    Brazos Home Services, a family owned plumbing business was exceptional to work with. Mark and his dad showed up to control my leak when they were already busy with another job. They set up a day to return to completely diagnose the issue. Arrived on time completing the diagnosis, explaining everything clearly. The project required a demolition and repair of pipe under the foundation.The entire crew was hard working, respectful of my space, explained scope of repair, cleaned up after and fees were reasonable for labor involved. I would highly recommend this company for any level of plumbing jobs

    Ive tried other plumbing services and there is no one better in the area. You get a detailed outline of what needs to be done and why. Options are provided to you when they present themselves. No one will talk down to you like your stupid. These guys are professionals, but they are also friendly. At the end of the service, when the bill comes, I never feel like I am being gouged like I have with other companies. I cant Brazos Home Services enough.

    Brazos Home Services is by far the best company to call for all plumbing related issues. Weve tried several plumbers over the years and were lucky to have finally found Brazos.They not only do a tremendous job and are extremely professional, but have very reasonable rates. If I could give Brazos 10 stars I would, 5 is not enough!     This company 100% deserves the 5 stars they have. I was lucky enough to come across them when I needed maintenance on my water heater. They were prompt, professional and organized. We just moved to the area and fortunately they had worked on this house before and had notes from previous service. They answered multiple questions and took the time to walk around my house to show me things they had worked on previously as well as inspecting other items just to make sure they were good to go. Good to find hard working honest people.

    I will definitely be using Brazos Home Services again. I had a water heater leaking while I was out of town. They had a brand new one installed on the very next day which was a Saturday. Very fast service, and very fair on the prices. I like the first job so much I also had them put in a new Clean out on my main sewer line. Everything has turned out great! Thanks Brazos!

    We had a troublesome, elusive leak under our kitchen sink. Brazos came out; addressed it - and the leak continued! Intermittent, days apart ā€¦ there was water under the sink. Brazos came out two more times (no charge) and we finally nailed down the cause. I am very pleased with their perseverance and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!!!

    We recently had Brazos repair a belly in our sewer line that involved ~40 feet of tunneling under our home. Mark carefully explained every aspect of the project to us. Great communication with everyone at Brazos throughout the week-long project. We have lived in Kingwood 20+ years and used many different plumbing companies but this was our best experience by far. We were impressed by Brazos professionalism and expertise every step of the way. If you have any kind of plumbing problem to solve, this is the company to call.

    We made our appointment the day before Hurricane Beryl but Brazos reached out to let us know they needed to reschedule (expected and no problem). They contacted us the very next day after the storm and came out even though we still had no power. My husband was home for it and he RAVED about the person who came to service. Said he got lots of info and the technician was polite/courteous. Turns out we just didnā€™t know how to work the water heater :/. Technician educated my hubs and said it would just be the service charge. Not sure yet how much that is, but super happy it wasnā€™t more serious as we also need to replace a fence and do some roof repairs post Beryl! Definitely will use these folks for any future plumbing needs šŸ„°

    Weve hired Brazos three times now for different unrelated issues, and all three times they have been amazing. Recently, Mark stopped by to deal with some issues we were having with our sinks. He educated us and answered all of our questions. He resolved our plumbing issue within less than an hour. Well definitely continue doing business with Brazos.Update 6.18.24: We noticed a leak over the weekend and we knew exactly who to call. Brazos was quick to respond and was able to come to our home within a couple of hours. They fixed the issue and at a reasonable cost. I love that we have a dependable plumbing company to rely on.     Brazos saved the day for me. The garden tub order from Lowes had a month wait for delivery. The night before delivery date, date was moved another month. I went to Lowes, cancelled original order and bought the biggest standard tub. Brazos, upon looking at tub advised on EXYRA expense required in moving plumbing and suggested they help look for garden tub.Brazos located a garden tub and did the install the next day of original Lowes delivery and saved me on overall costs. They also helped me return the Lowes tub.5/10/22Brazos was great in detecting a small leak in my bathroom wall and repaired it quickly. Thank you for the great work! Very knowledgeable and professional and dependable.7/8/23Brazos helped save a Lowes instalation disaster of a new gas dryer delivered. They were able to extend my gas pipe so the gas dryet can be moved to proper side of laundryroom. They were graciuos enough to reposition my washer and dry aftet their installation which is much appreciated. Wonderful customer service.

    Glad to find this family owned plumbing company my 13 years old water heater died i called my regular plumbing company who charged me $79 just for consultation and gave me a big estimate to replace water heater which they should have done over the phone since I explained them everything then i called brazos and explained everything same to them instead of them making money for the visit they explained everything over the phone that itā€™s not worth for fixing a 13 yeard old water heater better to replace then i let them changing the water heater which was done in few hours the only reason i went with this company was their honesty and hard work and off course the price mark and his father did an amazing job on my water heater very professionally and most importantly very cleanly Iā€™ve used plumbers before and even big companies they always leave their dirty marks so now on brazos is my new plumbing company big thx to both the brothers and father for being honest quick and professional

    Having just moved back to Houston after many years, we had no idea who to call for plumbing issues in our new home. Several neighbors recommended Brazos Home Services so we decided to give them a call. We were not disappointed.     We moved into our home in Kingwood in 2021. We had some pretty large plumbing jobs we needed done and we saw Brazos reviews and decided to give them a try. They went above and beyond to get our jobs done and at a reasonable price. Fast forward 2 years and we needed them to look at another issue we were having. Mark came out THE SAME DAY and helped us and he has got to be the friendliest guy whoā€™s ever serviced our home. We will always use Brazos for any of our plumbing needs and recommend them 100%.     We had a relatively big job, which involved tunneling under our home to repair a main sewer line. The cost was high, but we found Brazos very reasonably priced, especially given the fact of how well organized they were, including being very thorough with the tunneling process, inspections, engineer review, actual repair, testing, warranty, etc. Could not have been happier with the service we received and have already recommend them to friends.     In the course of a major flooring project, the original toilet flanges popped out. Another person that came to repair them and seat 1 of the 2 toilets really gave off the feeling that he wasnt doing a correct repair. After getting through that night with a working toilet which was critical, i called Brazos to check everything out, make sure its fixed right, and to seat the remaining toilet. Sure enough the flanges were not repaired properly in any way. The guys made good recommendations, including waiting an extra day on the master bath to ensure the grout cures enough not to be stained by dust when they repair the flange. They gave best advice on what to look for in the future if doing projects like this, and recommendations for replacement toilets if we decide to replace them during our project. They provided photos of all aspects of the job, never tried to sell me something I didnt need (though they could with my own ignorance of the issues), and left the completed repair and toilet in pristine condition. From first phone call, to first arrival, to the end of the job, they were the epitome of kindness, professionalism, and reliability. If you are looking for the cheapest cut rate plumbers you can find, its not them, but if you are looking for a company where you get what you pay for which are professionals you can trust 100% with your plumbing projects and repair, these are your guys. That quality and reliability is worth its weight in gold.

    Met Mark and his partner through a referral, I was impressed by their quick response and turnaround time to do a plumbing inspection. They educated me on what needed to be done to pass inspection on the first request. Sure enough, after checking my gas pressure and repairing a very old water heater, when inspection day came, we passed on the first try! Their pricing was more than competitive.     I would recommend Brazos Home Services over and over again. We had a major leak on a weekend and I tried to call multiple plumbers who even advertised emergency services, but I couldnā€™t get anyone. When I called Brazos and explained the problem, Tibu was there within 20 minutes. He and Mark worked for several hours and didnā€™t just do a quick patch job, they rebuilt that area to ensure it wonā€™t happen again. All this on a Sunday, and the price was half what I expected. A week later, I was having trouble with our insurance company and Mark went above and beyond to help us get the damages covered. Not only are they a local, family-run business, but they are honest, efficient and fairly priced. I hope to never go through this again, but Brazos Home Services will always be my first call for any plumbing needs.

    We discovered our water heater had a leak this past Sunday evening. The leak was bad enough that we had water leaking into our master bedroom closet. It had been leaking for some time, but we did not know it. Brazos Plumbing was at our home within 20 minutes of calling them - on a Sunday night! Not only did we have a leak, but our 13 year old water heater needed to be replaced, in addition to all the hoses, valves and water pan. I cannot say enough about how professional these men are. They fixed the immediate leak and we scheduled a water heater full replacement for 2 days later. They arrived this morning right on time and worked without a break until the job was completed. (As a side note, I compared their pricing with two other plumbing companies - all three companies were quoting virtually the same price) I chose Brazos because they came out immediately when we called Sunday evening and were genuinely interested in my concerns and questions. They protected our wood floors before beginning their work and explained every part of the process - before, during and after. Theyre sincerely invested in what they do and the quality of services they provide. I would use them again without question and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

    I had poorly installed kitchen sink and it clogs up every half a yr or so, brazos came up with a solution to install a pump which solved backflow issue. They are professional and on time (texts to let me know they are en route).     I would hire this company again in a second. They were absolutely fantastic! While we hired them to install a new garbage disposal, there were other issues that we had in the bathrooms.     Amazing service! Our only water heater went out on Saturday night of the Memorial Day Weekend. No hot shower after a long, sweaty day.
