    We had an emergency plumbing situation going on at our house and had an amazing experience with Roto-Rooter. Jesse, our technician, came out promptly and dealt with the issue very quickly. He was very knowledgeable, and Josh, his field supervisor, came by as well to show me our pipes with his camera. Both were extremely helpful, and we couldnt be happier with their service!

    The technician, Justin, was very friendly and polite. He completely explained the problem and what he was going to do to fix it before starting any work.     The roto-rooter team took care of all of the steps needed to remediate a black water situation in my home after our main sewer line backed up into our bathroom. This happened on a Sunday and we had a technician (John) at our house within a couple hours of the backup discovery.John was able to locate and resolve the problem and was very experienced in matters such as this. He then proceeded to let us know that Roto-Rooter also had a remediation side to the company that couple help us clean up afterwards. Within an hour I received a call from Juan who was the restoration team manager.Juan was able to assess what was needed and lined up a crew to come in the next day to start the painstaking process of cleaning up after this backup. He also was able to assist me with starting the insurance claim and ensuring everything was taken care of.Benjamin and his team then took over and thoroughly remediated the water damage in my bathrooms, closet and bedroom. They were professional and very hard working.Benjamin and his team checked back on the moisture levels and were very good with communication on when they would be stopping by.I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to help with situations such as this.

    Although my house sustained significant damage from a bursted pipe, Roto-Rooter’s professionalism and quality of service from the first day they came to my house to fix the leak to the last day of mitigation and demo work was outstanding. I especially would like to recognize Mark Angerstein who was the field supervisor on the job. He really helped my family get through this very stressful situation with care and concern.

    Alejandro and his team were great. Wonderful communication and quick work. They have great technology to discover the issue and were able to explain the problem and options. We decided to do it right and fix the whole thing instead of just replacing a section of the main sewer line. (A joint coupling had failed and caused the two pipes to separate, causing a lip our sewage had trouble overcoming). Despite having to pay a lot for this job, I believe it is money well spent. We have a 5 year warranty, but I believe it will last longer as these men appeared to know what they were doing. I am completely satisfied with the work, the customer service and fast response time. Alejandro and Delvin both were great about educating me about my sewer lines.

He took the time to answer my questions and was able to repair our issue very quickly and offered suggestions on how to mitigate it happening again.He was also able to set up a descale of our tankless water heater (which when we called to set up we’re told they didn’t do.) When he ran into a situation on another job and realized he wouldn’t be on time that day and needed to reschedule, he contacted me immediately and set it up for first thing the next day.

    I needed a toilet repaired. I called Roto-Rooter and got an appointment for the very next morning. Dan was my plumber. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem and the estimate to fix it. Another problem was discovered (a leak at the tank/bowl gasket) and Dan explained what it was and what needed to be done to fix it along with the quote. Dan did excellent work and cleaned up the work area efficiently. Though the work was great, I still think the Roto-Rooter’s labor charges are rather high, even with the discount Dan gave me which is why I’m not giving 5 stars. But cudos to Dan for a job well done.

    The service professional Mr. Dan was a GOD send. The service was fast. Social distancing was well practiced as face masks requirements were in place for both parties. I was pleased to know that Mr. Dan made sure that the problem was resolved after not getting a satisfactory response when he intially only had to replace a washer grommet. When he discovered that the problem was a coupling that was not properly seated in threading.
