complete customer service, technical expertise and professionalism is. We contacted his company late Sunday evening and got an immediate response. He explained his rates and services and was able to get us on the schedule for Monday morning. He was very punctual, friendly, quick, efficient and went above and beyond normal service. He inspected the septic system and explained its operation to us. He found debris left in the tank from previous service and removed it at no extra charge. There are not enough superlatives to describe his service and demeanor. In our opinion, If you need your septic system pumped and serviced, you will find none better. Over the years weve had a couple of different septic companies and none of them are as good as Septic Response and Anthony!!!

    I called SR Pumping to explain that I have a problem with my septic drain field due to a landscapers error. A landscape contractor built part of our retaining wall over our drain field causing both the wall to fail and likely collapse of that portion of the drain field.Anthony spoke with me and was extremely professional and helpful. He wasnt available to help with my problem, however he went out of his way to provide information to someone who could help and then took it upon himself to follow up with me again later in the day to be sure I was being taken care of.Anthony clearly knows that taking care of his customers is the way to run a successful business.     I called Septic Response Saturday evening and left a message for an overflowing septic tank due to a clog. Anthony called me back right away. He informed me of the weekend emergency charge and gave me the option to schedule Monday for a lower rate or for the following morning (Sunday) with the surcharge. Stuck at home with laundry and dishes piling up, and toilets that really needed flushing, I opted to have him come out Sunday morning. Communication and responsiveness were excellent, he educated me on how my septic worked and what I could do to minimize issues in the future.     These guys were amazing. This is the first septic system Ive ever had to deal with, and its old and rather mysterious to boot. So you can imagine the extra level of horror when I discovered black water overflowing up out of our basement bathtub and toilet one Saturday afternoon!I called one service that had emergency services on their page - well, if you need me to call back on Monday morning just to schedule, you dont have emergency service. My second call was to Septic Response, who answered immediately, told me what to do, and promised to come the following morning.True to their word, a team arrived mid-morning on Sunday, located the system, removed the blockage that caused the backup. But they also took the time to explain everything to us - where things drained, possible issues given the age of the system, what we need to do to maintain it, and, yes, suggested a way to fix it up such that we wouldnt have such a problem accessing it next time. They were fantastic and very patient with us.The bill was about what youd expect, but not insane for an emergency service, and at no time did I feel any attempt to upsell or misrepresent - they were so patient showing my husband and myself everything they were seeing and what it might mean, and it all made sense. A+.

He also pointed out a few issues that he saw, while not something that I needed to take action immediately but something I should be aware of.Some issues that he found was that I did not have a real outlet baffle and filter. He did not have those available at the time and promised to come back later to have them installed, and surely he did.Overall I think Anthony did an excellent job in both pointing out issues as well as explaining why those were an issue and what I should do.
