    Fantastic experience with Pillar plumbing! We had water standing by the side of our house after backwashing the pool and couldnt figure out where the leak was. Peter came out on a Saturday morning, about an hour after I called and was super efficient, nice and completely diagnosed and fixed the issue. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

    Pillar Plumbing is excellent. On Saturday morning I called their office about a broken water valve, and spoke with Charlotte and she dispatched Tim, their plumber, in less than 2 hours. Tim is very courteous and professional, he explained well the problem, and he fixed the problem. He also checked our hot water tank to be sure everything was fine. The cost was reasonable. I will definitely use Pillar again for any plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommended.

    We are very pleased with the entire process. Our call for service this morning initiated a service call scheduled this afternoon. Pete gave us a text heads up when he was on his way and he arrived within the scheduled arrival time. Pete was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. After reviewing the problem he clearly explained what he was going to do to resolve our plumbing issue. The service provided was complete, well tested and with care taken to our home.     I contacted Pillar Plumbing yesterday because I needed an adapter installed on my gas line to accommodate my portable generator. Kyle came out today, quoted a great price, and completed the job. He even showed me how to connect the lines and get my new generator up and running. I was very happy with their service and will be using them again in the future. The company also offers a 10% discount for veterans. 🇺🇸

    Initial consultation was good. Ordered 2 new water heaters. Scheduling was simple. However, after installation I see a large scratch/gash (probably just cosmetic but still very noticeable) across BOTH heaters. I assume this happened when trying to get the heaters into the attic space. After installation the technician did not offer to show me the installation or tell me anything about the work that was done, they just said were done and were going to leave; I had to ask for them to show me the work. I also sent an email post-installation to ask if the heaters had been registered for me or if I needed to do it myself and got no response (so I did it myself). Would appreciate more focus on post-job communication to ensure customer satisfaction.UPDATE: Updated review from 3 to 4 stars. Was contacted by the owner who addressed most of my concerns.

    Our water main broke in the middle of the night on Wednesday and the water department came out the next day and said the issue was on their side and that someone would come out on Friday to repair it. Friday came and went with no one showing up. I called them back on Saturday morning. They sent another inspector out who then told me the issue was on my side and that I needed to call a plumber. I called Pillar on a Saturday at 11:00 AM in a panic. We’d been without indoor plumbing for 2.5 days. They initially said the soonest they could come out was Monday afternoon. I received a text from one of the owners, Erin, saying they were working on getting someone out sooner. Within minutes, I received a text letting me know Pete would arrive in an hour! Pete showed up and saved the day! Amazing service all around. They’ve earned a customer for life!

    It was a holiday weekend. I discovered I had a water leak and called Pillar Plumbing which was recommended by neighbors. Tim was able to come out earlier than my assigned time. He not only text me when he was on his way but text his picture ahead of time. He determined the issue and offered two options. He was never pushy, gave me time to make my decision. Tim was the nicest guy and explained everything at each step of the process. He always kept in touch and kept me up to date. The work done was excellent. I would highly recommend Pillar Plumbing.

    Called to schedule an appointment to fix a leak in the main water turn off inside the house. They showed up on time and fixed the leak and replaced two outdoor faucets that were corroded.     I will definitely call Pillar Plumbing for all of my plumbing issues from now on! Tim did an excellent job unclogging my kitchen sink. I have had issues with it for a long time now and three other plumbers have looked at it without being able to fix it. Tim came in and explained to me what he believed was the issue. He gave me options about how to handle it, gave me pricing upfront, and was very kind and thorough. He got it all taken care of and checked other sinks and a bathtub I’ve also had smaller issues with. Everything’s running great! I appreciate how upfront he was and how well he did his job.

    Hands down the BEST plumbing experience ever. Post hurricane Beryl (11 days no power) I came back home to a broken garage disposal and clogged sink. Peter and two other men showed up and fixed my sink, cleaned it all out, and were so unbelievably kind. They went above and beyond my expectations and truly took so much weight off my shoulders. All of this was done in under 30 minutes!! They got me on their schedule in under 24 hours when other plumbers weren’t even responding. Veteran owned and true honest and amazing people working here.     All I can say is WOW!!! We had an oops with the fitting for our new generator in the midst of Hurricane Beryl and Pillar was recommended through our community FB page. I messaged them late last night and they responded within 10 minutes! Even in the middle of a natural disaster they were able to come help out! We initially had the 4-6 window appointment but they were able to get to us by 2:30!! Within 30 minutes we were hooked up and our AC was rockin! We’ll be contacting them for any future plumbing needs!

    Pillar did a great job installing a water heater at two different houses and a partial bathroom remodel for us over the last year or so.     Great job by these guys. We brought in three plumbing companies to look at a problem we had with our upstairs toilet. One guy had no answer. One guy said he had an answer, made the quick fix and it didnt fix the problem. Pillar plumbing identified the issue, the owner called us after the evaluation to make sure we understood their solution and why. When we decided to go with them, they gave us a good price and came THE SAME DAY to install the new toilets. I waited for a month before writing this review to make sure everything was going smoothly after install and it is. Not a single issue and our problem was fixed. Great to have Pillar Plumbing in our circle of trust!Update: They just installed a new Moen Smart Faucet for me in late June. Did great work at a great price!12/8/21 Update: Called them to fix a leaky bathtub. Peter was in and out in 30 minutes having fixed the problem at minimal cost. The successes keep coming!7/17/24 Update: one of our toilets that they installed but was out of warranty had a failure that was unusual.     I called Pillar Plumbing for the first time today because of so many positive reviews on Facebook. I could not have been more pleased!It all started when he arrived and I noticed he put on shoe covers before he came in. He was most polite and knew exactly what needed to be done. He completed the job and cleaned up before he left. If you need a plumber, trust me, you will be extremely happy if you call Peter at Pillar Plumbing.We were so pleased previously with Pillar Plumbing that we decided to have them install a tankless water heater for us. The guys came today to install it and it was another pleasant experience with Pillar Plumbing. They came in and immediately started to drain the old water heaters and install the new tankless. All went smoothly and when they finished, Peter explained how it works and then cleaned up before they left. Another very professional experience and I can’t recommend this company enough.We had a drain that was clogged and the kitchen faucet was dripping also. We knew immediately who to call to take care of these repairs. Peter came out and took care of everything, completed the job and cleaned up after he had finished.     We have a kitchen sink that needs re-seating. Peter explained the process to repair and how his time and labor would be very costly. He explained that Pillar has a relationship with aa company called All Pro Cotracting that does this work. He took photos of the sink, the underside and forwarded them to All Pro requesting they reach out to us. He said they can perform the work and coordinate with Pillar to be on site and complete the plumbing.He also inspected a bathroom sink issue, where a calcium build-up has impacted the flow of hot water. He attempted to open the faucet, but it was severaly impacted and did not budge. Peter offered a few options and we are considering them.Pillar esceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them!

    I had a water leak that I suspected was my water heater but wasnt sure. I called Pillar and was extremely happy with the service, the response time, and the overall customer service. The lady who answered the phone was professional and courteous. They were able to send a tech out the same day and identified the problem quickly. I will very likely be going through then for repair and also for future use.

    The pipe behind my toilet was leaking and draining down the side of my house. Kyle was on time, friendly and did an excellent job for a fair price. This was my first experience with Pillar Plumbing and they definitely earned my future business. I have had so many bad experiences with plumbers and I am so relieved to have found my go to company. He was also great with my dog which is a big deal for me to not have to put him in the backyard for hours. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

    I can not even say how much this company saved my day! I had a pipe burst this morning and was distraught I wouldn’t have water for at least 24 hours maybe even longer waiting for someone to come to my home. Pillar plumbing came out same day and fixed multiple issues I had with my pipes in less than 45 minutes and did it with such professional integrity I could hardly believe it. I will definitely recommend this company to any one I see with plumbing inquiries in the future and continue to use them for my own plumbing needs for the foreseeable future!     Extremely satisfied with the Pillar Plumbing Team. They did a total home re-pipe and replaced our hot water heater all in 2 days! Pricing was very fair, high quality knowledge and skilled.     Tim with Pillar Plumbing flushed our AC line that was causing our sink to back up. Tim was very professional and courteous. He was respectful of me and my home. He explained and showed me what the problem was and his plan to solve it. He quoted me an agreeable price and he wasted no time in fixing it. This is not the first service we have Pillar help us with. They also did a great job installing 2 water heaters for us. Highly recommended!

    Tim Lang was super helpful with trouble shooting issues at our home.     Pete with Pillar Plumbing, did an excellent job, he was able to remove and replace the old toilet, in an upstairs bathroom . It only took him about an hour, I was very pleased. He went over and above the call of duty. He even helped change out a ceiling fan light, which I had trouble with on my own. Pillar was alot cheaper than the other 2 plumbers i had called to come out & give a quote. Thats all they did & charged me for the service call. Pillar is the only plumbing service i will ever call again. Thanks again Pete.
